Wifi is not good sometimes
Dirty rooms. Stinky toilets. Broken sinks. Aunts everywhere. Weak breakfast. No internet. Over charged.
Cleanliness. Comfort. Location. Nice pool. Good breakfast
Ridiculous system of supplying lukewarm water to the bathroom. Shower only tepid at best when on full 'hot' setting. Problem: each room is supplied by its own ridiculously small (20 litres perhaps) hot (tepid) water tank heated by immersion heater. Also only tepid water in toilet wash basins. Economy gone mad.
Junior suite was extremely comfirtable for three adults.
Windows were thin, thus street noise disturbing.
We had the Royal Suite which consisted of two bedrooms and a lounge so accommodation was pretty good. Location was also quite good for evening walks along the nearby flower lined boulevard.
Breakfast range was very poor indeed. But on top of this, staff weren't replenishing items quickly enough and soup was cold. We brought our own sliced bread, margarine and cheese after the first day. Wi-fi signal was weak in our suite.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean
The staff is just very ignorant and so unpleasant also check your booking as they pretend to not receive the correct booking information
far from centeral city. Not clean. Its not hotel it's riyadh. Pictures on the net are not whats on reality.
Balcony in room 229 was massive. Although I think it was the only room that had a balcony this size. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Walking distance to the train station which is the main reason for our stay here.
The room was light, bright, big, clean and airy. Air conditioning good. Staff were as helpful as they could be. Rooms spotless and regularly checked and re done.
Breakfast began at 7.00 am and went on till 10.30 am. If you got there at 9.00 many of the dishes were gone and would not be replaced. There were no meat options, no hard cheese and often no butter. English tea bags were rare and had to be asked for. Two small hot water jugs for the tea frequently ran out and had to be refilled. The entry card to the room had to be reset every day which was an inconvenience.
It was nice quiet hotel. They offered good freshly squeezed orange juice by the pool.
a strange smell in the bathroom.
+ As soon as we arrived there they served us mint tea and cookies while we filled out the forms, it was a pleasant experience + The staff was extremely nice and very helpful + The hotel looks amazing, the royal suite is really like a royal suite + The suite has a fully functional kitchen with a nice size fridge + Airconditioning works great + The pool is great + Breakfast was amazing with great selection. Altogether a brilliant hotel, I suggest it to everyone.
- There was no internet in the rooms, only downstairs in the common halls and around the pool.
Poor service from staff. Poor wifi. Walls are paper thin resulting in little sleep.
Staff are rude It's like going to police station not clean and no understanding to hospitality
It is not a hotel
All the staf are very Good
Cleaniness of rooms
This is a lovely little hotel... Everything from the lighting to the pool courtyard was peacefully perfect. A short walk from/to the train station. Staff were helpful as well.
The breakfast in full did not start at 7:30 as promised. Omelette station didn't even begin until 9 am
very beautifull hotel
Problem with keycard
Beautiful botique riad..well appointed and peaaceful.
Breakfast not reaady on time.
Very accomodating with restaurant info. The pool area looks very inviting.
Breakfast was not ready.
everything, included a very reasonable breakfast. swimming pool was good. the hotel is simply fantastic
i like the atmosphere in and outside the hotel. charming people , always smiling. although the hotel is small in size but we felt like home , everything is near. When children are swimming in the pool we can from all corner supervise them. the coffee shop is excellent when gathering with friends. I will definitely recommend this hotel for group of friends and family with young or old children. The proximity of the hotel to the train station and Gueliz at walking distance facilitate the access to this area no need taxi or any other transportation. I will surely come back to this hotel with pleasure
I didn't like not to have Moroccan food in the menu. as i said the place is so sweet and make you feel at home that its a pity not to have in the restaurant a typical Moroccan food instead of snakes or sandwiches.
We loved the Morrocan features of this fairly new build hotel. Beautiful entrance, lobby and reception areas. The tiling and furniture were so in keeping. Pool area too was ideal. We had Junior Suite so had our own seating area, tv, etc even kettle and fridge, all with air con which is a must. Lift to all floors. Staff were very helpful and even tho our French was limited the reception ladies and gents could speak English well. Short taxi ride into centre of Marrakech which meant we reached our destination straight away! Also was good to be back to hotel which is in a quiet location in Marrakech terms. Far more +++ than -. We felt safe and this was good as four females together. Good range of breakfast items. I really enjoyed staying here and would return.
We had one or two minor issues when we arrived. Air con wasn't working in one of the rooms but this was fixed fairly promptly and no remotes in rooms for a/c. Had to ask for hair dryers as not in rooms which we were relying on. I'm guessing these could go walkies on occasions. There were no safe deposit boxes in rooms although were advertised. Would have been really good to have been collected from airport to save the haggling late at night.
Friendly staff and clean rooms. Will be stopping there again.
Nice hotel in a quite location. Short walk to restaurant and shops and only a 5-10 minute taxi ride to the Medina. Good value hotel. Ishma was very friendly and informative for the duration of our stay, many thanks to him.
Be careful if using the balcony while in the room on your own. One of the people within our party was staying in a room alone and decided to step out for a cigarette, closing the door behind to prevent any bugs entering the room only to find that the door could not be opened from the outside! This resulted in a lengthy period on the balcony which the staff didn't seem concerned about.
-Better to book it with booking.com then directly with a hotel.
