La habitación era muy buena, Tener a disposición una cocina en su habitación cuando no te lo esperas, se agradece. También una máquina de café (tipo Nespresso) aunque hay que pagarlo, me parece unos detalles que muchos hoteles pordrían adquirir. Aunque pareccía limpio, el cuarto de baño no estaba limpio del todo, en la ducha particularmente; manchas negras en las juntas dan una imagen de limpieza superficial, tambien se podían ver en el cuarto de WC, manchas de pis en las paredes. |

La ubicación y personal muy correcto. Si, el ruido de los coches por las madrugadas-mañanas. Con todo el detalle que tienen las instalaciones me asombra que no hayan puesto doble acristalamiento para el aislamiento del ruido. |

The staff is friendly and they can speak very good English (compared with anyone else in Casablanca). The hotel is modern and chic which is more than I expected. |

Great design, great taste...from the entrance to waiting room to bathroom and room. Conveniently located. The manager, Mhammed was very helpful, courteous and welcoming. There was some renovation/repair work during the night and some horrible gas came through the air con vent. We had to sleep with the balcony door open. But I understand that this is a one time thing that was overlooked by the management. |

Big rooms Problematic internet, broken windows, very noisy inside and outside... i left the next day, i pay only 1 night, but in reception they try to charge double taxes, and try to tell me that i have to pay all the reservation. |

Friendly Staff. Nice new modern deco. First room had a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals or something. Changed rooms which was better. It has separate toilet and shower areas (with glass doors). Looked very nice but not very practical (no hand wash basin near toilet) Had a kitchen area but no way of using it (no pots or pans) Had a dvd player but was not connected to tv, it was just for audio. |

The rooms are large and very nice. The refrigerator is nice to have. The bathrooms are very nice and it has a wonderful shower. There is a strong smell of cleaning agents in the halls at most times of the day. |

Free Internet in the room. The hotel was new and has a modern design. The room was very confortable. At the moment of the check out, they charged me the bill in dirham instead of euros and applied a ridiculously high exchange rate, so finally the price I paid was higher than the one I had booked. |

The hotel was new and clean. Internet in the rooms worked fine by LAN cable. The room was very large and the kitchen was an extra bonus. Great location right near the center of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. |

friendly staff, big room with everything you need right there, the place to stay if you want a modern design hotel. Good location, i could walk to the old medina in 7 minutes, the Mosque was 15 min walk. - no electricitybox in bathroom to put your hairstyler in (they do have a hairdryer) which was annoying. - unfortunately the staff didn't speak english that good which is strange for such a modern design hotel but they were very friendly. - small restaurant (my room was bigger) with unfort no maroccon dishes, more modern fusion which was of good quality - no eggs for breakfast |
