Jm Suites Hotel

It's kind of small hotel, with spacious, well equiped and clean rooms. There is a good quality Internet connection, breakfast were good and rich. Staff was very nice and always trying to help.

The position is almost unknown to everyone, even the taxi drivers. Perhaps it's because the hotel is quite new. Would appreciate the free wifi Internet connection in the room.

After 5 days eating Moroccan cuisine in Marrakech, it was nice to eat japanese food in the hotel. We also like our bedroom very much! Simple and Clean! We also got a good room-rate compare with the publish rate!

We could not get our king size bed, there were only two bed become one.

Excellent location, big room, very clean.

There was a kook in the room with the price of the taxi for the airport (240 DH), but the receptionist wanted 400 Dh. Unbelievable..

Il est bien situé , des commodités et un personnnel accomodant.

Il n'est pas bien isolé. O entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue, le bruit des cyclomoteurs et voitures ce qui dérange énormément.

English Versión: The girl at the reception was very unpleasant, treated us badly from the start to try to charge other prices and on several occasions, as at the end that we wanted to charge a breakfast that we had not enjoyed. The remaining staff is quite nice in general, especially the guy who brought us the bags. Furthermore, we were called at 3 am waking up and scared, saying we had to go down to the rececepción, which obviously did not. The next morning they did not know because we were called. Also tend to loud music at the reception and disturbing bedtime.

Versión Española: La chica de la recepción fue muy desagradable, nos trató mal desde el principio al intentar cobrarnos otro precio y en varias ocasiones, como al final que nos quería cobrar un desayuno que no habíamos disfrutado. El resto del personal es bastante agradable en general, especialmente el chico que nos llevó las maletas. Por otro lado, nos llamaron a las 3 AM despertándonos y asustándonos, diciendo que teníamos que bajar a la rececepción, cosa que no hicimos evidentemente. A la mañana siguiente no sabían porque nos habían llamado. También suelen poner la música muy alta en la recepción y molesta a la hora de dormir.

O facto de ser um hotel com pretenção de ser internacional com Design inserido no contexto de Casablanca.

O preço excessivo para o pequeno almoço que é oferecido, não havia necessidade.

L'acoustique est tout simplement consternant, les chambres sont extrêmement bruyantes, par le couloir intérieur mais surtout par les bruits venant de l'extérieur. A croire qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtres; et comme Casablanca est très sonore...
