1.The swimming pool (incl. Part for small kids) and the fantastic garden, very well taken care of 2. The very friendly personel 3. It's close to the center (jemaa el fna square), some 10 min by car, 45 min walking

1. The receptionists could be more friendly 2. The disco is very loud if you're close to it. You should make sure with the reception that you get a room far from the disco

The breakfast was good

The hotel gives an archaic look and need renovation. The access road is borken with no lights. The beds weren't clean enough.

the pool and gardens are very beautiful, big and well maintained! miniclub, tennis court anf voleyball very good. the fitness and the spa are not as new and modern as expected or as discribed! The staff is very nice and helpfull!!

fitness and spa are not as good as expected, no steaming bath, no jacuzzi as previously annouced. the machine at the fitness are a bit obsolete.

Very friendly staff. The hotel was pompous decorated, clean but ageing interior.

The spa was disappointing, the staff there didn't give the impression they want you enjoying any of their service... The gym was old and half of the equipment was broken down.

- Staff's english language was very limited - Visiting Marrakech at a relatively cold time - the room was cold and the airconditioner/warmer did not work...we asked staff 3 times/days in a row about this and not until day 3 did they say they could not fix it and a electric heater was brought to the room.

i booked this hotel because on the website it displayed children playground with fun staff for the kids. Major disapointment nothing at the hotel for the kids a real let down I asked at the reception where is the children area which is displayed on the internet. I was told it was all taken down months ago. Also swimming pool is not heated, it states heated on the website. So my children had no were to play and the pool is freezing!!

We were checked in into a dirty room and smoky room.

Breakfast and Restaurants were excellent, even if not included in the price.

They had tech issues, could not print/could not access PC and Wifi signal was weak at times

the rooms, the service very bad,that hotel is not 4 or 5 stars at all,seriouce it need a gud management first and staff training and renevation to all the rooms

The kindness of the personnel, the fabulous garden with a Hollywood kind of swimming pool, breakfast in the garden, the proximity to the city (both new area and old medina / Djemaa el Fna square).

The loud disco all night long if your room is close to the reception (avoid rooms 201-202 etc....) and rather take 247-253.

We stayed 3 nights in mid-Sept. The hotel was perfect in every aspects. The room was big, clean and had a minibar. Dinner was delicious. Pool was clean and big, garden was well-kept and large. Staff were warm and pleasant. Distance to medina costs 20-30 Dh. Overall rating 9/10.

The pool is lovely and most staff are very friendly.

Most staff did not speak any English but that's understandable. Front desk staff were abrubt to the point of rudeness but all other staff very friendly. Rooms are dark and ours smelt of old smoke. Confusing about times for breakfast and evening meals. Breakfast was nice with a large buffet but all other food was very expensive and not very nice. I had a Carbonara which in particular was not very nice. However, the pool area and gardens are lovely and all other staff are very friendly and helpful. Good price also.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l'hôtel. et si j'ai l'occasion de retourner à marrakech je séjournerais labas. merci à tout le personnel.

L'emplacement est un peu loin car avec un bébé et une poussette c'est un peu difficil. mais ce n'est en aucun cas un inconvénient..
