Les Idrissides Hotel & SPA is in Marrakesh, a 20-minute walk from Jemaa El Fna. It has 2 swimming pools and a Balneotherapy (bath therapy) spa with a sauna and a hammam (public bath).

Score from 469 reviews Very good
Located a 5 minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna square, this riad features a swimming pool, a terrace and rooms with views of the Atlas Mountains and the Medina.
Score from 335 reviews Exceptional
This B&B is a 10-minute walk from the famous Jemma El Fna Square and a 4-minute walk from both Dar Si Said Museum and Bahia Palace.
Score from 75 reviews Wonderful
Our room was really beautiful, the staff were helpful and accomodating though a little difficult to find sometimes. The Three joined riads are gorgeous and the terraces at the top are great. It's a little but of a walk, maybe 15 mins, to the souks etc, but you do get to see a whole other side to life in the media coming from this way.
The Riad is right next door to a mosque, so if you're not used to hearing the call to prayer you will be woken at 4.30am and again at 5.30-6am.
An oasis among a busy backstreet area, quite difficult to find the first time. The Riad is very tastefully decorated and is like a home from home. We stayed in the Santorin room with a Sauna in the bathroom, very enjoyable after a long day in the Medina. The Manager and staff are very polite and helpful. We would recommend this Riad to friends or family.
The local mosque was only 30meters from our bedroom, very loud and noisy from 4.20 am. Breakfast was a bit haphazard, we had to ask for hot food to break the monotony.
I liked the structure, the kindness of the people
Location in the medina, but a bit far from the touristic part. Payment agreement not clear: we thought to have paid Booking.com while noothing was withdrawn from our bank accounts so it seemed that the Ryad was charging us the fare again (twice). Clarify before the trip
The Riad The staff we hired a taxi driver... nice guy who showed us things and was never pushy. We tipped him well on the first day and he wanted to.dribe us to the airport for free. Marrakesh has great people!
You had to book food in the morning. The location and the walk to the Main square was a walk through a poor part of town that was semi industrial. So lots of noise and bad smells. Did not feel too safe in such a strange culture. The locals target you on this route to take you to businesses. We got frogmarched to a special market that was just up the road but was actually miles away and was not a leather market but a tannery with one shop. The tannery was disgusting and the people thay helped you there then demanded money. Horrrrrrrrible. Thats the downside of being on the cheaperside of town.
I travelled with my two year old and arrived late at nite, The lovely Omar was awaiting to greet and give us mint tea and cookies, I had a mishap with luggage ,and I could not believe how accomadating they were, My child was lavished with so much attention, Breakfast in the stunning courtyard was faultless, The actual building is stunning, The room such a treat, I am hard to please ,I don't do reviews but this hotel deserves a compliment and as an intro to Marrakech I can't recommend highly enought, I also asked for a pick up at the airport which they arranged no problem, and well worth the fee of 15 euro Worth a visit!!!!!!!!!!
The comfort. The beauty of the place. The prices.
The staff were most helpful & looked after us extremely well.they were totally flexible & went out of their way to assist us from organising transportation to providing meals & snacks at odd times.
The location was poor in a side street which would have been difficult to find without taking taxis.the junior suites were only normal size hotel rooms with en- suite.
The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating (especially Omar and Rasheed). They were available and willing to answer any questions and help with anything that we needed (i.e. transporation, cell phone services, meals throughout the day)... Anything! It was a nice home away from hone experience. The rooms were lovely, very clean, spacious and quite comfortable.
Okay, it's a bit of a walk to the centre of Marrakech, but I actually enjoyed the chance to meander through residential streets. It's a twenty minute walk (we timed it) but worth it to feel that you were 'coming home'. The service is excellent, really excellent and you are made to feel utterly at home. The roof terrace is gorgeous, the little pool most welcome... and the evening meal is better than anything else you will eat in the city. Can't believe that one review whinges about the call to prayer from the nearby Mosque: would suggest that these travellers don't frequent Muslim countries if this is a problem for them. FYI, it's not a problem AT ALL. Omar is a superb manager. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.
Everything about this Riad was wonderful! Absolutely stunning decor, amazing view of the medina from the roof, the staff are absolutely amazing, Big room with large bathroom and lots of space. The breakfast was good. We had dinner there one night and the food was excellent. I celebrated my birthday there and they made a real effort: all the staff wished me a happy birthday, fresh flowers and morrocan treats were brought to my room. Le Perroquet Bleu was one of the highlights of Marrakech! I have recomended it to friends and will stay there again with pleasure.
