The staff were friendly. It was a good price for the location. The swimming pool was great. It was a quiet and relaxing hotel. There were quite a few things which were not working or broken in the room such as light fittings, bath plug and the door did not shut. The gym had no proper machines and the excersize bike was broken. The food was also quite poor overall.

Definetely the friendliness of the staff was second to none. Great rapport with them which made our stay that much nicer and made you feel like part of a family. Hicham who works behind the reception is a true gem who makes you feel like going back just to carry on with his friendship. I did find that 85 euros for a double room a day is a bit expensive considering it is an hotel in Morocco where the cost of living is so much lower than in Europe, although admittedly the service , cleanliness, etc, is just as good if not better than similar priced hotels in Europe.

Nos gustó en especial su ubicación (a 10 minutos del zoco) en una zona tranquila, el personal del hotel, buena gente que se esforzaba por agradar, el desayuno que aunque no tiene una gran variedad, si está bien atendido y repuesto y en general las instalaciones del hotel que aunque tienen ya sus años y no les vendría mal una reformita, cumple con nota sus funciones. Que el personal de limpieza entre directamente en la habitación sin ni siquiera llamar. Pero por lo visto ésto debe ser práctica común en el país.

Buena relación calidad-precio (oferta 50% sólo 24 horas) Personal muy amable y servicial. Instalaciones correctas y limpieza. desayuno- buffet aceptable. No te devuelven el pasaporte hasta que pagas la habitación. Situación céntrica pero algo alejada del puerto y de la zona de tiendas, aunque los taxis son muy económicos.

En arrivant à 16h les chambres n'étaient pas encore faites; aprés protestation ils nous les ont changé par des chambres à côté qui étaient faites; les consommations au bar sont relativement chers pour un 4 étoiles; L'adresse de l'hôtel est mal indiqué.

Le personel est sympa. Par contre la fourniture dans la chambe est dans un mauvais etat. 2 eme chose que je n'ai pas aimé c'est qu'ils vous obligent à payer la facture sur place alors que c'est censé payé en ligne lors de la réservation. J'ai payé aussi la tax tourisme alors qu'elle été inclut sur le prix total de la reservation. Le taux de conversion de l'euro vers le dirham marocain qu'ils ont compté est incomparable avec celui au marché

BON ACCUEIL, calme, situé pas loin de la Mosquée et du centre ville , confortable et propre,aucune animation compte tenu de la féte de l'AID , pas d'effort sur les menus :restauration européenne et identique chaque soir possibilité de demander des plats marocains la veille (fallait il le savoir...?) petit dejeuner buffet convenable variété des menus a amélorer et proposer cuisine locale

Het kamerpersoneel en één enkel persoon aan de balie was vriendelijk. De overigen lopen je alleen maar na om je geld af te troggelen. Extra diensten worden over meer dan extra gefactureerd. Dus de check-out was het moment waar ik meest van heb genoten. Het personeel aan de balie, het personeel in het restaurant, het personeel in de bar: onvriendelijk en lui.

Un hôtel très simple, qui n'a rien d'exceptionnelle.. Personnel très froid, chasseur ne vous aide même pas pour monter les bagages sur les escaliers, au contraire il te regarde faire.chambre non préparée selon ma demande.meubles très vieux et largement amorti. Hotel Trop cher pour la qualité de la chambre et des services qu'on offre, il est loin d'être un 4 étoiles.
