Good hotel a short walk from the entrance to Fez medina. Comfortable room. We especially appreciated that we were able to park our bike out the front and were provided with a cover. Would recommend this hotel to fellow motorcyclists.

There should have been a table in the room - without a table a room is not really comfortable, you know.
Helpful staff, good location - near a nice park and close to the bus station. Nice view from the window.
March 23, 2015
Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel - with parking right outside - is conveniently located for both Fes el-Bali and Fes el-Jedid, opposite beautiful gardens. Fes is known for the spectacle of thousands of Egrets coming in to roost at dusk and you can watch them heading for the lake in the gardens from the hotel roof terrace (along with similar numbers of Alpine Swifts).

Avoid the restaurants by the Blue Gate. Always agree prices even before buying water.
Friendly staff, good location, easy to find. I would come back.
March 12, 2015
Wi fi only worked downstairs and staff need to cheer up and improve their customer skills
Location, very close to medina
February 13, 2015
Wi Fi only in the lobby
The hotel is just outside the medina walls, in the Jewish Quarter so can be found easily. It was opposite a lovely garden and near to shops and restaurants. The clients were from all races and the staff were helpful. Breakfast for 2 euro each was great.
January 28, 2015
guys from reception were great, they arranged for us rental car, and even after we checked out, they stored our backpacks for whole day. Location is superb, near medina gate, gorgeous garden across street, bus station 5 min. walk
January 23, 2015
No lift and no help to bring the two bagages upstairs by the staff. Breakfast'd have started at 8h00 (not so early indeed...) but the man at the reception at this time was still sleeping on the sofa and nobody was there to prepare it.
January 18, 2015
Receptionist were very unhelpful and there was no warm welcome. Sheets were dirty and looked used. Bathroom is very small. If you are expecting real balcony- there is only improvised french balcony (so you can not use it). Breakfast service was poor.
January 10, 2015
Shower water took a long while to get hot enough.
Right outside the jardin, comfy beds.
January 9, 2015
Hosts, 2 guys in night and morning, are really unfriendly, don't willing to offer any helps.
In general, the hotel is good in location and equipments as this price.
January 5, 2015
Bathroom could be more clean, breakfast is not included.
The location is perfect - close to the CTM bus station and the medina, in front of gardens, and the hotel is really easy to find (which is very important in Fes). Heating and warm water were available in December. View from the terrace is amazing.

Flaws & tips Hint - Make sure to request hot water if it doesn't come out right away. Staff will switch on the hot water. Wifi only in lobby but you may get a spotty connection in the room facing the window. It would be nice to have a room connection too. But lobby connection is good. There is no elevator but not a big deal if your room is on a lower level. Also staff are happy to assist with bags. One Negative -The bathroom sink had a water leak coming out the bottom and the bathroom floor was constantly wet. We threw a hand towel down as a floor mat to keep the tile floor dry and non slippery. Tip – Provide bathrooms with a floor mat to use after shower since the tile floor is cold and slippery. Everything else was terrific! .
Hotel Hotel location is fabulous! You're just two minutes walk to Blue Gate and the heart of the medina across from the Jnane Park. Nicely decorated lobby with restaurant and lounge area. Reception has a beautiful replica of a Fez fountain. STAFF Nice friendly, accommodating staff at reception speak great English and French. ROOM Rooms are a good size – Ours had two beds. One full, one twin. Comfy beds and pillows with clean white sheets, plenty of blankets, if needed. Plenty of floor space for two people to move around. Room has a great view with two floor to ceiling glass doors that open to faux balconies overlooking the street and Jnane Park. Bathroom is narrow, but has nice tile all around, sliding glass doors on shower, modern toilet and the sink is a beautiful tile designed to look like a miniature replica of a Fez fountain. A/C is modern and works well. An armoire closet, flat screen TV with lots of channels no English speaking channels but you may catch an older movie from an English speaking country subtitled. Room also included a minibar/fridge. POSITIVES Great view. Great location. Two minute walk to the Blue Gate and the heart of Medina. The balconies do have electric scroll down covers to keep light and noise level and light out, but not really necessary since the curtains were just fine. The street noise is very mild and not an issue for sleeping. Parking at 2 euros in front of hotel is safe and convenient. Sink, modern toilet and shower all work. Towels clean and plenty provided daily, tiny soap and shampoo provided. Hot water is good, but make to check that it's on before showing by running the sink tap. Room is spotlessly cleaned everyday. Hint -Minibar is a plus if you like cold drinks. We were truly surprised that more tourist were not staying here. We highly recommend this hotel. Great location, room and value for the price!

Bathroom quite dark
Ideally positioned between Fes el Bali and Fes Djedid and the Mellah .It overlooks a park of the same name, Jardin Jnane Sbile but also called Boujeloud Gardens.Vast gardens open from about 10am until about 7pm. Easy to find and taxi drivers know the location. Access into the Medina (100 metres away)is through Bab Marouk, that leads you to Bab Boujeloud or the Blue Gate , where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, food market, pharmacy and shops .The rooms are not big but have plenty of cupboard space and a bar fridge. Nicely furnished roof terrace. .Friendly and very helpful staff. Room 8 on the 2nd floor was street facing with a small balcony, giving a nice view over the park. Street noise was deadened by closing the door to the balcony. Better wifi with door open! Clean towels every day.Walking distance to bus station.

The hotel is in calm area opposite the entrance to the garden Jnane Sbile with nice view of the wall. It was located between Fes el Bali and Fes Jdid close to both parts of Fes. Even close to Mellah. The room was small but perfectly fine and comfortable also. Wifi worked perfect also. Staff was nice and helpful, and so there is nothing on the whole hotel I can complain about. If I'm going to Fes again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

- staff not really outgoing (but it's not a big deal) - we didn't have hot water one day (it's heated from the sun so I guess you can't take a shower too early) - generally bathroom could be fresher - you can't pay by credit card
It's nice hotel near medina (but not in it which is good). Nice park is just outside. Room has enough space, with big beds and cabinet. Bathroom was ok, but smelled a bit musty. Staff knew some english but wasn't really social. We didn't order breakfast so it's hard to tell how was it.

For what you pay nothing much
Good value hotel in a good location. Facilities a little lacking but overall a good place to stay at a very reasonable price. Staff generally quite helpful. Provided covers for our motorcycles which was excellent.
September 13, 2014
Room was quite cramped with a double and single bed. Staff not very friendly but okay for what you need.
Easy parking in the street. Close to the Medina without being in it. The gardens opposite are lovely to walk through or have a picnic in.

-The reception is not helpful; when we asked the direction how to go to the tannery, he just said go to the blue gate but we couldn't find it. Actually we found it out the next day that it is impossible to find the tanneries walking through the gate. -The desert tour was very disappointing which the reception introduced. This is not the hotel's fault but they have to be careful when they introduce sth to their customers.
-location; near the entrance of medina -air conditioned room -wifi
July 21, 2014
The staff was not welcoming or friendly and the cleanliness was questionable.
It was quiet and safe enough.
June 22, 2014
Room was a little bit loud because it was next to the street.
Hotel was okay for one night. Wifi worked.
June 21, 2014
location, design of the hotel and rooms, quiet place close to medina, helpfull staff
June 20, 2014
- hotel managers are not very client-oriented; they speak poor english
- located near a park and close to main entrance to medina - shampoo included
June 18, 2014
Very little bathroom. No hot water on the first night
Staff friendly and very helpful. Very good location.
