le service super
A short walk away from the main station and the Supratour terminus Great breakfast
Slightly shaky wifi in main hall. But did manage to get everything organised
Staff wasn't friendly at first
Staff were very rude
no English speakers
the hotel' s amenities were fine
It is inconceivable that you rent rooms at that price with bathrooms full of black mold and years of dirt around the vanities and bathtub
The hotel photos show the very best of the hotel. The common areas are accurate and many of the staff were helpful.
The rooms in no way match the images shown on the website and are extremely basic. A few members of staff on the reception desk went out of their way to be unhelpful, misleading and in one instance direct lie. The poolside entertainment was a little full on for my liking.
Spacious family suite Useful nurse, and doctor visiting rapidly on site
1)No wifi internet connection that was working. 2) no one speaking decent English 3) no polite at all
Quite location. Not far from the action. Good buffet food
Seems that the hotel attracts all inclusive customers so you can imagine the service. Waiters fighting and shouting all the time in front of customers. After paying my invoice, When exiting the restaurant a guy was questioning me about my room number and if I have paid. Just like a policeman. Room service very bad. Ordered a Tajin and was burnt
Concept of the hotel is good
No internet in rooms and the internet at entrance was so bad and not working properly
The bed was comfortable.
We booked to stay for 5 nights but only stayed for one. The room was small, the hotel itself needs a good clean and revamp, it looks very old and tired. The staff were rude, we went down for breakfast 20 minutes before it was due to finish and half the things had been taken away. We booked into a riad after our first night which was lovely and much better value for money. Avoid!
The hotel is in a good location. It has a charming authenticity of Moroccan style. I liked the food variety and plentiful choice of fresh fruit with every meal. The pool was clean and great for children. Beautifully decorated and well tended lush gardens. Two al a carte restaurants needed booking for in advance and were delightful. I loved and recommend Moroccan Rose wine! Evening entertainment was fun! The staff are attentive and helpful although with limitations as they do not speak much of English. I enjoyed my spa treatments (massage and jacuzzi). My husband and I were particularly pleased to have the option (with some extra charge) of interconnecting rooms with our 9 and 7 year old children. Overall we liked it and would happily go there again.
I think that a touch of minor repairs would make the hotel even more pleasant. Wardrobe and cupboard doors could do with handles fixing. Chairs in the dining need fixing as some are at the breaking point. It would be good if staff spoke some English. Unless you speak French or Arabic it may be difficult to have even the simplest conversation with staff. Jacuzzi and indoor pool use should be free of charge for all inclusive guests.
Our room was lovely! The large bath and separate sitting area with finishings all in wood were very nice. The breakfast was very nice too, parking was good and the pool area was very nice. We were only at the hotel overnight but we would have liked to stay longer as there seemed so much to do there - with activities arranged throughout the day.
We were not given any information at reception at check in. It would be nice to have a 5 minute introduction as to what is going on, when the pool opens etc etc....
Good sized room. Good choices in restaurant.
Certain reception staff, Too much entertainment..non-stop!! Bit pricey for dinner if not all in.. room was big but dirty and lacked a few bits like towels till we asked.
Swimming pool and breakfast good
Service below standard. The first day the room not cleaned after we left the hotel. The second day the room was cleaned (no vacuum cleaning of the carpet) but the towels were missing. The front desk response was poor. We have to ask several times before our request is answered. No iron provided. In brief I would not use this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone
The breakfast. The parking and location were good for a client meeting. The room was luxurious for the price, and the staff throughout the hotel ranged from good to excellent in their service and willingness to accommodate.
The wifi connection was terrible - only one location was reliable, right across from the reception desk, where there was one comfortable chair only and a lot of kids running around. The hotel could potentially be a good hotel for business purposes, but caters instead to family holidaymakers with raucous "events" going on constantly.
Staff is really helpful and friendly, very good breakfast, clean room
Location is far away from the city centre, tram stop and from the railway station. The furniture in the room was old and the view from the window was not good at all. Service in the spa is poor. Spa staff do not speak English at all, swimming pool is rather tiny than small
The rooms are old and you can see the cracks on the doors. It has a centralized AC system as per the staff and can't control it individually.
Nice location and nice poolarea.
Staff's poor skill's to talk english... Hotel is full off French...
Lovely pool area Good sized rooms
We booked a triple room and had to ask for towels and bedding for the third person more than once.
Excellent variety for breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly, helpful, English speaking staff. Great stay!
The Moroccan restaurant at the hotel, if you speak French!
It is miles from anywhere and old and tired. This hotel caters for French budget travel groups, no staff speak English and everything is only in the French language. Prices for everything are a rip off. Crazy games are played everywhere and loud music is played anytime. Internet is only in the hall and sporadic. This place is best avoided at all costs....
the staff in the snack is friendly
the reception staff is so rude in particular the pregnant lady no smile no greeting ; i approach the reception during the check in the lady approach without greeting and she asked - booking - i am 15 year in hospitality staff there needs more taining to be professional
