The food was poor and very expensive for what we had. Don't be fooled by the lovely poolside photographs. It's not luxury, its pretty budget. The staff made me feel a little uncomfortable.

The staff were excellent and it was a very calm and peaceful setting to get away from it all. It was good value for money and had the basics required.

The accommodation was a little sparse and it was a fair distance from the airport and marrakech.

The stunning mountain scenery, away from the bustle of Marrakech.

Nothing - we had a brilliant stay!

The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They were more than helpful. Very friendly, excellent food.

My only complaint for me personally was that it was a bit isolated. To visit meant a 40 minute taxi drive to Marrakech. But that was the only negative in an otherwise lovely stay

It was described as 30 mins from city but it was at least one hour on poor road conditions. Food was extremely poor and no selection. Had to eat breakfast beside pool in jackets and scarves! No facilities to purchase extra food stuffs. Massage costs were high for limited time offered. I left after one night.

For a complete quiet and relaxed environment this is great although very remote and isolated for day trips which in turn come at a premium cost. spa facilities (although needing 24hrs advance notice) were good. Probably a better location with the guarantee to sunshine for sunbathing. Very little to do otherwise.

Maybe we expected too much but for a 4 Star rated hotel Lack of a card machine for payment seemed a little strange and added to stress of going to get cash. No Wifi and poor internet connection also made it seem even more isolated. With zero choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner your hands were tied as the nearest place for alternative was a car ride away and the food when it did arrive was below par in terms of quality and not worth the cost. Chicken tagine with soggy chips was a particular disappointment. They said they would accommodate particular food needs but this when requested seemed to come with it's own limitations. The staff although friendly seemed a little incompetent and from now reading other reviews seem unaware and intolerent of criticism for there downfalls. It has potential to be excellent but it lacked something for us. We will not be returning to Kasbah Igoudar.

Relaxing and tranquil with helpful, friendly staff. The food is authentic and tasty, rooms pleasant and clean. Lovely pool although too cold in the winter months to use. Several excursions to choose from as well as a spa on site. Great for a relaxing break away from the more hectic cities but near enough that you can visit Marrakech easily. The hotel also organise transfers to and from the airport which is a great service.

This is an ideal place to relax. You are away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech which is a great bonus. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept and the scenery is just breathtaking as was the stargazing at night, so much better than in the pictures! We stayed 8 days in total and were kindly upgraded from a double to a superior double room. I am gluten intolerant and a vegetarian and let them know this before I arrived and was happy to see that the staff were so accommodating by providing an 'off the menu' alternatives e.g. omelette each morning and a vegetarian meal for lunch or dinner. The staff were really helpful with a number of things including sorting out taxis to our next destination and providing us with an iron etc. The Hammam and massage were very good.

All the flies. The food available was a set menu only (a 3 course lunch and/or dinner). This did mean if you are staying longer like we did (8 days) the menu becomes boring and everything tastes similar. They need more variation and perhaps offering a snack menu for during the day would make a big difference. The Kasbah is actually 50 mins from Marrakech and not 20 - 30 mins like it says. There is a kettle and a fridge but no tea, coffee or milk to use it. Thankfully we brought our own herbal tea bags and the staff gave us cups when we asked.

Great value for money. Near the Atlas mountains. They do quite a few trips but these can be quite expensive so pick when you get there. We were a young couple so just relaxed mainly by the pool. It has fab sunbeds, so comfy. And plenty to go around too. Staff are nice. I would also advise going into Marrakesh too (perhaps before staying here), it was great to combine the hustle and bustle of the city then to truly relax and unwind. Lunch and dinner is three courses and only costs 13 euros per meal, fab value for money. Great Moroccan traditional food.

They seemed like they could do with extra staff, they seemed to work a lot and long hours. There aren't many rooms which is great but they're all in a block so can be a little noisy. However, I may just be sensitive as I don't sleep well, so maybe bring some earplugs.

The staff at La Kasbah Igoudar were most accommodating and very friendly. The pool set against the backdrop of the Atlas mountains is stunning. If you want pure 'do nothing' relaxation - this is your place.

The food wasn't great and choice was limited. It's location was too far from civilisation - meaning everything was done by excursions - but fortunately we only stayed two nights.
