This is a great hotel to stay and relax, it is very clean, there is a great pool, bar and spa, the staff are very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this to anyone wishing to stay here.
Location is far from the action and there are a lack of good restaurants around the area
The design, spacious rooms, kind staff, located near local attractions, bars and restaurants
Cleanliness could be improved: bathroom had ants, and hair remained in the bathtub. There was no courteousy water. Breakfast buffet very limited (and orange juice offered is canned in the country of fresh orange heaven)
The room was huge, the bed ditto and very comfortable, linen was perfect and more than adequate; tv worked properly if you needed, lots of choice with channels (whatever your language); bathroom was extremely smart and well-equipped; yes bath was rather high so could be a problem for those with limited mobility, but fine for myself and partner. Shower was great, toiletries exceptional (all with argan oil); all was cleaned/replaced daily, by polite and friendly staff. The pool was very clean and welcoming as we were practically the only guests who swam (the others lolled round the pool on loungers), no problems with people "bagging" seats, but maybe that was as it was not peak season. The pool area was lovely, with outside candlelit areas and lanterns around the pool at night, very romantic and pretty. The food was exceptional, masses of choice for breakfast, no idea why people complain, it was fantastic and all very fresh and well made. Dinners were also very good, especially the buffets... not what I'd call haute cuisine but very well put together, presentation very good, large portions and good fresh ingredients. The staff were polite, unintrusive, helpful and friendly, couldn't fault them. We were impressed by the reception staff's command of numerous languages. Also, the position was great - not in the swarming noisy smelly centre! - but close to a new cinema complex and comprehensive shopping mall. We walked the 5km-ish into town several times and saw much more than we'd have done from a taxi. We were sorry to go, and are planning to return next year.
The noise of furniture being moved early each morning, presumably either to clean or to put the breakfast room together. (not noticeable if you have the aircon on). Could have used 2 seats rather than 1, on the balcony. Not a biggie.
-Staff -Clean -Spa -Food -Pool Everything is amazing about this hotel
Location is a little bit far from the action
The best hotel
This was a good location for us, better than the Palmeraie, especially if you are coming or going from the airport. Great front of house staff - very helpful even when we turned up on the wrong day. OK pool, but not huge or so sunny.
This hotel was extremely clean and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool area was well cared for and the pool itself very clean.
Uncomfortable seating in the room. Lack of decent pillows on an otherwise comfortable bed. Not enough local cuisine on offer
Excellent Location Very helpful and friendly staff Beautiful hotel Great spa
Friendly and very helpful staff
Slow to replenish mini bar and bathroom toiletries
Spotlessly clean and very good value. Huge room with a nice big bath.
Poor choice of dishes in restaurant in the evening but an excellent breakfast.
Excellent hotel after arrival at the airport or to recover coming back from the desert. Excellent breakfast for Maroccan standards. (reachable by taxi only)
The romantic set up and welcoming by the Spa team while preparing our wedding
Good location nice and quiet out of the busy medina. Very luxurious in decor and design. The room was nice and big too. Beautiful pool and lovely spa facilities. Very helpful staff at reception.
Staff seemed to forget things like room service orders, towels at the pool and giving us our correct change! Not a major problem if you're a patient person but some more training might be needed to get them to a higher 4 star standard.
I made a booking for 14 days and for some reason I need to leave early in 7 days. But the management didn't close my booking as of date and charged me for the full number of days I have booked for. When I have questioned they said it is a hotel management instructions to charge full booking days. Which is totally different from the other hotels in the worldwide. I appreciate to reviewe your contract with this hotel.
Very clean hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly, although English was a bit of a struggle for some staff members. Reception staff fluent in English and it was very quick and easy to check in. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return.
Tea and coffee making facilities would have been appreciated in the rooms. More hot options for breakfast.
Spacious room, hygienic, nice personal staff, small details (lovely smell in the hallways, bathroom minis, free fruit and some water in the room,...). Breakfast was good (fresh juice, fruit, vegetables,...).
The restaurant can be a little more Maroccon. Evening buffet is nice, but too European. Swimming pool was really cold.
beds are hard. not all staff were attentive.
Excelent hotel and stuff. Hotel is new and fresh only 4 months. Compare to other hotels nearby and in the center of city is the best one! No smells, very coisy and comfortable, calm. I wonder why it is not 5 stars hotel! ( only rooms near bar and swimming pool mashinery room noisy a little bit, the places where my friends staied) Oksana, Moscow
large rooms, friendly staff, easy access
breakfast ok but can be improved, parking not very practical
Kech is an attractive hotel and the manager is very nice and trying hard to make the hotel an excellent one.
Be aware it is outside Marrakech a little and it can be difficult to get a taxi to the center.
Brand new hotel. Very smart . Rooms are huge and spacious. Good buffet breakfast.
Hotel is far from new city . Expect to pay about 200 mad for taxi to city center
Breakfast was very poor and there was absoutley no atmosphere in the hotel in general the pool was lovely at night when all lit up but unfortunatly you could only catch the sun on one side of the pool and the pool itself was freezing.
The bed, the hammam
Reception, room service, and above all breakfast which was very bad
Breakfast and dinner, room size, bathroom & shower great, staff very welcoming and efficient, super clean and quiet, pool area beautiful
Room is a bit dark, lighting insufficient to read by, location in somewhat desolate undeveloped area, automatic lighting in 1st floor hallway very erratic
