a hotel with a lot of charm at the big dune and a big swimming wpool
a little tired without loosing its charm
The location was brilliant, just at the foot of the dunes. The pool was amazing, the food was really tasty and there was just a really lovely ambiance to the place. The staff even drove to another hotel to get us some beers which was great!
The staff weren't overly charismatic, but that doesn't really matter as they did loads of things like organising sand boarding and quad biking for us- they did the job basically, whereas other Moroccan hospitality was crazily good we found. The place had an air of having seen better days but it was a really good option for us and we loved it.
Great pool, Friendly staff, Nice camel trip
The cockroaches in our room and insufficient A/C (temp. was above 40 degrees...)
One of the best Hotels in Merzouga
It was in the desert
This place is a DUMP!!! We were so lucky we were not poisoned. We did not eat here, the kitchen was so unhygienic. Would have been shut down immediately by the department of health if there was one. Staff were sketchy and very unprofessional. This is a beautiful área, but if you are wise, stay somewhere else.
It was the biggest room we had during our stay. It was quite comfortable. Dinner portions were huge. We were offered many services and we felt too pushed to take them. Perhaps it is the local culture?
The manager tried to be helpful and arrange trips and dinner for us. But the receptionist tried to flirt with us(2 girls) and tried to lure us out of the hotel and offered alcohol. We felt it was not appropriate and unsafe as on that night we were the only customers there and the hotel is in the middle of the desert. Due to empty hotel the atmospere was missing
