Centric location, very close to Kasbah and city center * Rude reception staff and never cares about the customer * I think this hotel deserves to be rated as a 3* one, despite of the pool. * poor breakfast and uncleaned restaurant * aircondition is working like a truck (noisy) * do not expect a refrigirator in the room nor a soap in the bathroom

nice hotel with good facility. The room is spacious. Breakfast is good compared to some other hotels in Morrocco we have stayed. very easy to find with parking.

Good central location in Ouarzazate. Rooms were ok, clean. Breakfast was ok. Would recommend to others if not looking for anything special. Desk staff on checkin was rude and we had to insist on being given the rooms booked (and paid for) rather than the two initially assigned.

Lovely hotel minutes walk from the kasbah and down town shops but in a quiet street overlooking the city. A nice pool and outdoor seating area which is nice for a drink. A good option.

The front desk staff were friendly. Also, the location was within walking distance to the medina. The heater didn't work, so it was very cold at night. They didn't have any soap or toiletries in the room. The breakfast was pretty mediocre

Gezellige bar en fijn zwembad. Schone kamer. Sobere kamer. Matige badkamer. Alles was matig in verhouding tot aantal sterren. Ontbijtbuffet was chaotisch en rumoerig omdat het halve stadje kwam ontbijten. Geen gezellig hotel m.u.v. bar.

Son emplacement Mauvais état général par manque d'entretien, l'ensemble fait vieillot... Mériterait une remise à neuf complète... Pas de climatisation sur les 2 chambres réservées... Heureusement, la gentillesse du personnel (sauf la réception) rattrape la chose...

In buona posizione con bella piscina . Sembra il classico hotel dove ti stanno facendo il piacere di accoglierti , mal organizzato con evidenti problemi di personale insoddisfatto ( a giudicare dagli striscioni all uscita era in agitazione ). cibo scadente .

L'hôtel est bien situé, et ce s'arrête là,hôtel qui a été renové recemment mais à la va vite, sale,des serviettes qui datent presque des torchons, pas de connexion,personnel désagréable,surtout ne pas y manger, le petit déjeuner est une catastrophe, 2 morceaux de fromage, ps de fruits,des tas de baquette qu'on doit découper nous même, bref une honte pour la profession et le maroc, a éviter.

Las instalaciones, las habitaciones estan bien limpias y sin ruidos.El desayuno bueno. Tuvimos un problema de averia del coche y nos buscaron un mecánico excelente que en 4 horas nos lo solucionó y nos dejaron comer en la terraza de la piscina mientras tanto, con un trato excelente.Mencion especial para el guarda de seguridad que que se interesó y nos ayudó de inteprete..agradecidos.
