Hotel Kasbah Le Mirage & SpaOuahat Sidi Brahim, 40000 Marrakesh (Show map) Review score 7 Score from 7 reviewsFacing the palm grove and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, the hotel welcomes you to its charming guesthouse-like atmosphere on the banks of the Tensifit River. Kasbah Le Mirage features air-conditioned guestrooms, one suite and one family room. Decorated with traditional materials like Tadelakt or Bejmat, and wrought iron, all the rooms are named after heady spices. The eucalyptus beams lend the rooms their unique rustic and refined character. Kasbah le Mirage offers an extensive choice of activities: a gym with hammam, facial scrubs, massages and numerous beauty treatments; a Culture & Tradition day combining gourmet pleasures and well-being; crossbow or rifle shooting, pétanque (similar to bocce), ping pong, climbing wall, mountain bike and beach volley. The Kasbah offers many activities to keep you busy. The rooms are very clean, big and comfortable. The food at the Kasbah was delicious although the food options were limited. There was a set menu each day. Upon arriving we were offered a cocktail, which was nice. The personnel is very friendly and speak english. The Kasbah itself is very traditionally decorated, which is beautiful. If you are traveling for a city trip then this Kasbah might not be the best option as it is far away from the medina. The Kasbah offers twice a day a shuttle bus to the city center which takes half an hour to reach. The Kasbah is situated in a primitive village. There are no restaurants or shops nearby. The price of the food is relatively good (we paid 18 euros per person for dinner), but it was definitely worth the money.

“The hotel is great. Despite not being so close to the Medina (5-7 minutes by car), it´s situated in a very good and quiet neighborhood. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. A really good place to spend a few days.” Samer, Brasilia Df |
