Very nice and new hotel, helpful staff.Taxi's are available at the hotel (at least when we were there). Free wifi (only in lobby) Food at the Moroccan restaurant. Don't try to get some food 1 minute before opening of the breakfast !! |

Very good service. The use of Spa is a unique experience! The staff was very professional and very friendly. Like the majority of the hotels in Morocco, they do not provide any maps and/or short tourist guides for the city that you visit. This, becomes many times very annoying, because they give you the impression that they enhance the "price negotiation" (or bazaar) with locals. It is not serious for Hotels like this. |

good hotel, nice swimmingpool, not far from centre Marrakech, but you need a taxi. we had marrocan dinner, fish with vegetables but it was not properly heated. we sent it back and got good hot food later. |

Would highly recommend staying here if you would like to stay away from the actual city. Beautiful grounds with an amazing pool, very nice breakfast, good staff. It's what I expect for a 5* place. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would prefer if the coffee/tea maker was not included as the 'mini bar' - you had to pay to use this... Also, due to no fault of the hotel, I was slightly annoyed by all of the flies around the pool. I found this problem with the majority of the country though... |

Best Hotel that I have stayed in full stop. Big mention to Shariff the concierge who goes out of his way to give you a warm welcome. Buffet breakfast was very good. bit far from city centre but there are taxis on hand everytime you need them. |

Fantastic hotel and great amenities, with lovely food and staff. Nice basket of food was there to greet us in our room. The handheld shower (with a 2ft cord) forced you to have a bath to wash your hair. That and a very dirty coffee maker were the only negative things. |

i like everything of the hotel , it is 100 % oke. Staff, rooms , poolarea, bar, and especialy the breakfast is more than perfec. everone can go and stay in a wonderfull quiet place full of sujperp quality the assistant consierges took money from guests and the taxi drivers as well. The should be replaced, , because they are the only reason people will dislike their stay, They probabnly thing guests are stupid , but that is most likely not the case |

Everything was perfect, the rooms are very clean and spacy. The staff was very helpful , cooperative with a nice smile all the time. The breakfast is OK. The Hammam is good experience , thanks to Rachid who gave us nice bath..House keeping staff were professional and cooperative . Only the location We need to use 40 MD taxi at least to go from the hotel to the city and go back. But thanks to Abdul Samad and Jamal the two drivers that made this nice experience |

The best service I have ever experienced. Hotel is fantastic in all aspects. The room is very confortable, pool is very big and clean, nice loungers around the pool. The hotel offers all day free kids club what is great for families with small kids like us. The breakfast is fantastic in a very nice restaurant to start the day. I recommend it 100% and hope we will be back soon. Nothing to complain at all (even if you try to find something!) |

The concierge Sherif is the best I have come across in any hotel anywhere in the world. He goes out of his way to satisfy every request. Very good spa and gym. large rooms. Nice large pool. Only 1 chair on balcony (had to request second). No internet offered in room although a connection is there. The food menu is not what I would expect in a 5 star hotel. I did not appreciate being charged for in room coffee. The size of the hotel is such a long way from reception to room especially when the key card malfunctions. The Hotel Taxi used for transfer from airport was antique and the door flew open, window winder fell off during the journey (Friendly driver though). Hotel rather remote from Madina. Requested nuts on 2 occasions with bar drinks but never arrived. Probably due to language (lack of my French). Room could have flowers, welcome fruit and bath robes normal in a 5 star. |

Swimming Pool and its gardens are fantastic. Mini Club (10.00/18.00 – closed Mondays) is pretty good (my son loved it). Bedroom & toilet are really good. The hotel is totally isolated (+- 3 km from the City Centre), in the middle of nowhere; we have chosen half board because it would be easier for our son. So, unless you have children, do not go with half board. They have a fixed 3 course menu (you can choose one of 5 starters, one of 5 main courses, and one of 3 deserts). The same for the kids menu. We usually prefer "a la carte" rather than big buffets - but this time was not a good deal: the quality is fairly good but choice is really weak. For this choise, we thought the restaurant was expensive. Breakfast is rather a 3 or 4 stars hotel (horrible fruits, weak choice, really bad pancakes). |

Excellent staff, very nice swimming pool, the rooms are excellent and the architecture of the red morrocan hotel very interesting. It was upon my expectations, because I worried a little before our arrival knowing that it had been opened in march this year and because there were not many guest reviews...but I dont regret the choice. a little far from the centre, though good cheap access in taxi |
