Score from 434 reviews Very good
Excellent facilities. Loved the swimming pool and various activities throughout the day. Concierge Charif is second to none.
Package offered online by booking.com as all inclusive but turns out it was just bed and breakfast.
The pool may appear a bit chilly at first but it offers a superb size for fun or serious swimming and is spotlessly clean. The loungers are very comfortable especially the double platform curtained beds. Pool staff were all very polite and friendly. the man who ran the Yoga and stretch classes was 110% and his energy needs to be witnessed to be believed. He is an employee I would definitely want to keep.
Unfortunately our room balconies overlooked the dining room and therefore offered no privacy at all. Food at the pool was not very imaginative and the Moroccan meal in the restaurant was awful and no comparison to the food we ate in Marrakesh. did not use all inclusive.
good hotel for relaxing and golf holidays
Spacious room, clean, good location, very quiet. Reasonably quiet hotel, not over full so lots of room around the pool for sunbeds/beds. Lovely big pool. Food is nice. Staff in the moroccan restaurant are excellent, friendly, attentive and courteous, including the live music. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and polite.
All of the bar and restaurant staff including reception, with the exceptions of the ones above, are uninterested, make you feel like an inconvenience, miserable, inattentive, and do not make a positive impression of the Moroccan culture.
The service is great. Hotel personnel will try everything they can to please you. As a family we appreciated particularly the two facilitators/animators, Hassan and Fatima Zarah who entertained incredibly well the hotel's guests with various activities (eventhough it was Ramadan!)
Some of the staff where helpful and this was enhanced once we tipped. The breakfast was good, and the cleanliness in the rooms brilliant.
As this b&b, half board, and all inclusive you have many people having different experiences, the people who are on all inclusive being at the bottom of the list in the products / quality of food and service. This is not a five star in my opinion, it doesn't give you that special feeling which you would hope to have. When you arrive at the hotel you recieve no real information about the restaurants how many times you can go, local facilities tours etc. In your room there is no welcome pack either telling you where to go etc. when we do ask staff about markets we where always informed different information to other people we spoke to. Around the pool area all inclusive customers have plastic glasses and no waiter service. Paying customers have waiter service, glasses and glass bottles, resulting in some people dropping glass around the pool. Which I found disgusting as children where playing near the area. I also got a small shard of glass in my foot.
Food very expensive
Front desk staff very professional and friendly, concierge very helpfull, nice and big bedrooms, good atmosphere and nice breakfast.
Bar staff very lazy and the service taking too much long. Marocan food restaurant was not good and very expensive at the hotel. Swimming pool service not so professional. Room cleaning could be better and sooner, rooms are cleaned very late in the afternoon.
Spacious hotel, excellent staff
Nothing to add here
the hotel looks amazing and the amenities are great breakfast is vast but not the best the pool looks great

Trasfering to Kenzi club because thevhotel was over booked. Rooms were far away and lights are dim at night Car trsndportation to Kenzi Menara Palace took some long time in few occassions
Not much now you come to ask
The absolute rubbish i had to endure during check-in
Room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were polite and helpful. Lovely pool area. Food was ok. Overall a very nice hotel and I'd have no hesitation on returning in the future.
Some aircraft noise and to far out of town.
pool area and poolside restaurant . shuttle to town . breakfast vast & varied.
our room had the view and the noise from dining room and kitchen - say 15 metres away - too close! and patio had public toilet wall & windows on one side! and patio door lock broken & not repaired despite multiple requests - so room not secure!
The spacious room after upgrading
Had to checkout at 12 am although I checked in at 3 am and breakfast closed at 10.30 so missed it although was included in my booking
The big swimminpool outside and the small one inside according to our children. Big rooms.
The extra beds for the children were poor. We used roomservice twice and got cold dishes that should have been hot.
Comfort, facilities, food especially breakfast.
Swimming pool needs a refurb.
The Media Entertainement System with recent movies The confy beds and rooms The food is ok
They removed the cofee machine from rooms
Room are large
Noise : Bar music heard at room Mini bar : absence of chocolat, cookies...
1. Location 2. Big room 3. Place is nice
1. Changing money between dirham and Euro
We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great personalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to me in Casablanca as my flight was leaving the next day at 7am. We enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it.
- Perfect place to relax. - Excellent breakfast offering.
