Friendly staff and clean rooms. Will be stopping there again.
Nice hotel in a quite location. Short walk to restaurant and shops and only a 5-10 minute taxi ride to the Medina. Good value hotel. Ishma was very friendly and informative for the duration of our stay, many thanks to him.
Be careful if using the balcony while in the room on your own. One of the people within our party was staying in a room alone and decided to step out for a cigarette, closing the door behind to prevent any bugs entering the room only to find that the door could not be opened from the outside! This resulted in a lengthy period on the balcony which the staff didn't seem concerned about.
What I liked very good staff and good service, I recommend cam back again here in this hotel
no wifi in the room !!!!
I liked the whole experience. The staff was excellent. That is all. Good place to go for vacation.
The pool was excellent - an essential in the heat. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant next door (owned by the hotel) was the best of our (5 night) stay.
Breakfasts were mediocre to poor. Little fruit and an obsession with cake and sugar. TV channels (Moroccan) did not work and no news channel. 3 clothes hangars for 2 people! But you get what you pay for! Generally mint tea is overly sweet and milk is often condensed in coffee. Although we are both fairly abstemious getting an alcoholic drink was not easy in Marrakech. We drank a lot of fresh orange juice - which was good!
Very spacious rooms, ideal for a family . Nice pool if it was heated then perfect. Great to have a kitchen also. We really enjoyed our stay.
Odour from bathroom.
The location is good being near the railway station with various restaurants within walking distance.
The WIFI can be very slow at times in the room.
The check-in receptionist worked with us very well to resolve an issue we had had earlier when checking out earlier than ou reserved time.
The restaurants need to shape up a bit on timeliness and on serving food faster.
The staff could have some more training. They are not at all interested in customer service.
Everyone was very, very friendly and helpful..........from the check-in receptionist to the restaurant staff to the cleaning ladies! I will definitely stay at this hotel when I return to Marrakech!
We stayed at this hotel twice during our Moroccan visit. We had a booking problem during our initial stay and the guy at the desk appeared helpless and laid the blame on booking.com. At the end of our visit to Morocco, we stayed there again and the guy at the reception desk was totally helpful and made excellent decisions without even refering to booking.com (which was a wise move as booking.com is a total loser!).
everything is wonderful, but you need taxi to other places if you want to visit, near train station,
wifi is not good
Good breakfast. Near the train station and bus stations, but streets in the neighbor are pretty dark late at night.
Great to have a pool as very hot when there
Staff tried to be helpful Mint tea and toast
The service is not great The food is difficult to choose unless you know French. The menu has limited choice
We liked the style of hotel, beautiful bathroom, lovely decor. Hotel is close to the train station and the aurport so it was good choice for as we stayed one night and took a coach to Agadir next day.
The rooms were great, very comfortable bed. The pool was also fabulous, never too busy.
Hotel location was perfect for me. Very good SPA. Hotel decoration, pool with the terrace was just nice.
Wifi was too slow. Breakfast can be more different..
what a nice breakfast!
no laundry system and hair dryer
1. The location is good to journey other cities as the train station is near the hotel. However, it is not good to enjoy the medina. There need taxi to come back to hotel and it is quite diffidult to take a taxi in the busy medina. 2. Cheap price 3. Kind staff
I went to this hotel, even though there were some bad reviews in terms of confirmation of booking. Because I thought it would be rare case. But I've also experienced the same unpleasnt case as other guests. I booked two rooms with a terrace but they said I booked one standard room.I showed the booking confirmation but they denyed several times. What a tiring check in system!! In fact, they don't have any booking confirmation system. In room, there is nothing. You will need to ask even basic facilities or items such as a shampoo, a soap, a hair drier, and so on. A friend of mine was tired of this situation so he just bought the items by himself outside. My air-conditioner didn't work. I reported about that but they didn't manage it. Finally, I opened the window when I slept and many moschitoes bited me a lot even my face... I think they need to improve booking confirmation system and provide exact information on the booking.com website.
The hotel is actually fine, with a pleasant decoration and pool. Breakfast by the pool was nice.
Unfortunately it is badly run, with particularly poor personnel at the reception. Upon arrival we were commanded to pay before being handed the room key (despite having tired children pressed to get in). Finally when we did get to our room we were greeted by an uneasant smell of waste pipes. All the reception guys did was send the cleaning lady! Obviously pointless. No room change was possible. Also, at the pool we asked twice for towels to no avail. A waste of a potentially good hotel. There are so many better options in Marrakech.
Lots of Moroccan charm! Lovely lobby and many attractive Moroccan touches in the rooms. Suites are a great option for a family with a small child (maybe two small children). Staff were very helpful and nice. We choose a suite for the two of us, because rooms tend to be small in Morocco. If you like an affordable hotel with local charm/ambience, this is a very good choice!
Floors in the rooms need to be refurbished or replaced. They look somewhat dirty. Particularly bad in the toilet area. Avoid suite #101, unless they guarantee you that the have ripped out the bathroom floor, found the problem and fixed it! The stench filled the entire suite and we stayed two days there before they were able to move us. The hotel is not walking distance from the old city. Grab a petit yellow taxi out front (the bigger Mercedes taxis cost more). Make sure to bargain about the price BEFORE you get into the cab! That's true, by the way, from snake charmers to taxis- decide on a price you're willing to pay, and don't accept a service until there is an agreement.
Leaving the property earlier than planned
Everything. The service was poor. The room was nothing like the images portrayed. The staff never did anything I asked. like giving me the code for the safe. Breakfast made me ill. Nothing was chilled. It was the pits. Staff lied about giving me a refund, then wanted me bank details. Insects all over my room. The room and linen smelled of smoke.
Reception service and client treatment. Congratulations Mr. Hicham, very good professional.
Nice atmosphere and good central location, value for money.
A bit noisy from traffic.
Reception staff were helpful.
No safe deposit box in room. No hair drier. Wifi Intermittent. No room to sit on the loo in the bathroom. No water in rooms.
