Greatly located in the very heart of Fez, this five star hotel provides you with the very best of a deluxe 5-star property.

The Jnan Palace is set on a 7 acres park, with respect to the true traditional Moroccan architecture. To keep fit, the hotel provides a gym and a dedicated area for sauna and massage. For a true spa experience, the Thermal Sources of Moulay Yacoub are only 15 minutes away by car.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to the 18-hole Royal Golf de Fez, which is 10 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel is also equipped with 4 clay tennis courts and a 900 square-metre leisure area with swimming pool, sun beds... A horse riding club is only a few minutes away.

The hotel offers quite a few facilities among which, 193 fully equipped double rooms, 34 apartments, 11 junior suites, 5 ambassador suites and a royal suite.

Area information

A 30 minutes drive will take you to Moulay Driss Zerhoun Memorial, the founder of the city. Fronting the hills where he lays stand the Roman ruins of Voluibilis.

Further north is Ifrane, a charming European style Village that wears its white snow coat in winter.

20 minutes from the hotel, you may also go for a drink at the natural sources of Sidi Hrazem, or a dive in the sulfurous waters of the Moulay Yacoub SPA center.

All these packages can be purchased in and organized by the hotel.

Calm area, wireless internet in the lobby

In the reception desk, all the staff which we had contact with, were proud, impolite and disrespectful,and we were not comfortable to ask anything from them.Breakfast was not in the shape of a 5star hotel. lack of smile among all hotel staff.

lDe grandes et belles chambres, la piscine et l'espace immense de l'hotel.

Le personnel insuffisant, devoir réclamer des serviettes propres pour la chambre chaque jour !!, pas de hammam, pas de spa, un local à massage pas très accueillant, pas assez de chaises longues ni de serviettes dispo à la piscine.

le parc, piscine, chambre grande , comfortable coté piscine;possibilité de manger à toute s heures de l'aprés midi au Casa Verde

un jour sur 2 pas de serviette de toilette dans chambre,trés difficile d'obtenir un transat et serviette de plage,personnel piscine peu efficace, grande piscine mais peu enclin à sortir assez assez de transat pour les clients de l'hotel.Regretté qu'il n'y ai pas de spa ou au moins Hammam et massages surtout pour un hotel de ce standing au Maroc
