breakfast . Location if you don't like the hussle of the town
service was not up to the standards!! Couldn't handle big crowd in a big night !! Everybody looked confused !! Credit card machine was down!! And I have to pay for my stay in cash !!had reservation and paid upfront for dinner on NYE but no table!no iron/table in the room so we had to pay away too much money to get a shirt ironed...
Spacious rooms in an open "Riad" style hotel, lovely hotel grounds, huge swimming pool though it was too cold in winter, buffet breakfast with big choice, very helpful concierge!
Poor WiFi connection everywhere! Hotel outside the old city center (Medina), hotel shuttle has limited timings, using taxis all the time can become expensive as they charge high for tourists even for small distances! Hotel restaurants are on the expensive side and the food is very average, not worth the money!
Breakfast excellent. Room spacious with nice ballcony. Nice spa services . Perfect pool .
The room with garden view noicy little bet because of the nearby street. receptionests are unprofeessional and un fridndly. The location far from the center of the city ,you need a taxi to reach There.
The quality of the hotel was excellent value for money the staff are friendly and cannot do enough to help. Great place for relaxation and some winter sun!
The food in the Moroccan restaurant was not great!
The accommodation was both spacious and comfortable, with a nice sitting area. The bathroom was well equipped and of a nice size , with separate shower cubicle and bath.
We had a room that unfortunately had a doorway between us and the next room(adjoining) so we could every word , which in most cases was very loud raucous laughter and phones going off etc, particularly during the early hours when the guests (3 young lads)came back.
enjoyed the quitness of the hotel.. breakfast and the staff are so friendly,,
most of the rooms are 10 munites walk from the reception and the hotel main door, as well as the restaurents! i ve been upgraded to suit room because the king bed room i ve requested was not available when i checked in beside the long distance from the hotel main interence,
quiet, and space you do not need to leave the hotel.
Great sized rooms, huge pool, excellent customer service, the entire staff are always so eager to help. Very extensive buffet meals + 3 restaurants to choose from. Close to Carrefour supermarket too
Nothing to add
no power for lights for several hours, wrong information given at desk
Excellent facilities. Loved the swimming pool and various activities throughout the day. Concierge Charif is second to none.
Package offered online by booking.com as all inclusive but turns out it was just bed and breakfast.
The pool may appear a bit chilly at first but it offers a superb size for fun or serious swimming and is spotlessly clean. The loungers are very comfortable especially the double platform curtained beds. Pool staff were all very polite and friendly. the man who ran the Yoga and stretch classes was 110% and his energy needs to be witnessed to be believed. He is an employee I would definitely want to keep.
Unfortunately our room balconies overlooked the dining room and therefore offered no privacy at all. Food at the pool was not very imaginative and the Moroccan meal in the restaurant was awful and no comparison to the food we ate in Marrakesh. did not use all inclusive.
good hotel for relaxing and golf holidays
Spacious room, clean, good location, very quiet. Reasonably quiet hotel, not over full so lots of room around the pool for sunbeds/beds. Lovely big pool. Food is nice. Staff in the moroccan restaurant are excellent, friendly, attentive and courteous, including the live music. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and polite.
All of the bar and restaurant staff including reception, with the exceptions of the ones above, are uninterested, make you feel like an inconvenience, miserable, inattentive, and do not make a positive impression of the Moroccan culture.
The service is great. Hotel personnel will try everything they can to please you. As a family we appreciated particularly the two facilitators/animators, Hassan and Fatima Zarah who entertained incredibly well the hotel's guests with various activities (eventhough it was Ramadan!)
Some of the staff where helpful and this was enhanced once we tipped. The breakfast was good, and the cleanliness in the rooms brilliant.
As this b&b, half board, and all inclusive you have many people having different experiences, the people who are on all inclusive being at the bottom of the list in the products / quality of food and service. This is not a five star in my opinion, it doesn't give you that special feeling which you would hope to have. When you arrive at the hotel you recieve no real information about the restaurants how many times you can go, local facilities tours etc. In your room there is no welcome pack either telling you where to go etc. when we do ask staff about markets we where always informed different information to other people we spoke to. Around the pool area all inclusive customers have plastic glasses and no waiter service. Paying customers have waiter service, glasses and glass bottles, resulting in some people dropping glass around the pool. Which I found disgusting as children where playing near the area. I also got a small shard of glass in my foot.
Food very expensive
Front desk staff very professional and friendly, concierge very helpfull, nice and big bedrooms, good atmosphere and nice breakfast.
Bar staff very lazy and the service taking too much long. Marocan food restaurant was not good and very expensive at the hotel. Swimming pool service not so professional. Room cleaning could be better and sooner, rooms are cleaned very late in the afternoon.
Spacious hotel, excellent staff
Nothing to add here
the hotel looks amazing and the amenities are great breakfast is vast but not the best the pool looks great
the spa package is average at best staff don't seem to like english speakers pool is freezing cold!
