In buona posizione con bella piscina .

Sembra il classico hotel dove ti stanno facendo il piacere di accoglierti , mal organizzato con evidenti problemi di personale insoddisfatto ( a giudicare dagli striscioni all uscita era in agitazione ). cibo scadente .

The hotel was beautiful with interesting local decore and artifacts. The rooms were clean and the restaurant by the pool beautiful.

- The staff were amazing! Very friendly, great service and always helpful :) - Great location, easy to get to everything - Amazing views of the city - Very safe - Tasty food, but could also use an update.

- Needs a fresh coat of paint. - The waiters need new jackets. What they are currently wearing are looking worn. - Could have some city maps of things to see available in the lobby.

The temperature was cold and the heating not enough .My husban has got the flu.

Finishings on rooms need more work. Looking in need of an upgrade generally.

I'd liked to enjoy some luxury facilities after some days staying in the desert. The Hotel itself fulfilled our expectations. Also the breakfast was great. From here to the Center it took just few minutes.

The staff at the reception was the unfriendliest we have ever experienced on our trip so far. It took several minutes until he noticed us although he had nothing else to do. The Hotel Website offers hamam and whirl pool but none of them were in operation.

Location was excellent just a short taxi - or 20 min walk from the bus stop as I travelled by bus from Marrakech to Merzouga stopping at Ouarzazate for one night. The receptionist did arrange a local company to call in to the hotel after my arrival for an excursion. The buffet dinner was great.

The room key was handed to me but the room was not ready/cleaned fully. When I told reception the answer was - they will do it in a few minutes! The receptionist spoke very little English and she seemed very reluctant to. The reason I booked this hotel was for the hammam/spa but again the receptionist was very unhelpful and I used neither.

Hotel has lost its charm, poor breakfast

Quiet an old and uncared hotel. We chosed it because of its location but as Ourzazate is such a small city, most hotels have convenient locations. Although we booked it 2 months prior to our trip, there were much better hotels with lower prices in very short distances.

we stayed here on our return from Zagora as we had stayed on our way out. Great place and really warm helpful staff every department.

Kenzie hotel is really a nice place to be in a perfect place to relax and have a vacation in

1: Well laid out property. 2: staff friendly, helpful and polite. Murad front office and Siahan both very helpful. 3: food - dinners were good. 4: the total ambience was a blessing after the madness of Marrakesh. This was the best stay out of the six hotels we stayed in across the country.

The spa was closed when I went.

Mourad and Siham are very friendly, accommodating and helpful in any regards. It feels like staying with family and friends, all employees in the Hotel are very nice. The design, layout and amenities of public and guests rooms are great with an upscale local taste. Great choice and we can only highly recommend Kenzi Azghor.

Centric location, very close to Kasbah and city center

* Rude reception staff and never cares about the customer * I think this hotel deserves to be rated as a 3* one, despite of the pool. * poor breakfast and uncleaned restaurant * aircondition is working like a truck (noisy) * do not expect a refrigirator in the room nor a soap in the bathroom

la gentillesse du personnel et la vue que l on a de la piscine sur la montagne.

La 1ere fois que je suis passé j'ai eu un appartement ,le no 3,c est bien mais un peu vieillot comme décoration,puis la 2eme fois une chambre c'est mieux

Bonne situation pour cet ancien hotel bien rénové. Chambres confortables avec bon lit et TV éran plat. Joli bar animé le soir et belle terrasse piscine avec vue

la situation de l'hôtel, la meilleure de la ville qu'il surplombe, avec une grande terrasse et une vue superbe ; le personnel très discret et agréable, le petit dèj est très bon : choix varié .
