La Kasbah d'Ouzoud

Nice and capable staff. Big bungalows worth the money. Nice view over the valley witchis really romantic in the evening. All in all a really nice hotel.

I think the food was a bit expensiv for marocco with 130 Dh for salad, poulettajin and a dessert. Thats my oppinion. The is quite hard, i sleep on the side so its not really my thing.

Wonderful accommodations and very helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone going to visit the falls in Ouzoud.

The Kasbah is nice, the bungalows comfortable, and the swimming pool clean and nice to swimm in it.. La Kasbah es bonita, los bungalows comfortables y la piscina está limpia y es agradable bañarse en ella.

Unfortunately we haven't got hot water in our Bungalow, so for 3 days we can't have a bath. We tell that to the receptionist 5 times, but he didn't care at all. Other staff explain us that they've already noticed before we arrived (??). We want to make a reclamation, but they haven't the official documents, so we do it in a white paper (twice they also have not ink in the tonner). We please to Booking. com information about our reclamation. Has been the worst staying in Morocco for years. Not recommended at all. For this service you shouldn't pay more than 15€ per night, and we pay more than three times. Desgraciadamente no tuvimos agua caliente ninguno de los tres dias y no pudimos ducharnos. Avisamos a recepción en 5 ocasiones, pero pasaron de todo. Finalmente presentamos reclamación en un folio en blanco (no tienen impresos oficiales), y hubo que hacerlo manuscrito 2 veces (tampoco tienen tinta en el tonner). El servicio es desastroso. Rogamos a booking. com nos informe del estado de nuestra reclamación. La peor estancia en Marruecos en años. Totalment desaconsejable, por 15€ la noche se encuentran establecimientos con mejor servicio (nosotros pagamos mas del triple.

The nature.

wonderful place to relax in a hot summer day thanks to the swimming-pool, the garden and the silent valley. It's also an excellent restaurant, one of the best we met in our holiday.

Bungalow is too hot in summer days, it becomes a little oven and hasn't air conditioned, just fans that are not sufficient to cool the room.

This was quite a find for a location with few options.

It was a lovely hotel, beautifully kept in a wonderful setting. It combined the ambience of an ancient kasbah with a high standard of modern accommodation. It's location, a short distance from the wonderful cascades meant that you could easily visit them yet return to the peace and the tranquility of the countryside.

The place was amazing, next to the cascades but at the same time really peaceful. It has a lovely garden with a pool and the kasbah is beautifully decorated. Karim (hope that's the right spelling) deserves a special mentioning: he was very helpful and our first friend in Morocco. We recommend to have dinner there: good quality for the price.

Mooie Kasbah met heerlijk zwembad. De bungalows buiten hebben een eigen terras. Fijne plek op korte afstand van de Cascades d'Ouzoud. Een aanrader.

Het eten is goed, maar de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van het eten kan iets beter.

.Après 7 h de voiture, l'accueil fut bref et froid, Les propriétaires sont antipathiques et inexistants. Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche et la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas dans le wc. De plus, pas d'eau dans la piscine !!! Il faut revoir les tarifs de chambre !

la situation, le cadre

nous voyageons avec des enfants. la piscine était en travaux et nous n'étions pas prévenus. Dommage nous l'avons choisis pour ça.

Su ubicación es maravillosa. Es un pequeño paraisorural..un respiro de paz. Soñabamos con llegar de vuelta a su jardin. Atento personal, digno desayuno y cenas más que buenas. Muy recomendable.

Podrian tener más información sobre la zona, mapas, guias...etc y mejor wifi...era casi imposible...conectar, pero te ayudaba "desconectar".

Une très belle Kasbah, decoration de bon goût et typique, une restauration très bonne (tajine), un service et un accueil agréable. Wifi un peu difficile mais pas très grave, emplacement ideal pour aller visiter les cascades d'Ouzoud

L'endroit qui est bien situé, la vue le calma

Le manque de personnelle et le peu qui est mal organisé, manque de communication et d'information vis a vis des clients. Pas un très grand choix pour les repas limité.
