The hotel's architecture

Diner was of rather poor quality (buffet). There is nothing to do in the area of the Kasbah. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people because there was no quadruple room available at the time of reservation. When we arrived we've got 2 rooms: 1 quadruple and 1 double room and we had to pay the 2 rooms! The hotel pretends this is 4* hotel, but the painting is falling from the ceiling in the bathroom ...

Friendly staff, clean and luxury rooms. Great building.

The pool area was very nice. The interior fountain area was pretty and absolutely swarming with birds. Our room was actually on ground floor rather than up a couple of floors like so many others we had.

The bathtub was extremely slippery, resulting in a fall. There was nothing to grab for support. Our room was at the end of a rather dark path with some thorny bushes along the way.

Very luxurious and lovely. Absolutely as fancy a place as we'd ever need. Given how expensive all of the hotels in this town are (you're in the desert, and they know that they've got you...), it's a relative bargain. We went to the Xaluca, too, which was more elegant, it's true, but it was also about twice the price. This is really lovely, nice pool (cold in the spring, but still) and very quiet, beautiful setting. Loved it.

Only difficult thing about Kasbah Tizimi is finding it. From the north (Fez side) you drive through the town and at the end of town, you have to know to take the right fork. It was dark when we got there, so the sign was impossible to see, and we forked left. Called up and figured out how to get back there. It's just nearby town, and everything's close.

Le charme de l’hôtel (piscine et jardin dans patio). La taille de la chambre (2 lits à baldaquins et encore plein de place). Idéal pour buller une après-midi car la visite d'Erfoud est vite faite.

Uitstekende ontvangst, al kwamen we aan tijdens een zware zandstorm; Kamers waren zoals we gewend zijn, mat alles wat je kunt wensen, goed en schoon bed, prima douches; Eten nu met buffet was goed geregeld en van goede kwaliteit.

Prijs voor eten en drinken behoorlijk duurder dan in 2011,2010,2009 etc.

Situación fácil de llegar. Habitación amplia. Patio muy bonito.

Hotel algo viejo. Baños muy deteriorados y el agua caliente tarda más de una hora en salir. La televisión no se ve ningún canal. Desayuno bufete muy pobre.

Matig restaurant. Ingesteld op groepsreizen.

Su arquitectura y la amabilidad de todo el personal

Bel hôtel, décoration authentique, bien entretenu, chambre propre et spacieuse avec mini frigo et tv. Très beau jardin, bien entretenu, personnel très accueillant, grand salon agréable pour y boire un verre, connexion wifi. Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre journée en 4x4 sur les pistes jusqu'à Merzouga et l'Erg Chebbi - magnifique, à faire, proposer sur place par des guides travaillant aussi à l'hôtel, Mohamed et Hassan.

Hotel vieillant malgré quelques rénovations, nous n'avons pas pu prendre de douche, elle ne fonctionnait pas, les équipements de salle de bain sont en mauvais état, sinon le personnel est accueillant, l'ambiance est bonne.

bon acceuil, repas délicieux et copieux, personnel très symparthique, les guides très professionnels pour les excursions dans le désert, hotel très joli, bonne piscine, très bon rapport qualité_prix

tous s'est bien passé, très bon souvenir

Nettes Ambiente mit dem touristentypischen Dekor

Zimmer dunkel und (erstaunlich für die Lage in einer Halbwüstenstadt) muffig. Zimmer haben Fenster nur auf einen Innenhof, somit muß man die Gardinen zu lassen wenn man nicht will, daß jeder draußen Vorbeilaufende reinsieht. Servicepersonal im Restaurant hat offenbar zu viele Busgruppen gesehen und ist entsprechend wenig motiviert.

Nous avons aimé l'architecture de l'hotel et le cadre de l'hotel.

L'acceuil par le personnel de l'hotel est insignifiant. La nourriture au restaurant est trés décevante pour le prix demandé. Présence de cafards dans la chambre. Rapport qualité/prix trés insuffisant!!!

La habitación era amplia y limpia. El desayuno muy completo y bueno.

La habitación se comunicaba con otra mediante un distribuidor y por la madrugada casi se meten en nuestra habitación. El susto fue tremendo. La ducha no funcionaba muy bien y el agua no salía con presión. El personal del hotel no nos pareció muy correcto, ya que en todo momento intentaban vendernos algo o entrometerse en nuestros planes, lo que nos agobió bastante. Por lo demás todo bien.

-Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber -Ein (für uns) ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet -Sehr schöne Anlage -Freundliches und hilfsbereites (englisch und ein wenig deutsch sprechendes) Personal

-Es gab nur kaltes Wasser -Auf der Toilette roch es immer ziemlich unappetitlich (vermutlich nicht das neueste Abwassersystem)

Nuit avant de commencer le Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles. Rapport qualité prix très bien

Problème de chasse d'eau qui a été résolu et n'a pas tenu.

Geweldige plek om te verblijven. Aardige gids die ons verblijf heeft veraangenaamd. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Mooie tocht naar de Sahara te doen van daaruit.

We had a large room which was quite comfortable.

The service and quality of food served was poor to average. We were unable to get the water to heat up above tepid although the staff assured us that if we let it run for 10 minutes it would get hot. We let it run but it never got hot.
