every thing was more than perfect , staff , facilities , I wish that I spend there the rest of life

Staff could be often hard to find but the riad was not busy so maybe that's why.
That is felt like a private home. The staff were friendly and helpful when you could find them! Food was very good. Comfortable and private spots hidden away. Lovely boutique decor in traditional morrocan style.

Service. Nothing was too much travel
April 13, 2015
The Riad was on the outskirts of the Medina, so it was a 15/20 minute walk to get anywhere, but there were lots of things to see on the way!
Omar made our trip - they were incredibly friendly and helped us make the most of our 2 days in Marrakech. All 3 Riads are beautiful and we loved to relax on the rooftops at the end of a busy day.

breakfast was taken away quite quick. no breakfast before 8 (we had to leave early for the flight)

This hotel is an absolute dream! When entering this riad you feel like in a different world. Very nice and boutique like. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is stunning and very peaceful. Managed by the charming Rachid and Anissa (who personally left a stunning arrangement of roses in my bedroom on my birthday) and their excellent staff who could not be friendlier nor more helpful. Omar in particular was wonderful and organised a trip to The Atlas Mountains with the hotel's driver Rachid..not to be missed. Sana the excellent cook produced a delicious meal on my birthday. Our bedrooms were in the blue courtyard which is very striking and lovely to relax in, our beds and the linen were bliss... a truly wonderful experience all round.

There was an issue with the pool meaning it was out of use.
The staff were great, food was good. Location not bad. Clean.

It is not that close to the touristic area, but if you want to take a break from the hassle during the day it's good to be hidden inside this riad. It looked like we were the only people there, as we barely saw other guests.
The staff was very nice and friendly. The weather wasn't that good when we were there, which probably justifies the fact that the swimming pool had no water. Breakfast was good. The rooms are incredible well decorated and the beds are really comfortable!

The shower head no where to be hangup I must say it was very inconvenient when yo want to take a shower first thing in the morning .
Strikingly quiet, pleasant place to sty in very very pleasant staff in the hotel good facilities ,

Absolutely nothing. The hotel was terrific in all things.
The hotel was excellent, they were accommodating, rooms excellent, staff helpful, very handy to medina. Fabulous to stay in a Riad. It was a lovely night's stay and I wuold highly recommend. We arrived late and they organized dinner for just my two daughters and myself, helped us to our rooms. Had a lovely time, sorry we couldn't stay longer.

Staff. Decor. Beds.

The Riad is right next door to a mosque, so if you're not used to hearing the call to prayer you will be woken at 4.30am and again at 5.30-6am.
Our room was really beautiful, the staff were helpful and accomodating though a little difficult to find sometimes. The Three joined riads are gorgeous and the terraces at the top are great. It's a little but of a walk, maybe 15 mins, to the souks etc, but you do get to see a whole other side to life in the media coming from this way.

The local mosque was only 30meters from our bedroom, very loud and noisy from 4.20 am. Breakfast was a bit haphazard, we had to ask for hot food to break the monotony.
An oasis among a busy backstreet area, quite difficult to find the first time. The Riad is very tastefully decorated and is like a home from home. We stayed in the Santorin room with a Sauna in the bathroom, very enjoyable after a long day in the Medina. The Manager and staff are very polite and helpful. We would recommend this Riad to friends or family.

Location in the medina, but a bit far from the touristic part. Payment agreement not clear: we thought to have paid Booking.com while noothing was withdrawn from our bank accounts so it seemed that the Ryad was charging us the fare again (twice). Clarify before the trip
I liked the structure, the kindness of the people

You had to book food in the morning. The location and the walk to the Main square was a walk through a poor part of town that was semi industrial. So lots of noise and bad smells. Did not feel too safe in such a strange culture. The locals target you on this route to take you to businesses. We got frogmarched to a special market that was just up the road but was actually miles away and was not a leather market but a tannery with one shop. The tannery was disgusting and the people thay helped you there then demanded money. Horrrrrrrrible. Thats the downside of being on the cheaperside of town.
The Riad The staff we hired a taxi driver... nice guy who showed us things and was never pushy. We tipped him well on the first day and he wanted to.dribe us to the airport for free. Marrakesh has great people!

I travelled with my two year old and arrived late at nite, The lovely Omar was awaiting to greet and give us mint tea and cookies, I had a mishap with luggage ,and I could not believe how accomadating they were, My child was lavished with so much attention, Breakfast in the stunning courtyard was faultless, The actual building is stunning, The room such a treat, I am hard to please ,I don't do reviews but this hotel deserves a compliment and as an intro to Marrakech I can't recommend highly enought, I also asked for a pick up at the airport which they arranged no problem, and well worth the fee of 15 euro Worth a visit!!!!!!!!!!

The comfort. The beauty of the place. The prices.
September 9, 2014
The location was poor in a side street which would have been difficult to find without taking taxis.the junior suites were only normal size hotel rooms with en- suite.
The staff were most helpful & looked after us extremely well.they were totally flexible & went out of their way to assist us from organising transportation to providing meals & snacks at odd times.
September 5, 2014
The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating (especially Omar and Rasheed). They were available and willing to answer any questions and help with anything that we needed (i.e. transporation, cell phone services, meals throughout the day)... Anything! It was a nice home away from hone experience. The rooms were lovely, very clean, spacious and quite comfortable.

Okay, it's a bit of a walk to the centre of Marrakech, but I actually enjoyed the chance to meander through residential streets. It's a twenty minute walk (we timed it) but worth it to feel that you were 'coming home'. The service is excellent, really excellent and you are made to feel utterly at home. The roof terrace is gorgeous, the little pool most welcome... and the evening meal is better than anything else you will eat in the city. Can't believe that one review whinges about the call to prayer from the nearby Mosque: would suggest that these travellers don't frequent Muslim countries if this is a problem for them. FYI, it's not a problem AT ALL. Omar is a superb manager. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Everything about this Riad was wonderful! Absolutely stunning decor, amazing view of the medina from the roof, the staff are absolutely amazing, Big room with large bathroom and lots of space. The breakfast was good. We had dinner there one night and the food was excellent. I celebrated my birthday there and they made a real effort: all the staff wished me a happy birthday, fresh flowers and morrocan treats were brought to my room. Le Perroquet Bleu was one of the highlights of Marrakech! I have recomended it to friends and will stay there again with pleasure.

The position of the riad is not easy to reach, most of the taxi drivers took a while before locating the riad. The area where the riad is located is not very nice. The riad's manager could invest a little bit more in creating special events / offering excursions for the guests.
Omar was really kind, helpful, always smiling and very nice with our kids. The riad is recently renovated and very well kept.

Very nice atmosphere, beautifully decorated, quiet neighborhood (apart from the mosques at night, but hey, this is Marocco), friendly staff, parking... .
