Die Entfernung vom Hotel zur Central Medina/gauklerplatz ist weit, das hatten wir nicht so eingeschätzt. Essen im Hotel könnte besser sein.

das hotel ist ein traum und gleichzeitig eine oase der ruhe. das hotel und die zimmer sind wie " tausend und eine nacht" personal sehr freundlich und hilfsberei.

Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hören alles, was darüber läuft - unbedingt 1. Etage buchen falls möglich!

rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. dinner im hotel kann man als teuer betrachten, ist jedoch normal im vergleich zu kategorie, auswärts auch in kleinen restaurants, besonders direkt vis a vis auf dachterasse kleines kostengünstiges rest. mit sehr gutem koch.

Ein sensationelles Hotel in marokkanischer Tradition mit ausgezeichnetem Service und ausgezeichneter Küche, an optimalem Standort für Stadtbesichtigungen zu Fuss. Ein Raumwunder und Wohlfühloase auch für erholsame Stunden. Grosszügiger attraktiver Pool, verschiedene Innenhöfe und Dachterassen.

We liked the facilities and the location. I think it's one of the most beautiful places we stayed at.

Quality of the food extremely poor and overpriced. Staff ,except front-desk, not client friendly and motivated. I think in a place like this, a riad, you should really feel at. "Home"

Everything was stunning, from ambiance to location to bed comfort to meals and staff. A truly special place to stay!

Hotel was very beautiful - no detail overlooked. I could easily have spent alot of time in the hotel itself relaxing in one of the many riads. Great honeymoon spot. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop bar area was a nice place to watch the sunset. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Its about a 10-15 minute walk to Place Jmaa-el-Fnaa, 20+ to the souks. This is actually a quite tiring walk in the hot sun and we often ended up taking cabs. The spa was good but overpriced for what it was - would recommend trying this experience elsewhere.

The Hotel itself was beautiful. Moroccan wine was far far better than expected and all you ever needed to order.

Weather was poor, can't blame the hotel for that.

Where shall I start... If you want an enchanting experience you'll never forget, go to this place with it's magical Morrocan style! La Sultana is a very precious crown with many beautiful jewels (many of them in the staff) The Spa is absolute heaven (including real angels who can give you a four-handed massage) Staying there is like having a fascinating dream you don't want to end. .

The only flaw I could find is that it's fairytale-like spell makes you want to remain there and thus missing out exploring the charms of Marrakech itself...

Everything...The hotel, once you are behind the doors is nothing but a haven and a little bit heaven. Just a stunning place...

The staff of the hotel is outstanding! Sayda, the Guest manager goes totally out of her way to assist her guest in the best possible manner. The people working at the reservation, reception, restaurant, are top notch - very professional, hard working, and of a sincere friendliness. This remarks are addressed to the gm and owners of La Sultana Hotel in Marrakech ; the interior of the hotel needs a urgent refurbishment - at least the suite we stayed in, the" Jaguar". Is not acceptable to have such old, falling a part interior decoration, with no eye for detail for such a beautiful place. Old, laud, air condition system, the bed has two difference mattresses right and left with different textures!? The architecture of the buildings is wonderful, the rooms as well, but the way you just throw in some furniture is not the fine nor the profesional way. I wondered if this was your old home furniture we got to live with!? The room was definitely not worth the money ( us $ 1000 /per night) - the worth value for money I have ever received in 20 years of travel - luckily you are fotunate enough to have a team of people around your gusts that try very hard to make up for your mistakes. The owners are definetely saving at the wrong end! Pool has not been heated one day to the 28degress they are talking about on their web site! It has been cold inspite of the fact that we have asked nerly every day to be heated. The gardens of the Riads are covered by dirty, filthy looking plastic that do not allow sun, fresh air inside the Riads. Dear Owners and gm of this beautiful La Sultana Hotel Marrakech, is time you stop saving and invest money in the comfort of your guests for the price you charge them! Good luck.

this was one of my many trips to marakech stayed at different ryads and the Mammounia as well,however I found the time spent at La Sultana the most memorable experience. i only wish the hamman had more steam in it but thats a small detail everything was perfect,the food the music but especially the stuff Many thanks ,I already wish I was going back hopefully soon,

La Sultana hotel is a fantastic experience. The hotel decor is unique and the service and attention to detail are the best I have experienced. Marrakech City is frenetic and can sometimes be a little daunting! It is great to be able to return to the calm and relaxing surroundings of the Sultana. I would deffinatley r.eccomrnd this hotel to anyone wanting a little bit of luxury with great service

An island of calm in the middle of a bustling Marrakech. Soothing decor, lovely staff. Saida, especially, made us feel like "Sultanas"!

Restaurant fare needs improvement. Had two dinners there, and they were mediocre, at best. For such a lovely hotel, they could do better. They could use some over head fans to keep the flies away. Twice one took a nose dive into my glass of wine. They are a real nuisance.

Amazing rooms and very helpful staff. Great location. Luxury authentic morrocan style.

The terrible coffee

The staff were great, eager to assist wherever possible. The setting is beautiful and the rooftop is lovely.

I think it is overpriced. For $450/night the rooms we were in were old and needed upgrade. It wasn't till we wandered around and saw some of the other areas that we realised we were probably in the oldest/ most run down section. We moved room once as it smelt damp and the bed was uncomfortable. We chose the hotel as it was a 'luxury' property with a string of excellent reviews but I sadly feel that it did not live up to these reviews. Maybe we expected to much.

Everything...it was an amazing place and experience. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Food was great; atmosphere fantastic; super clean; five star place in every regard.
