The rooms, decor, the swimming pool. Location is extremely noisy at the juncture of constant 24 hour traffic. The service in the hotel was woeful, very poor. |

the bed was comfortable and the rooms clean horrible reception in the SPA ! - continuous disturbance in rooms by traffic noice - poor insulation! The bathroom was beautiful but with technical problems: plumbing not working (water blocked in the shower) |

Gran tamaño de habitación. Todo nuevo y cuidado en detalles. Chequean el minibar hasta 3 veces al día. Mal servicio de recepción. Mal restaurante. |

La situation, le confort Le spa, l'eau était bine trop froide. Le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner buffet n'étaient pas à la hauteur des prix pratiqués.Globalement, la rapport qualité prix est mauvais. Je connais bien les hôtels de luxe. Celui a la prétention sans le service et la qulaité qu'on est en droit d'attendre. |

Le calme, la propreté, l'espace Chambre garantie jusqu'à 14 h, mais, le personnel est venu "souvent" à partir de 11h pour le nettoyage, un peu plus de tranquilité aurait bien mieux. |

Le restaurant gastronomique n'est vraiment pas a la heuteur des freres pourcel,le service n'est pas bon,et la cuisine vraiment tres passable.ensuite je trouve que vous abusez en effet j'ai demandé le service d'un taxi pour le matin pour l'aeroport,prix demandé 300 dr ,j'ai demandé le prix pour un taxi donc a la place de votre voiture,la reception m'a dit c'est le meme prix,j'ai demandé a un taxi il m'a dit 150 dr ainsi je trouve que pour le coup c'est vraiment pa bien comme procédé ainsi si je dois recommandé l'hotel je dirai de faire attention a ceci,de plus en arrivant j'ai commandé 4 coupes de champagne le champagne était évanté donc plus de bulle ,le barman me le change mais remet devant nous le champagne dans la bouteille c'est fou ca! |

Buenas habitaciones.todo bien.Quisiera comentar que los otros hoteles que junto a Estela Fischman reservamos en marrakesh,Riad Fes y Casablanca,nos cobraron IVA e impuestos al turismo,cuando booking ofrecias el precio con todo incluido.Como podemos hacer para que se nos acrediten los importes ??Muchas gracias |

El upgrade: me dieron una habitación superior (suite). Además no fue inconveniente mi llegada antes de tiempo (check in a las 11:00 a.m.). El hotel en general esta muy bien respecto la generalidad de la oferta hotelera de Casablanca. Es nuevo, el desayuno es variado. Para business, incluso para estancias más largas está bien ubicado. Tiene un parking publico de pago detrás (del centro comercial), muy comodo. Nada. Quizás en la Hall, la columna central (que entiendo soporte el edificio) es poco decorativo y no luce la Reception que tiene un techo espectacular. Esta consideración, no os quitará el sueño. |

A atmosfera do hotel, é um hotel calmo com um ambiente muito acolhedor e familiar. A decoraçao dos quartos é muito boa que cria um ambiente de tranquilidade. A limpeza é excelente. e a casa de banho é muito bem equipada, com champo, gel duche, pasta de dentes ou seja só e necesário levar a nossa roupa :) aconselho vivamente este hotel é muito muito bom. O Wiazid que é o empregado é muito simpatico e afavel, é bom ficar á conversa com ele enquanto se bebe um thé menta no patio. nada a referir, o riad é simplesmente muito muito bom |

La dimension, la propreté et l'équipement de la chambre. La gentillesse et le profssionnalisme deu personnel. La décoration des circulations des étages qui n'est pas à la hauteur du standing des chambres. |

J'avais reservé un chambre pour moi et une suite pour mon patron qui devait venir le landemain. Le soir j'ai demandé à la reception d'envoyer un voiturier pour le recupérer à l'aeroport à 7 du matin et de s'assurer que la suite sera prete à son arrivé. |
