The staff is very friendly and help you with anything you need and more!
Just Book this Hostel. The Name tells u everything. Come here and relax. It's directly next to the djema el fna ( the big place where all the action is) the hostel staff is the friendliest staff we have ever seen. They just chill with you and talk to you when u want to. They always can help you with questions and tourplanning. On the roof top is an awesome panoramique terasse with many possibilities to relax. Also it's like the cheapest hostel in Marrakech. At the 2nd day we felt like already been like 2 weeks here because you totally forget time and just live with the day. Relax on the roof and when u feel hungry you go outside and get something for small money :) They have wifi but it's like you don't need it, not even use your mobilephone. Just relax and forget the time :lD You will not regret booking this hostel!!!
Nothing. Only the roof top is closing in the night for secure reasons.
The staff was really nice! me and my friends had to leave the hostel before 7 am, and they left the breakfast ready for us!
Staff are really good and very friendly.
atmosphere staff other guests tea mint medicine breakfast wi-fi place almost impossible to find but it´s part of its charm
This hostel is situated at less than 5 minutes from Jema el Fnaa. You'll find very nice ppl here and the staff is very opened to help you with everything you need. Definitely my firma hostel option in MARRAKECH!
Very close to Djema el-Fnaa, amazing terrace!
The staff always help and the price is really good.
Great staff! all of them were very nice and helpful. We talked a lot about Moroccan culture. The hostel has an amazing atmosphere, specially in the rooftop and in the common room, we used to hang out a lot there and there was always music and mint tea. They also helped me to book a trip to the desert, which was amazing.
Just one day i had to take a pill and they ran out of water, so i just had to walk 5 min to the next store and get it. And the place is almost impossible to find, but everyone in the street was very helpful to take me there.
Excellent wifi! Also very clean in general.
Difficult to find at first - have to turn into a small side street
I loved my stay at Kif-Kif. I would definitely recommend this hostel. Staff, cleanliness, location, atmosphere - everything was great. The WIFI signal was great, and the breakfast was very enjoyable, with lots of traditional tea, which was quite rejuvenating in the morning. You can reach the hostel by stepping out of the bus at the Djema el-Fna station and walking straight ahead on the Mohammed V Avenue. You take the second street to the right through a red rocky arch and you walk to the next junction. Here you take another right, through another arch that has a sign on top, saying "Rue el-Ksour". You keep walking straight down the alley and pass many shops. The hostel is on another right sided alley. It is unmarked, but you can ask one of the locals and they will gladly direct you to it.
Really helpfull friendly staff. Fun, light, east going vibe. Colourfully decorated hostel with spacious roof terrace. Clean, tidy. Great value for money.
The price, its cheap but there are also many other choice in Marrakech,
The location, its difficult to find as its not near the main street, it will be totally feeling chilling when you lost in the alley at night. ONLY 1 SOCKET in the room for 6 people. That means if your bed not near that socket, you need to charge your device in lobby. Only 2 shower room share for whole hostel, and 1 toilet for each floor.
Had a young lad show me where hostel was, I knew I would have to give him a little cash for showing me where it was but he, and an older lad (who might have been from hostel) tried to get more money out of me.
The staff was nice, and helpfull. The place is very cozy.
It was difficult and a bit scary to find, but any way it was really nice. It is better to ask someone on the way.
Rooms are very organized. Breakfast is good. The terrace is so comfortable though it is a bit crowded with people. This hotel also provide cheaper excursions to Sahara compared to what I can find on the internet.
Sometime, it is getting too crowded. But it gives the chance to meet/hang out with other people.
So many beg bug in this hostel... I bitted more than hundred…. It was so itchy…. You must not choose this hostel by place… You may become to get more big problem and it will be costly for you. You have to wash all cloth and clean all your belonging…. I was lost so much time to clean and get sanitation after leaving this hostel…. I strongly recommend that you must avoid this hostel for your sanitation, safety and enjoy trip.
Meeting with people from different nationalities
Only one pedestal fan for eight people
nice and cheap close to the medina
They re very helpful, perfect position, cheap and clean. Good breakfast too
Cheap, clean and 5 minutes walking from the main square. Friendly staff
We thought this hostel was absolutely amazing. Especially because of the friendly personnel working there. Marrakech can be very overwhelming, with all the traditional sellers approaching you, (false) guides harassing you. Having a good hostel with an amazing ambiance makes you feel at home in Marrakech. They gave us good information about the city and the people and the personnel also helped us out with booking the desert trip we wanted to do. Thanks for everything!
Staff was super nice. Location is in the historical center.
It's a bit hard to find it for the first time, because it's in a labirinth, but after you can discover the shortcuts of the streets...
Its very good hostel. I strong recomend. Staff so good and helpful.
Bathroom is not so good, and there was just 2.
The location is ok but a little hard to find it even if You use GPS, I was staying in a 6 beds dorm and it was good, better than the other rooms with more beds. Just one 6 beds room have window and the rest of dorm no have window. It's hard to know if is a day or night in this Hotel.
I heard some complaints from some guests that in certain rooms - I guess the top floor - was in and the filtered rainwater, WI Fi does not work on the second floor and less in the third, If you are allergic to tobac and cats is not recommended at this hotel. Few electrical contacts for charging cameras batteries and mobile phones.
