Breakfast starts at 9am. Which didn't work for us. As we arrange lots of activities for most of the days and had to leave early in the morning. But Hannah is nice enough to offer some cake and orange juice for the morning.
Very beautiful Riad, very central. Everything is just around the corner. Staff are very nice. Especially Hannah. We definitely recommended.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the Jemaa el Fna, all shops around the corner.
The staff were excellent. Hannane and Simo were so friendly!! The location is near from the Jemma el Fnaa square about 5 or 7 min. It's very quiet by the night. The courtyard is great for meals and gatherings. The pool is enough to refresh on hot days. The rooms are like website pictures and very confortable and clean too. I absolutly recommend this Riad for any stay in Marrakesh.
The hotel location is very good to discover the old medina, the hotel staff (Hanan and Mohammed) were amazing and made our stay in Marrakech wonderful :)
The staff in the raid was very friendly. We felt like we spent time with our family or with friends. They were very flexible with time of the breakfast, arranged taxis for us and played local miusic:). The room was very clean although the raid could be refresh (painted) soon. The coolest place was the taras although we havent used it as much as we wish becouse of the weather. Our first impression about the raid locatoin wasnt very possitive but after first day we realised it was perfect. It is in the middle of the madina and all the atractions were within a walking distance but there was still quiet in the raid.
The hotel overall is overpriced according to the hotel quality, the rooms are very crowded with somehow poor furniture; the bath room needs some innovations.
The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and supportive .i would like to mention their names, 1- Hanan was very helpful and supportive in everything to an extend that you feel she is an old friend or a nice sister. 2- Mohamed is true example of respectable Moroccan man, he was our tour guide during the whole trip and he is very generous & kind with me and my friend without waiting for any return to the services he provides. 3- Samia, is an excellent cooker, very clean and descent person, you rarely hear her voice, she talks and welcomes others in a very descent way and our room was always clean.
1. The room we have is small (for two people). We added an extra bed for my son (8 yo). Three people can not be all standing without breathing into each other's face. 2. The shower is badly designed with a huge opening toward the bathroom. It is impossible NOT to wet the bathroom floor when you take a shower. 3. It is pricy. We ended up paying 440 Euro for 4 nights, then they added 4% on top of that since we used credit card to pay. I still do not know why.
1. The staffs are very nice and helpful. 2. Location is great and very quite at night.
We really enjoyed everything about the Riad! We had a fantastic experience.
We particularly enjoyed the décor of the hotel. It felt Moroccan - the breakfast area was beautifully decorated with flowing curtains, there were traditional arch doorways with immaculate wood carvings, and the lobby sitting area was illuminated by softened sunlight. The small pool in the common area highlighted the decorative hanging lamps. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind (Hanane, specifically) and she only displayed sweet enthusiasm for our constant questions and requests for reservations at various venues around town (including a local hamman\bath, restaurants and belly-dance shows). Her recommendations were excellent, and we were thankful for her insight, because it seems most of Morocco is hidden behind small doors in scary alleys, and but for Hanane's suggestions, we would not have discovered several gems that made our vacation spectacular. As someone who frequently stays in smaller hotels to get the local feel, I am overjoyed to report that this hotel has hot showers. The water was hot (as in, Japan-hot-water hot) and nothing made me feel better after returning at night. I should note that my travel companion considers luke-warm to be "hot," and the shower temperature was perfectly adjustable to suit him as well. We would definitely stay there again.
