Location near the center of Ouarzazate and the view over the city Far too limited choice and quality at breakfast, overall the hotel cannot be compared to other four-star hotels I visited in Morocco. |

excellent location.very friendly staff.lots of areas to sit and relax amidst nice decor sadly only a buffet evening meal was on offer. a la carteshould have been available.also a problem with visa processing meant the hotel would only accept cash payment |

Un environnement superbe, un cadre magnifique, un accueil excellent, c'et la troisième fois que nous venons à cet hôtel. Une rénovation de la plomberie de certaines chambres est urgente pour remédier à de petits problèmes, mais il n'est pas nécessaire de faire une rénovation lourde, qui péserait trop sur les prix. Au restaurant, a côté des buffets, une carte simple de plats marocains serait la bienvenue. |

La limpieza de la habitación muy deficiente y no nos dejaron ni toallas ni papel higiénico, tuvimos que ir a pedirlo. Le cadre et l'emplacement de cet hôtel. La superficie de la chambre environ 15 m2 (ch 252 et 253).Le confort de la literie. Cet hôtel possède un potentiel incroyable, tant par son histoire que son emplacement privilégié.Cet hôtel a besoin d'un gros lifting général et d'une bonne réorganisation. La robinetterie en général est à renouveler, prise électrique manquante, fils des lampes de chevet rafistolés.Balustrade de la fenêtre non fixé sur un côté. Moquette vétuste.Impossibilité de payer par carte de crédit à 19 h. |
