Situated in a quite location, helpful staff.
A supermarket is near by the Hotel.
Our room was really dirty (not cleaned for a long time). The receptionist was talking on the phone the whole night (our room was close to the reception). The restaurant was closed due to ramadan. We had not the feeling that we were welcome.
We only stayed one night as a stop over during Ramadan. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was very good. The room was a good size and we had wifi. The grounds and pool looked very nice.
The room fridge had one bottle of water. There were no snacks and the restaurant was closed so we had to go back into the city to find food. The key to our room and the door both need some maintenance.
Lovely spacious room; beautifully decorated. Great breakfast; able to choose the time. Polite & professional staff; exceedingly good service. Good sized swimming pool within the garden. Recommend!
Prior to the Ramadan, a week before, all the alcohol were removed from the bar, which felt a bit premature. Also, the restaurant closed due to the lack of business, which was a shame, because the food was delicious!(We had a fantastic lunch with a bottle of a wine.)
staff is not good at english. but you can communicate with body language.
- Better than expected - Food in the hotel restaurant is good - Overall good price/value for an overnight stay
- Don´t expect a super modern and perfectly clean room
The bedroom and the view from our terrace; the swimming pool; The lightness and brightness of the building; the garden, and the staff.
The fact that we weren't told in advance when the restaurant would be closed.
Nice breakfast, and clean.
Very difficult to find and no hot water (as in none whatsoever)
A well presented hotel, with an exceptional staff and restaurant. The food was beautiful and varied. The facilities were very clean and modern, with a lovely, secluded pool area. The bar was well stocked and the staff were friendly and helpful. Most spoke some English and the Maître D' spoke fluently. A great stop en route between Marrakech and Fes, highly recommended.
Very hard to find. The street doesn't appear on GPS as it's a unadopted road (track). It desperately needs signs on Ave Mohammed V and Ave Hassan II, as well as at the end of the track. Does look shut on arrival, so maybe having the gate open when guests are expected?
Very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Excellent staff. The restaurant at the Hotel one of the best in Beni Mellal. Infortunately we stay only one night, but surely could stay many more days to enjoy this lovely place. Nothing really to complain only to thanks and highly recomendable place.
Located in the better part of town. The hotel was modern and clean. A good stopping point between Fes and Marrakech.
The town of Beni Mellal is not an appealing place!
very hard to find! good for a stop-over
Staff very friendly. One staff member spoke excellent English, where we could speak neither French nor Arabic. Food was excellent (dinner).
Bathroom plumbing looked good . But shower head fell off. Bidet drain did not work
Very gentle and friendly staff, very good restaurant, quite and well maintained structure. Clean and spacious rooms. Perfect for short stay if you traveling on the route Marrakesh - Fes.
Access to the hotel, particularly if you are coming in the night
The services we have gotten from this hotel are exceptional, something you only get in a 5 star hotel, I had a really good time over there, the services were great, and Mr. Jamal Ghayat at the restaurant was more than helpful, I can say the same about everyone else over there. Will defenately revisit this hotel when I go back to Beni-Mellal.
Just the fact that I couldn't swim in the pool because it was raining, not the hotels fault.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is modern, clean and very comfortable, especially the beds. It provided a very welcome rest on our journey from Fes to Marrakech. The staff were helpful and kind to us. We enjoyed our short visit and would recommend this hotel.
As it was out of season the restaurant was not open. It was not big problem as we were directed to a couple of restaurants in town where we obtained a very decent meal.
The staff is not so friendly, maybe they are not so used to have many tourists since Beni Mellal is just a passway between Fes/Meknes and Marrakech.
Nice quiet hotel well situated room comfort we prenoted for 5 nights and stayed 7 nights, breakfast delicious , lunch *** and kindness of waiters, the swimmingpool . not far to visit beautiful sites Ouzoud falls ,bin el ouidan lake, barbarian villages
We only stayed for an overnight on the way from Fez to Marrakesh, but the place was a welcome retreat from the strenuous road trip. We felt at home immediately. Clean, spacious room and bathroom, quiet surroundings, comfortable bed. The big pool outside was a great bonus and breakfast by the pool in the morning again felt like home. Very nice indeed and highly recommended.
The only drawback was that we arrived by rental car and the place was incredibly hard to find.
Swimming pool, breakfast, rooms with new mod cons, clean, air conditioning (it was very hot), dinner, breakfast, price.
