Nice walk from the hotel to the Medina. Pleasant staff
All good except the pillows, too thick and not giving. impossible to sleep on
Garden. Restaurants. Spa and sport facility.
One has to pay for WiFi.
We loved everything? The breakfast was lovely especially the delicious hare rah soup and lovely hot paratha. The chef that makes the was so friendly. The garden is absolutely beautiful. Will definately recommend.
Nice view of mountains and the hotel nice garden
Some eurpian tourest did not respect the hotel roles .. Shouting after mednight and I called security.
Noisy rooms. Unhelpful staff. Unreliable internet coverage and speed. Furnishings old and dirty in all three rooms I tried. Not a five star hotel in any regard.
They didn´t cater for clients with a gluten intolerance. No bread, cereals or biscuits, and didn´t bother to solve this problem in the four days of our stay. When the one litre of soya milk ran out they didn´t serve any more.
Hotel was good, staff were absolutely excellent and accommodated your needs perfectly. Shout out to Hassan, Saba and of course the brilliant Said!
Hotel needs a refresh.
Breakfast excellent , staff very helpful, facilietes enough for relaxing holiday, love the location and beautiful garden:)
I think the bed sheet wasnt that fresh how it should be and found some hair in there.
Decent hotel with a great swimmingpool. The rooms are clean and large. The location - excellent.
The only downside is that the food is expensive - would recommend Le grand hotel de la poste - for a dinner. Superb food for the same price. I did not feel very well after eating breakfast.
Great location, within walking distance to the medina (about 20 mins). We really appreciated living away from the souks. After a day of walking around and getting 'tours' from the locals we appreciated coming back to our welcoming hotel and relaxing pool area. The service at the hotel was excellent; all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and was in a nice setting with cushions. The room was exactly as pictured. Wifi was in the lobby only but the lobby area is large and comfortable. Yes the hotel is not 5 star, but it is a good 4 star and would definitely recommend it.
Great food, good service, everything was clean, nice facilities, great value for money, good internetconnection
You have to pay for internet
The garden ... le jardin andalous.
Breakfast could be a bit better.
The swimming was where I spent as much time as I could, it was like being in heaven , it was very hot outside, the gardens are beautiful ,with palms and olive trees all around the place , the room was good size, huge bed very comfortable. and the staff very helpful. we had a little patio outside our room. so we were able to sit outside in the evening. I would surely go back to this hotel. The food was lovely and there was plenty of it . Hot food hot and cold food cold the way it should be, The chef always had a smile for all in the morning, he may have felt dreadful but it did not show, and when you see a happy face first thing in the morning, you have to smile back.
Nothing about the hotel that I did not like, wish we had booked for a wk or 2. the only thing I had a little problem with was ,. the girl on reception who I paid my bill to , took a donation for Unicef, it was only very small but I think she should have asked me before taking it.
Second time at this a Hotel. Loved their amazing Garden (looks like Majorelle) & the Pool. Rooms have been refurbished which is good. This time we were provided with Water & Fruit Basket. Breakfast is also still good.
Front staff they luck customer service skills. I offered to pay for my night In advanced the receptionist refused. That I still need to leave a 5000 DH in block. Which doesn't make any sense. I am Starwood member explained to her that I Have left my card, if she could add the point & issue me a new card. Nothing being done. Until I chased at least 5 time.
The location is good, good facilities, clean, breakfast was good but can be improved.
The air con was not working properly, complimentary iteam like water were non existing,no tea making facilities no mini bar either.check in took five hours.
Personel very friendly and helpfull. Excellent swimming pool, breakfast, garden etc
the wi-fi was not reliable all the time
Excellent location - about 20 minutes walk from the square , very quiet ... just like a beautiful oasis with big beautiful gardens... very good pool and spa facilities. Our room was on the first floor with a garden view . In my opinion its the best choice as its very quiet and you have a table with chairs in the garden in front of your room. The stuff was very kind and helpful especially the manager Mr Ezdi. They all were very nice and with good English. The food was extremely delicious- the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet were great - a lot of different Morrocan salads, dishes, desserts .
1st impression of the surroundings are amazing, great "kerb" appeal. You are greeted by Hassan with a lovely cup of mint tea - an exceptionally happy, pleasant man, the whole of the staff are fantastic. An exceptionally large room, fabby huge bed, very comfortable with great bed linen and pillows. Housekeeping staff keep you constantly supplied with lovely fluffy towels and your room is spotless. The gardens are so so beautiful and are exceptionally maintained. Fabulous pool, great sunbeds again spotlessly clean. Lovely full breakfast, plenty choice, not rushed. Overall a fabulous hotel in a fantastic location, great value for money. Will definately return, spent some time on my own as my husband had some business and was very well looked after by the staff.
The free WiFi in the lobby had problems but the IT manager logged me on and gave me access for 3 days which I appreciated as I was waiting on some news. Felt the choice of dining in the evening was a bit limited as the International restaurant was closed but The Marcaine was delightful, especially the waiting staff and the traditional musicians. So just a couple of small glitches but nothing that would dter me from going back.
Spacious rooms, good service, beautiful gardens, great breakfast with pretty seating area looking o garden. Taxis outside take you to Medina.
The hotel is like a secluded haven, which was what I was looking for. You literally wake up to the tweeting of birds. The bedroom is comfortable and you have all you need. The hotel has a huge garden and a very nice swimming pool. I had amazing food at the Moroccan restaurant. The breakfast is nice if somewhat lacking in terms of service - but that didn't bother me, I don't mind asking. The gym is good, I had good varied workouts. I will stay there again when I need peace and quiet.
One thing that did bother me was the Wifi, which was extortionate. In our day and age it should be free, everyone needs it on their phone and I can't remember when I have been to a 4 or 5 star in the last few years that didn't offer it free - I suggest you reconsider that and move on with the times! Otherwise, little things. The room isn't quite perfect, the bathroom bin was broken so I had to open it manually which is not very hygienic. The hair drier didn't work but they gave me another immediately.
The gardens and pool area
Food and drink prices were very high
Pool area and gardens.
It seemed rather 'tired' - restaurant choice limited (although the Tagines were good). Room service staff too pushy for tips.
The swimming pool
got the feeling that the silverware and coffeepots were not cleaned very well. Th pot for the hot milk was always dirty.
The staff were very helpful.
The food was expensive.
