I stayed downtown in the centro area where I could go to the Bazar and shop and get the feel of Casablanca. The breakfast each morning was excellent with much variety to choose from, loved the fresh dates. Room was clean, staff very nice and had refregerator in room. |

It's location. It's breakfast. The hotel was good in certain way. It was a little old but considering the city infraestructure I think it is not so bad. I wouldn't recommend it if it were in europe. It's like a 3 stars hotel. |

The first stay was ok, but I wasn't happy with this second stay at this hotel. Probably, depending on the timing, and the staffs... The lady at the front desk was not professional, and she gave us very bad room so that we had to ask for more clean room with some tip. In addition to that, the remote controller of TV didn't work. |

la habitacion fue muy amplia el recepcionista se puso muy agresivo cuando mi mujer a subido a la habitacion sola. pensaba que era maroquina. pero antes ponerse asi, hay que verificar las cartas de identificacion! |

Ubicacion La mala predisposicion del personal. Sin contar que al llegar la reserva no estaba hecha por Booking y tuvimos que restregarsela en la cara y de muy mala gana nos dieron una habitacion. La pero experiencia que tuvimos en un hotel....y de 4 estrellas. Evidentemente tienen un problema muy grande con elta pagina web |

We hadden een ruime kamer, met geweldig uitzicht. Goed ontbijt. De roomservice was erg slecht (Een flesje cola, zonder opener en glas daarnaast was het eten slecht van kwaliteit). We hebben er dus niets van gegeten. Ze wilde in eerste instantie dat we zouden betalen, want we hadden de bon toch getekend, maar na heel erg veel praten hebben ze het van de rekening gehaald. |

c'etait bien situe pour regardez la ville de Casablanca. C'etait facile de trouver les restaurants et prendre taxis au souk, shopping etc. La receptioniste etait un peu brusque et le petit dejeuner service etait un peu desorganise - manque des couteaux, forchettes, lait, jus, serviettes de temps en temps |

Me hospedé un lunes y un jueves de la misma semana. El nivel y calidad de las habitaciones fue totalmente distinto. El 5° piso está en muy mal estado de mantenimiento. |

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. As comodidades não parecem de 4 estrelas, mas atendendo à cidade em que se localiza, que está extremamente suja e decadente, não está mal. |
