Good location and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Wifi available ONLY in reception area, not in room. And there was an extra charge of €8.00pp per day foe use of the pool...so hotel should not advertise as including pool.
1) Swimming pool outdoors - warmed up to 26c and clean 2) good breakfast 3) excellent dinner buffet 4) location - medina can be reached easily , same as airport 5) cleaning staff - rooms need renovation but they are definitely very clean. We got nice surprises everyday - the bed was decorated with sweets, rose petals and nicely folded towels. 6) animation team at swimming pool - definitely a different breed from reception and restaurant. Friendly young people.
1) This hotel is not 4 stars. 2) definitely needs "face lift " and renovation. 3) WIFI does not work ... anywhere , not in the room nor in the lobby. 4) hotel should not inform guests that they speak English . Noone speaks English in this hotel . It was hardly possible even to communicate with reception staff. In addition - they are RUDE. If this is how they meet guests then I wonder how they are going to get the new markets and clients besides French Charter Tourists. We shall not stay in this hotel again and will not recommend it. My mood dropped instantly when I started to communicate with reception. 5) SPA- be prepared to pay extra 80 ( EUR 8) DH for indoor pool. Noone explains you that if you jump in to jakuzzi you have to pay another 60 , if you open the door at hammam then you have to pay extra again. SPA was very cold and not at a standard one would expect for a 4 star hotel. 6) General welcome information about hotel is absent . When I asked reception staff - can you give me information about hotel's facilities - the answer was "cinema"? "what cinema madam?" 7) very basic toiletries, sand paper style towels. We were with the child and for that reason thought that may be hotel could offer better facilities then riad in Medina but I think we got it wrong.

for an all rounder this is an average to good hotel with fairly good food,
Pictures look too good but the physical appearance is some what different, avoid during dec-feb as very quite and cold. wifi is non existant and only available in lobby area!, also AVOID ALL INCLUSIVE as there is so much choice outside the hotel to dine out!!
- Bedrooms are standards but comfortable and clean. - The hotel is in good condition and has a lot to offer (nice swimming pool, indoor pool, gym...). - The personnel running the evening animations.
The staff at the reception did not seem to know how to do their job properly. You are not welcome with a smile which is quite unusual in Morocco. They don't have printers at the reception so they can't help to print your boarding pass. To do that, you have to email the director who will print it for you... when he is free or find another way. There are many facilities available but you have to pay to use them i.e Hamman, jacuzzi - even if you stay 5 minutes in it. The indoor swimming pool supposed to close at 8pm, we turned up at 7pm but the lights were already off. We were told that the swimming pool closed at 8pm which we understood but we almost had to argue that it was only 7pm. Eventually, we were allowed to go through but without lights and clearly annoying the personnel ... and no towels available. It is a shame, this hotel has a lot to offer but there is a general lack of organisation, a part of the staff seems demotivated and we did not feel that the customer was a priority.
Nice room size, clean and around 30 mintues walking to Jamaa alfina, nice hotel but no wifi in room and it's only avilable in reception area and the hall.
No wifi in rooms
My late arrival preventing full use of the Hammam and warm swimming pool
Housekeeper very nice, breakfast good, location is amazing
Bathroom and shower, amenities, old carpet in the rooms...
Handy for the airport, so useful if you are not planning to spend time wandering in the Medina.
Given the location, room quality, cleaness and food, I would easily say it is the best for the money.
The night manager was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Location.
The day time manager was not as friendly and rude. Wifi not in the rooms. Have to come down in the lobby. Bathroom small and not to par for a 4 star hotel.
Staff is helpful. The Free Buffet is excellent. Waiters are staff at very friendly. Great place to stay. Centrally located. Walking distance to Restautrants and stores.
Very few english speaking staff. The Door lock need replacement or service. They keys do not work properly. It take multiple tries to unlock.
The pool area was nice.
The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and in many cases spoke poor English. We were bothered on several occasions at the entrance to the hotel property by men soliciting for taxi rides.
Staff were friendly Good shower Plenty to do in and around the hotel
The room had no safe We had a look in the restaurant one dinner time and the whole room was very smoky. The food looked unappetizing. Breakfast wasn't great. Storage space seemed a bit lacking
Big empty pool (nobody was swimming in some reason although there were plenty of people by the pool) Clean new towels and comfy bed breakfast was good (except interesting incident with bacon - the hotel is serving bacon but the staff didn't agree to prepare it as the muslim customers would object. I understand the cultural dilemma but in that case do not serve it!)
Bacon incident (see above). Noisy nightclub - loud music was on until midnight. Inpolite staff - the lady in the reception refused to answer our quite reasonable (i think) questions and seemed very annoyed by us. We needed to change the bill and staff spent lots of time to argue about it. The door key of one of the rooms was not working. As we had rooms next to each other, my colleague was able to enter through my room - the door connecting 2 rooms was not locked. Technically the neighbour can come to your room without needing any key.
Staff couldn't speak English and staff would hassle you around the pool.
Location was great
Mainly for French tourists and most of the staff did not speak english
Choice of breakfast was good. Good kids club.
Wifi not very good. Catered for the French.
I have two major complains on the reception. 1) at the check-out I was charged for 10% taxes, which should have been included in the price indicated by the reservation at booking.com. I insisted, but the receptionist was extremely firm. Since I did not want to open a long discussion I paid and left the hotel. Yet, I consider this was a fraud. 2) on arrival, since I had not a printed copy of the booking.com reservation, I was kept there hanging for 15 minutes before, after my insistence, my request to check was passed to the person who managed the list of reservations. As minor remarks: 3) the wiFi connection is available only in a limited space of the hotel, and getting in is a kind of lottery. 4) the air-conditioning in my room was not working (in the sense thath it was completely off), and I should change the room.
le service super
A short walk away from the main station and the Supratour terminus Great breakfast
Slightly shaky wifi in main hall. But did manage to get everything organised
Staff wasn't friendly at first
