The rooms are too noisy. the doors and walls are not designed with noise free

Friendly staff, with a few english speeking memebers!

No possibility to have the laundry washed during my stay! When showering, water flowed out of shower and onto the bathroom floor and further into the bedroom. The room was too small for the bed. I could not pass beside bed to close the curtains, had to creep on the bed for this! BASICALLY, too much poor design! Only looks but poor function! They can definitely imporove!

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the bed are clean and comfortable. The hotel is very centrally located, so for both sightseeing or business it is a good choice.

Difficult to find.

The staff at the reception is helpful, only they speak in French! The breakfast is good.

The room was claustrophobic, the shower leaked thus making the water run everywhere.The hotel has no restaurant and hence incase you are landing late in the City, please have your dinner and then arrive. For a hotel that is advertised as 'Luxury' Hotel, it was a disappointment.

Poor briekfast (just 2 variants "Moroccan breakfast" or "continental breakfast"), no alcohol in the hotel even in a bar. Very high exchange rate when you pay by card from non-dirham account

Really kind personal. Clean and beutiful rooms. Its perfect located in a calm street and in a good area of the city, safe.

Good, contemporary room and batroom/shower. Close to several restaurants. Excellent breakfast included. Great staff.

No shelf in the shower to place shampoo and body wash; should have shelf for small containers or dispensers on shower wall. rather sudued lighting in bathroom. Very narrow street for parking, and a bit hard to find.

The resort was a picturesque kasbah with a backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. Beautiful accommodations which made you feel as if you were in another time. The food was spectacular and the staff were all accommodating. A sheer joy to stay. 5 stars all the way!!

The staff is really very attentive. Especially during breakfast the three persons who took care of us during those two days were always keeping an eye on everybody in the room (also children) in order to attend everyone best. The receptionists were also very attentive.

That we were not asked whether we wanted one king size bed or two separated beds. (We got two separated beds in a large bed)

Close to the city centre, nice walking district.

Hotel was extremely hard to find even with a gps! Our room was on the streetside, we could hear every noise as if they were in our room. The shower door didn't close, water leaked everywhere.

Friendly staff , good breakfast even there are not so much vareity but good quality and tasty , hotel allow late check out without charge.

My freind stay in single room.It is too small and not comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the city they spoke English french and Arabic the manager was extremely nice and very helpful. Everything I asked for I got within minutes room was clean washroom was very clean that's important to me and they made a great breakfast every morning, defiantly will stay there again when I go to Casablanca :-)

I'm Canadian so if you meet a local girl you can't bring her back to your place must rent another room which could be pretty expensive.

It was well located and the room, although very small, was adequate. Breakfast was fine. I think the term "luxury" is certainly a bit of a stretch.I thought it expensive for what it was.

The room was so small as to be claustrophobic. The shower was tiny and leaked into the bed area. No place in the shower for soap or shampoo. You had to leave it on the shower floor. What is so difficult about installing a soap dish?

Floors and staircases a little dirty.

It's very near the main shopping district of Casablanca. The Twin Centre is also an excellent reference point for taxi drivers. It's only a 20dh taxi to Casa-Voyageurs train station. The room was immaculate, the breakfast outstanding and the service was perfect throughout our stay.

New hotel,friendly staff,clean rooms,nice bath(hot water and good water pressure),nice breakfast,good wifi(its free and fast).strongly recommend when I compare with the others prices and services

In fact I have enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the hotel comfortable and quiet and very clean, rooms are modern and comfortable and fitted with a balcony great and small bathroom scale, but it is beautiful, and appropriate, the hotel is located in the most prestigious neighborhoods of the city, and its close to all attractions religiously-tourismand close to the train station,Breakfast is simple but integrated and wonderful, what impressed most in the hotel is the reception and reception staff treated guests, Reception staff very useful and respectful and they made ​​our stay very comfortable, they do what they can to help us, we are thankful and grateful for each of the Fatma Zahra Soyouti, Fatma Zahra Alooui, Iman, Ahmed, Niang ( Nice guy but I think he is a serial killer ;D).......Finally I strongly advise everyone to enjoy stay in Le Trianon Luxury Hotel.

A convenient hotel.

Staff was very helpfull (english,french) rooms a bit small but very nice and clean.For 20 € more you get a large room with the and coffee facilitys. I will come back

Friendliness Caring Great hospitality Got room upgrade for free after 13 year old daughter was 'discovered ' as being part of the party albeit booked as extra child - but no age group to pick from. Hotel believed child was infant and alllowed for cot.

More to do with Booking.com missing age bracket for accompanying child. Not geared for families of more than one child.
