Location and room (we were given a free upgrade) Can of coke was £2!! Also as well as the City Tax the hotel also put there own tax on top of the bill at £1.50 per day. |

The Pool Staff not very friendly. No poolside service. The first room we were put into smelled of smoke. They did change our room over, however, this one still had a faint smell of smoke in it as well. Had to ask 2 times for toilet paper. Just not on the ball for a big hotel chain. |

i liked the garden and the location of the hotel i didn't like the room, the beds are unconfortable and the rooms quiet old, the bar terrasse is too small |

Wir haben 4 Uebernachtungen mit Frühstück gebucht. Die für das bezahlte Geld erhaltene Leitung war absolute Spitze. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der MitarbeiterInnen wie wir sie bis jetzt noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt haben. Wir haben zusätzlich noch zweimal im Hotel das Abendessen eingenommen. Hier war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. alles war i.O. |

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service war hervorragend. Die Qualität der Speisen und die Auswahl entspricht nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war zu hoch. |
