your staf don't speak English. They don't understand European calchar.
I liked the good service in the front office Mrs Bouchera she is professional and helpfull all the time smiling many thanks for her and for the restaurant staff in the buffet.
One lady in The telephone operator and sometimes in the reception she is rude and none professional at all she disturbed me so many time.
Wifi was very bad.
the service was good, the staff were very helpful and cheerful.
the TV set in our room was very old and I did ask them to change it but in vain!!!
It must be improved
Best location, quiet, calm and well maintained. Excellent staff and nice inside environment. Good money wise and also great breakfast. I rank it as the best in Marrakech, even better than many of the 5 stars around there. Will always stay again.
Satellite channel needs to be improved. The corridor carpets need to be either cleaned or removed from some places.
Location is good
I was 10 minutes late for breakfast they wouldn't serve me in restaurant I wanted to pay but they said you have to order room service for nearly 10 euro they brought me some cakes and a coffee I wouldn't call it breakfast , staff not friendly or helpful at all , just reception desk staff were friendly
Verry nice pool and garden, wonderful view, bar and restaurant near pool
Small bed( i am 75 kg and my wife 55 but we didn't fit in a double bed) Unprofessional staff( they didn't say not even good bye when we check-out) Poor breakfast
i have spent two days in this place . the hotel is almost good but the service is so weak
The hotel garden.
Poor conference facilities, dark rooms, not heated water in the swimming pool.
The food was good.
Rooms need refurbishment and modernisation
Nice staff and food
Wifi could b better
I went there for a business trip for two days. The problems started by the time I checked in. The rate of the room was higher than that they quoted in booking.com (including city taxes), though it's around 3 euros extra. I needed wifi connection desperately to finish some work. The room they allotted had a very weak wifi signal coverage and then I had to argue and wait for one hour at the reception to get a new room, that too in a very impolite manner. Still the internet coverage was very bad, later I realized that it is the same everywhere in the hotel. About the food: it's highly priced and not at all worthy
- Nice staff - Good breakfast - Wifi available for free - Clean room
- Cleaning service is very slow - >30 minute walk to Djemaa el Fna - Dinner is relatively expensive - Swimming pool was very cold in November (outside temperature was 23 degrees Celcius)
The pool area was really nice and big and clean. This is a nice feature to have in Marrakech which can get quite warm even in off seasons, and which is generally fun especially when travelling with youngsters. Thumbs up. Our room was quiet too - again a good feature for the booming city. Thanks to booking.com we paid not much per night - the prices they want on the counter are way over charged.
The interior is quite outdated and especially the carpets could benefit from replacement (especially important for people suffering from allergies). The staff was a bit sloooooow in responds. But otherwise alright.
Hitel way loc
