The hotel gardens were ok. Also the SPA is nice but not cheap. Room was old with old furniture. Bathroom was old. Everything was completely old. Besides our room was near something (maybe a machines room) very noise during all the night. Air conditioning did not work. |

the position, pretty close to medina everything! Bad breakfast, rooms are old and ugly, the pool is really small and there is no chance to find a free chair/bed: people wake up at 5 am to book the chairs/beds, amazing!! there are more or less 100 sits around the pool, but the hotel can host more than 500 people, so almost no chances to stay in the pool!! we wonder how it can be a 5 stars... in Europe it would be no more than 3 stars in our opinion. |

A very celan room and a staff demonstrating great hospitality. The hotel has excellent facilities and is located in quiet surrondings not far from the city center. Logistics in the resturant could be improved both during breakfast and dinner. There were missing cups and spopons all the time and the supply of food was to slow resulting in many empty trays. |

Large comfortable room well appointed room. (We were in the Koutoubia annexe and we understand this is the best). Very friendly and helpful staff and cleanliness everywhere was exemplary. In our room, corridors and pubic spaces, inside and outside it was kept so clean Very little literature about the hotel in the rooms. hotel restaurants, shops, etc. Breakfast was not the best meal. Products ran out and were not replaced. One morning was so bad that we complained to the manager and things did improve. We were not alone in being very put out by cold exterior pool and high, individual pricing of all the facilities in the indoor pool complex |

Beautiful gardens, room was spacious and comfortable, and warm when heat was required. Restaurants apart from breakfast, were not up to the general standard of the hotel. The Morroccan and the Mediterranean restaurants were cold in the evenings, we had to keep our coats on! |

L'hotel est relativement bien situe, pas tres loin du centre ville (~1,6km). Il est tres spacieux: les batiments, la belle court et surtout la chambre (double). Les prix du repas sont trop eleves, le prix du dejeuner de 20 euros, l'eau non inclus, devrait correspondre a un service est un repas elabore, et non un bufet! Tous les services: spa, salle de gym, ... sont tres chers, e.g. une heure dans la salle de gym 10 euros! Je pense que pour le prix des chambres et la classe de l'hotel, les servies basiques comme la salle de gym doivent etre disponibles au clients gratuitement. |

Ubicado en zona tranquila, cercano al centro de la medina y también a la zona moderna. Jardín estupendo y buena piscina. El personal amable. Los desayunos un poco pobres para un hotel de 5 estrellas. La piscina cubierta costaba 10€ la hora. Manchas de humedad en el cuarto de baño y cortina de la ducha. Eso tendría que estar más cuidado para un hotel de esta categoría. |
