The pool and garden Convenient location

Service was a little haphazard I did not have the correct room - there was no balcony and a booked this hotel and room specifically to have a balcony.

I don't even know where to start but maybe referring how ridiculous it is to call Kenzi Farah a 5 star resort would be a good entry summary. The bathroom had no hand towels neither a feet mat. The toilet did not look desinfected and toilet paper was short. The hotel looks old and untreated from the outside and very old-fashioned inside. The staff is very rude, unpolite and arrogant. They are not helpful and more often than not talk in arabic between them, while you are trying to talk to them. They look frustrated everytime you ask them to assist you. During breakfast, for instance, pancakes finished pretty early and the cooker made it clear that it was none of her business to make anymore. Then they started picking up things much sooner than the end hour while the dining room was still full. Regarding the pool restaurant, towels and napkins are thrown to the floor, creating a pile of them, in the view of all guests, making the restaurant look like a mess.The pool is roughly nice but there aren't enough pool chairs for all guests so second liners will go to the grass with pool cushions and the latest guests will need to settle with the grass alone. I intend to file a complaint to the Morocco Turism Association since Kenzi Farah cannot be considered a 5star resort anywhere and I consider I was intentionally misleaded to something that this hotel certainly isn'T.

Their failure to heat the swimming pool. The pool was far too cold for comfortable swimming. The pool was heated three years back. Solar heating would be easy to install

the staff especially the concierge were not very helpful. in fact when trying to get a taxi he was raising the price to pressure us to take it immediately. not good

Usage of the spa gym and indoor pool had charges and they were never especified before. None of the staff were able to speak english to a conversation leve. But all friendly.

We sometimes wanted to stay at the hotel in the evenings. It was difficult to find a small meal - there was just the buffet. Or room service

The front desk employers dont care about helping customers

The lift was very upset

The room was good and very clean. Staff was very helpfull.

Breakfast always the same, only one variety of cheese and ham, not a 5* breakfast. Dinner buffet also not changed much. The swimming pool and chair area is really small for the number of rooms of the hotel. Never managed to get a free chair near the pool from 13 to 17 (pool closes at 18), or even a clean towel, they never had towels. It seems like the pool was built for 2 of the hotel buildings and then they added 2 more. Also there is no bar in the swimming pool like there is in any 5* resort, and no music near the pool, only the sound of tons of small children playing. Booking.com also states there are 3 restaurants working, and it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel but no, only 1 restaurant was working!

Room was a bit tatty

This hotel was no way near a 5 star hotel, it was more like a 4/3 star hotel. I stayed in 3 different hotels and this was the worst. Stay away from this hotel, my room air con was not working the hot water was cold the room was very basic with toilet separate to the bathroom. I complained about how bad the hotel was and that it was more like a 4 star hotel and they just said this is how it is, I even tried to cancel this booking but it was too late. They did change my room but it was only slightly better meaning the hot water worked. The reason why this hotel is cheap because it is not 5 star. The location was quite good however. I recommend to stay in kenzi agadal hotel or kenzi menari. Very disappointed at the hotel and the arrogant manager.

Internet not available in all of 4 days of my staying Booking.com say that there is Internet in rooms and whole the hoterl but actualy no Booking. Com must tell the truth,I really face a problem to follow up my business away. Whow will pay me the substitution

they added taxes for each person of my family which i did not see before at any hotel i visited before & it was high taxes. suppose to take taxes for the room only not for all the family members. also they have to mention these taxes in the site before booking so every thing will be clear from the begining. they gave me room with bad condition at the arrival room no. 3122 & after i refused it they gave me room no.4210 wich is more better than the other one why????.one time they forgot my room open while i was out side the hotel & this not secure & thanks allah nothing lost.

The ineffective air conditioner

Large resort with nice grounds a Spa. Located just outside the mayhem of the City Centre. Room lovely and clean, although the hotel is very dated.

The food was really quite bad. Almost inedible. Very cheap and nasty evening meals on the half board which was actually almost described as disgusting.
