Verry old hotel with uncomfortable beds. Old furniture too
The location was good
The hotel is very convenient to travel in Marrakech and the region
Long delay at reception desk on arrival.
Pool area, snack bar and friendly staff.
In the breakfast in every day of the years (3rd visit)you need to wait 50 minutes to take something ! Little and poor breakfast! not 5 star ! Dont buy this option and come outside to take in a few minutes from the hotel.
The price and the Location.
Staff in the front offic is not helpful. Hotel Rome is too boring for 5 star hotel.
maybe the price is far neigh.
The absence of a nightlife facility
Breakfast Room Service
- wifi, the longer I stayed the worst internet access I had from my room until wifi didn't worked at all, - lack of iron in the room (there is only loundry service, so you need to use it even if you want only to iron your clothes), - during the check out/payment they wanted to charge me with the items from minibar I never took. Luckily the person who was handling my check out ask me to write a statement that I didn'd took the items from minibar and she reduced the bill, - no bathrobe or slippers in the room or extra towel although there are pools and sauna facilities in the hotel (5 stars !), - shower hoose too short to place shower head high so you can stand and take a shower,
I booked this hotel due to the fact that it was the venue of the conference I was attending. Although it is five stars hotel, I would rate it rather as three to four stars. - room service (not too expensive, quick and professional), - reasonable price
Avoid rooms located at room 3015 level. Too noisy !
Thé good will of staff to change a noisy room
Building is old
Very good location
Nothing I like for God saik 5*holet should have its own inning board and inning in the room . Evry time u want to inning u have to pay £10 and u have to pay for in door pool or the gym yaaaaaaak. I don't advise any one with kids to stay in that hotel .
I only like the tea man that's all never again to stay in this hotel
the price that i paid there was higher than what was mentioned in booking.com and they charge me more than the normal rate of currency exchange ..it was a very disappointing stay althought it is in my country
Kenzi Farah is chaotic, needs real staff training, poor food, bad staff attitude and dirty rooms.
I didn't like the darkness of the corridors or hallways. Also, one night our bedroom was near the Lift and it was noisy.
Staff so arrogant!
1. The older gay at the reception (wears glasses) seems to think that all his guests are slaves (very unfriendly), (all other staff where very respectfull & friendly. 2. Problem with doves (very annoying noices early in the morning before the window).
nice pool, beautiful garden.
Non smoking rooms or floors not available. Smells everywhere.
The pool area
Needed to pay extra for the safe. 25 MAD per day.
Very nice pool area with restaurant and bar. Live music in the evening. The personnel was very friendly.
WIFI is not working at all in the rooms, the pictures don't correspond to reality, very old and not maintained rooms, prices for coffee ect. are double of what they are in a regular restaurant in Marrakech.
I booked for four day after first day , I wanted to leave as they didn't have wifi in any room , just the lobby area which isn't ideal at all Also no iron etc I sometime wonder who rate this hotel 5 star it's more like a 2 Plus after speaking to various number of staff , at first was told I would not get a refund then eventually was promised I will , but now after a month no refund has been give Would I book again Never
No wifi connection in the room, had to go to the reception area all the time for signal. Didn't mund too much though.
Staff were excellent, clean hotel and excellent facilities.
The room was not correctly cleaned. Our room ( 3115 ) was noisy both from inside as outside
Excellent breakfast Size of room and quality of both beds
Not a bad experience, but it was more expensive to avail of the bar and restaurant than the room rate would imply.
Comfort of the room, the gardens were well laid out and easy on the eye. The concierge staff were gracious and very attentive.
As we were expecting 5* it was very disappointing on arrival.a nice reception area but the room was a lil tattier than 5*. The restaurant was OK but food was served Luke warm n we had no idea what was on offer as the buffet had no labelling. My partner was very lucky not to have a reaction as the rice contained prawns and he is allergic!!!! As a 3/4* I would possibly recommend but feel like it was misrepresented to us as 5*.
Staffs were rude specially the receptionist who were dealing with us when we were checking out. It was very unprofessional when they were talking in their language which was obvious that it was about us. I tried to call the reception from our room many times and no one bothers to answer. They don't smile or even greet you.
The Moroccan restaurant and one of the waiters who works there was really nice.