Omar was really kind, helpful, always smiling and very nice with our kids. The riad is recently renovated and very well kept.
The position of the riad is not easy to reach, most of the taxi drivers took a while before locating the riad. The area where the riad is located is not very nice. The riad's manager could invest a little bit more in creating special events / offering excursions for the guests.
Very nice atmosphere, beautifully decorated, quiet neighborhood (apart from the mosques at night, but hey, this is Marocco), friendly staff, parking... .
Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.....Omar!
Limited breakfast...omelette would have been a good addition.
Lovely rooms and interiors. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Not a good walk into the souks or square. Quite intimidating.
The riad is beautiful. A lovely, clean cool oasis where the staff are friendly and helpful.
Friendly people always available to satisfy the customer needs.
15-20 min walking till Jemaa El Fna through a not so friendly area.
We had an awesome relax stay in Marrakech at the Le Perroquet Bleu Suites & Spa. Wonderful traditional interiors, very good service and some excellent dining. Reasonably priced for a Suites and Spa.
There is a bit of walking to Jemaa El Fna through the old riad if you are not into it.
Absolutely beautiful Riad and very secure. A 10 minute 'interesting!' walk to the main square - attentive friendly staff, the driver Rocky particularly. Lovely bright room with huge comfy bed and private sun trap balcony - bliss.
Breakfast mainly cake and bread - fresh fruit would have been nice. Prayer (particularly at 0500) very noisy as room directly next to mosque but got used to it after a couple of nights.
Friendliness of staff lovely atmosphere of rhiad quaint authentic, clean well maintained.
long walk to centre on quite dangerous route. breakfast very poor bearing in mind the nearest eating place would be a 20minute walk.
The place is beautiful and very calm, the staff went out of their way to accomodate our requests and make our stay memorable, and they were sweet to our kids. We warmly recommend the tour of the city's sights offered by the riad's chauffeur Rocky.
Very good and personalised service from all personnel. Good practical assistance for touring from Marrakech with excellent driver- guide available at very reasonable rates. The style and atmosphere of the Riad is authentic and its situation within the city walls provides access to main places of interest without difficulty.
Competent, helpful, and friendly staff. It's a beautiful and expansive space, spread over three connected but unique adjoining riads, with every inch elaborately decorated, and with rich scent filling the common areas. Like many riads, it is perfectly nondescript outside - but a real treasure inside. The room was large and very comfortable, with ornate flourishes; also, wonderfully heavy towels and bath robes provided.
The room shower was a bit weak. The biggest problem is the location. The walk to the Jemaa and the souks is only about 15-20 minutes, but it feels long either way you go: one way is a long stretch on road adjacent to the medina wall with nothing going on, and the other way is crowded and feels slightly dodgy. Other than the location, which is only inconvenient but not awful, the place is great.
Friendly staff, comfortable room.
Firstly, The false advertising about the 'restaurant à la carte, Spa, bar, which were all inexistent. It seems that the sauna featured in 2 rooms which were occupied, the bar at the terrace, not functioning, and the restaurant not meant order something in the morning for lunch or dinner, no choice, and no menu but something they could wrestle in the kitchen. Secondly, the disgusting area the Riad is located in!!!
Safe and secure riad. Beautifully designed bedrooms. Friendly, welcoming staff. Authentic Moroccan design and style of riad. Great value for money.
Only cold water for the shower & bath during half our stay. The same breakfast menu day after day. Cold pool - couldn't swim and enjoy it.
The staff was good. The driver who picked us up from the airport was magnificent!! Beautiful and large rooms with a large bathroom.
The manager of the hotel!! She was unreachable so that at the time I checked out of the hotel for the first time they made me pay cash. The amount was much higher than the sum published on booking.com. The last day of our trip I stayed a second time at the hotel and the same problem took place. If I asked for the manager the staff told me she was at "the bakery". Five minutes later she was with "a physician"... Again they made me pay cash after a big discussion in Arab between two members of the staff. The birds in the hotel make incredible lots of voice. The entrance of the hotel is in a small dirty street. The staff can't show their hotel on a city map.
