Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace, which was rather windy and cold in the mornings when I stayed there in the beginning of May. The food is exposed to the morning sun with no refrigeration or temperature control meaning that by mid-morning pastries are dry and the cut fruit is cooked by the direct sunlight and swarmed by bees. Overall, a fantastic place, just let down by the breakfast experience.
Very nice family-run type of hotel. The owner Vincent is extremely pleasant and goes out of his way to make sure guests are well looked after and he is happy to arrange for taxi transfers from/to the airport and for local tours. All the staff is equally pleasant and helpful. The hotel is nicely decorated and well located just a short walk away to the Kasbah and medina. You can pre-order a cooked meal for dinner if you don't fancy going out. That's especially useful on the first night in Tangiers when one is not familiar with the local food and dinning options - I did that and the food was great. The pool is not really a swimming pool, more like a small pool, but should be good enough to cool off on the hot summer days. There is no television on the room (at least on the one I had), but that is neither here or there - after a day out walking around Tangiers, the last thing you want to do is to sit in your room and watch TV.
