Close to airport and Marrakech town. Very big clean rooms. Good food - plenty of variety. Big pools. Lots of sunbeds available. Friendly staff. Breakfast was always a bit chaotic at peak times (ie 9 am) so tables were not cleared quickly enough and we often ended up clearing our own table! Special Moroccan restaurant very disappointing for which you pay a surcharge - not worth it or perhaps the food just wasn't to our taste. Very noisy by both swimming pools with loud music and activities going on. I think they should reserve one pool as an "adults only" pool as there's plenty of space for that and the other pool is actually the larger one with the flumes for the kids. Not a place to go for a romantic break where you want to be peaceful! Air conditioning did not work in our room.

Lovely pool area and a really nice SPA . Plenty to eat and a decent variety of food types. TV channels limited and no pay per view option, which you would expect in a 5 star. (this is required during bad weather periods as there is not much to do if the weather turns).

As a group of 13 girls, we all said that we had an amazing stay the hotel was beautiful and clean. The food was of a very high standard with plenty of fresh options for an ai. The staff were very accomodating as they moved us the next day due to building works oppersite. We were only 10 minutes from the airport and square, pay no more than 150 dirham. When we checked out there was a confusion with the bill which took nearly 2 hours all in all to sort out, so check out early...

Fabulous, fabulous place. Can't recommend it highly enough. We had kids 7 & 10 with us - took a half-day trip out of the resort each day, and did not use the children's club. Kids loved the water slides. Food was great (huge variety - good for managing food allergies). Loved the fact the kids were in a separate room from us within our suite! Staff very friendly, all very clean, beautiful gardens. Good range of sports facilities. The weak link is the front desk. We had 3 problems while we were there, all of which took 3 trips / calls each to reception to get fixed. Their linguistic skills were limited, and they couldn't provide small change for the big notes provided by currency exchange. Sports equipment also a bit limited/worn.

Lay-out, tennis courts, shuttle bus into town centre Food was a bit repetitive - some beef and lamb would have been nice.

Very relaxing and a lot of activities around the pools. Friendly staff and a large variety of food. Do not have adapters for UK electronic devices which is a shame for a five star hotel.

Excellent value for money. We were a group of 24 and there was something for everyone - from the range of activities available to the variety of food served in the restaurants. Having to pay for the room safe and lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room

When we arrived at the hotel, one of our rooms was still being painted. I spoke to the manager straight away and complained. He sorted out another two rooms for us that was in a better location within the resort. We were very pleased with the friendly service and the variety of the food. Also they had a free shuttle bus to and from the market. The heated swimming pool for the cold days was a bonus. The place is beautifully decorated.

Leaving it. Inattentive, rude and ignorant reception staff, room that stank of sewerage, loud and inconsiderate animation staff and activities, no quiet areas to escape the noise of animation team. Cringeworthy evening entertainment. Very slow evening bar service, poor choice of cocktails.

The hotel facilities is the main positive aspect, there are three swimming pools, a big main restaurant and a nice spa. It is not so close to Medina area, but the shuttle service also low cost of taxis compensate it. The food quality could be better.

The hotel was a great resort and peaceful oasis located C. 4km from the madness of the Marrakech Medina. There is a courtesy shuttle bus that takes guests into the city For sports lovers there is plenty to engage in. We played tennis daily, the pools are excellent and there are facilities for volley ball, basketball, table tennis and brushing up your golf drives The hotel is within easy reach of the Atlas mountains and the Ourika valley (highly recommended) by car within 90 minutes (60 km). I had one query with the bill and the manager spoke to me, understood the issue and reduced the bill by the amount in question. This underlines the overall ethos - happy guests! Some of the pool side entertainment and the early evening "cabaret" by the main bar could be loud. It is worth highlighting that most of the clientele when we were there were French and French is the first language of the hotel; one of my daughters commented that it was not inclusive if you aren't a good French speaker. The shuttle bus runs a set schedule for out and returns and this can be limiting. It gives C. 1.5 hours in Marrakech which was fine in our casse when the temperatures were in the mid 40s but earlier or later in the year may be frustrating. Taxis from the Medina to the hotel cost Dh50 (but you need to haggle!)

Good pool facilities. Good shuttle service to the medina. No "do not disturb signs" Restaurant times differed to advertised times Little information given in terms of what the resort had to offer When I went to check in the staff claimed to have no record of my booking, and apparently this was my fault as I hadn't emailed the hotel after receivIng confirmation from booking.com however doesn't this defeat the purpose of using the booking site? It was sorted out eventually but was very frustrating after a day of travel, particularly when the staff did not apologize for the mix up.

Frendly staff. Food is alright. For everybody something. Several places at the buffet are very busy -> a part of your food is already cold when you are able to eat it. We where only staying here for 3 days but I can imagen that after a week the selection is a little bit boring (not very much variation). Try the restaurant with local Maroccan food (extra costs ~10Euro). Very nice. But check if you have some limitation (no meat or fish) the menu upfront. My husband does not eat meat. They solved it very professional only the maincourse was a little bit disappointing. But my compliments that they where so creative to come with an alternative solution. It's a pitty that the rooms are located on one part of the resort and the pool, food, etc at another part of the resort. The atmosphere in the area of the chambers is very quiet and 'dead'. A pitty that all guest alreay put the towels early in the morning, arriving after a late breakfast. But this is very often a problem in this type of hotels. It would be nice if there could be found a solution on this by the hotel.

Very peacefull and relaxing atmosphere, beautifully maintained grounds, excellent selection of food for every appetite, very helpfull and supportive staff, no pressure to do anything, friendly and concerned that we were enjoying our stay. Cool rooms, did not have any problems with any part of the hotel. The pool was well maintained and clean, plenty of towels and sunbeds. Good pool based activities to join in with. Poor availability of English information about daily events at the hotel, just as well we spoke French!
