Nice small hotel, nice area and very spacey rooms

Rooms facing the main road are very noisy

Very nice welcoming, room junior suite comfortable, clean and nice. The bathroom only with shower and WC is in the different room.

The General Manager was very helpful, he guided us and tried to help us in boooking hotel & restaurant for our next trip. Staff some were great they do understand any issue raised and try to solve it.Overall good, but room rate is kinda high.

There was few things, but no major issues to be mentioned

Nice spacious room.

Watch out. Housekeeping is not too patient and will walk in on you after a brief quiet knock. Also, the internet connection was off and on, and when on was weak.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, value for money and free internet. Moreover it has a great Japanese restaurant

nice furniture and design, great location for a business traveller

room was not clean, strange holes in the shower, having breakfast in the sushi restaurant is not a pleasant experience

I booked the hotel in euros but paid in dirhams which i was not expected

Atendimento dos funcionários

Apesar de ser um hotel com preocupações a nível do design, a construção foi mal efectuada e por ex. as janelas deixam passar ar e consequentemente barulho que é muito intenso durante o dia em Casablanca.

Overboeking, daardoor een nacht in het Novotel (veel groter hotel) doorgebracht. Dit was wel al geregeld door JM Suites bij aankomst in hun hotel.

English Versión: The girl at the reception was very unpleasant, treated us badly from the start to try to charge other prices and on several occasions, as at the end that we wanted to charge a breakfast that we had not enjoyed. The remaining staff is quite nice in general, especially the guy who brought us the bags. Furthermore, we were called at 3 am waking up and scared, saying we had to go down to the rececepción, which obviously did not. The next morning they did not know because we were called. Also tend to loud music at the reception and disturbing bedtime.

Versión Española: La chica de la recepción fue muy desagradable, nos trató mal desde el principio al intentar cobrarnos otro precio y en varias ocasiones, como al final que nos quería cobrar un desayuno que no habíamos disfrutado. El resto del personal es bastante agradable en general, especialmente el chico que nos llevó las maletas. Por otro lado, nos llamaron a las 3 AM despertándonos y asustándonos, diciendo que teníamos que bajar a la rececepción, cosa que no hicimos evidentemente. A la mañana siguiente no sabían porque nos habían llamado. También suelen poner la música muy alta en la recepción y molesta a la hora de dormir.

O facto de ser um hotel com pretenção de ser internacional com Design inserido no contexto de Casablanca.

O preço excessivo para o pequeno almoço que é oferecido, não havia necessidade.

Le petit-déjeuner, la gentillesse du personnel, les chambres spatieuses et design, la connexion wifi gratuite

L'acoustique est tout simplement consternant, les chambres sont extrêmement bruyantes, par le couloir intérieur mais surtout par les bruits venant de l'extérieur. A croire qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtres; et comme Casablanca est très sonore...
