Room, grounds, pool, the whole setting!! Absolutely beautiful place to escape after a few days in a riad in town. We had the best of both worlds on the trip and one of the best holidays my mum and I have had in a long time. the staff were really helpful and couldn't really find any fault.

The restaurant food was very expensive -- so whilst the hotel and grounds were beautiful, and represented extremely good value for money, the cost of the stay did creep up -- the resort is not within walkable distance to anywhere else to eat so limited options other than a taxi into town.

The overall grounds of the hotel are very nice with lots of small private spots to relax in. The idea of having small sets of ~5 rooms grouped together works well. The rooms could be perfectly described as 'shabby chic'.

The staff were polite but useless. The poolside service was non-existent. They failed to book an airport taxi which they had confirmed a week before - this could have easily caused us to miss our flights.

A little paradise, beautiful gardens, lovely pool and really comfortable rooms. good restaurant and excellent buffet breakfast. Quiet location but within easy reach of the Medina.

Very relaxed atmosphere, very helpful staff who were always eager to please if asked, arranged taxis, meals in the Medina and sorted any queries with delight... vegetable garden was well tended and colourful. Cocktail bar was a pleasure to be in, staff and ambience drew us back several times.

Possibly could do with replenishing room consumables and keeping same buzz at breakfast during week, not just weekends, dinner menu when staying for more than a short time became unadventurous (but always of good quality).

Superb standard of quality throughout. Calm and tranquil setting and overall design. Staff were exceptional in every way

A little more variety of choice for breakfast would be very welcome

Spacious (enourmous rooms) open and relaxing. There are 37 rooms located in a number of buildings layed out across the site. But I'm sure they could have squeezed more than 100 on the plot if they wanted its so spacious. The hotel is beautifully designed and appointed with traditional Moroccan design ques blended with contemporary design. We had a pool suite which is bigger than most 2/3 bed apartments and easy enough for family of 5, baby cots provided free and a reasonable charge for an extra bed. Atmosphere is so calm and peaceful throughout. Vegetable gardens are a wonderful place to spend time, there are also lots of intricate public spaces, so much greenery (we had 5 date palms in our rooms garden) and even a small farm with goats and chickens! Staff are very helpful, you'll see the manager / owner walking around the hotel and he'll stop and talk with guests. This hotel is not well represented by its website or photos which don't give a sense of its openness and make it appear artificially stylised, whereas its styled very naturally and offers much more than the photos suggest. Truly a hidden gem

Far from the medina, so recommend a stay here to relax after a few days in the intense medina. Country house chic may not suite everyone if your looking for more glitz and polish.

Beautiful gardens, well positioned, nice food.

Inattentive staff, poor finishes in room eg. Shower flooded the bathroom, iron didn't work, electrics sparking. Grossly overpriced. 200 odd pounds per night should ensure high end facilities and services.

Excellent gardens and facilities, with friendly and efficient staff.

A small problem is that the hotel is isolated and requires a taxi ride to go anywhere. However the organisation of taxis and excursions is excellent.

We loved our stay at les Deux Tours. The staff was extremely friendly (despite Ramadan). The food and drinks were exquisite and the location and surroundings are divine. A place where you can recover lost time.
