Noise from outside
The hotel is very nice. The rooms were big, clean, the garden/swimming pool is amazing.
The service was not good at all which is surprising for this type of hotel. We requested small bottles of water several times for our room that never arrived. The cleaning wasn't done properly. They cut the grass outside at 9 in the morning! which woke us up.
I was very sick (diaree and fever) and the hostess was going for me to the pharmacie. One of the managers did his best and give me special food.
The receptionist was not friendly to my friend from the first moment. The badges from the door from or room did'nt work. More than 10 themes same problem and no solution! Staff need a good trainer. Very old forniture. Needs a renovation. Not 5 stars...sorry people! More enthousiasme please!
The place is very nice with a most beautiful garden, spacious rooms staff are very polite.
Buffet was being visited by flies as there are no covers for the food it could be better served, waiters are handling food without disposible gloves kind a unsanitary
The hotel was small but beautiful, service excellent especially the driver Mustapha who helped us plan our days by making restaurant and spa resetvations (plus plenty of suggestions).
Internet did not work in rooms, and the hotel next to us was playing loud music until wee hours of the morning
landscape, you feel like in palace surrounded by gardens, water and flowers. Very calm place.
The hotel is not very big, but nice and relaxing. I liked the spa nearby as this hotel is in the system of few facilities. They have free shuttle between them.
The staff was really nice, but very slow. We asked for vine glasses and opener, remained 2 times, and got it after an hour or more after the first request.
Very beautiful garden and nice pool lounges
Bed was very comfortable and free upgrade was appreciated. Included breakfast didn't offer much choice, but ok still. Left on day 3 instead of 5, due to staff incompetence regarding extended booking. Not happy.
No attempt was made to replace/repair useless fridge in the suite, which i'm told was common problem throughout resort. Our food/snacks went to waste. Wifi was very hit & miss and only available (when working) by reception/pool area. On check-in we were assured that most of the screaming children with families would be leaving the next day (Monday)..if anything..the noise got worse and was relentless at times, all around the grounds! Most disappointing of all was being told on day 3, that our extended booking had not been confirmed, after twice being told by other reception staff that it had! Offer to accept accommodation in nearby hotel was denied. We checked out on day 3 of 5. Will not be coming back here or recommend to friends.
It's for sure a very good value for money. It 's a relaxing place. I recommend this hotel because I liked the environment
The service. It seems that the hotel already recruited a new hotel director. I'm sure that the service will be better soon.
I appreciate to be alone around the swimming pool
But I hated to be wake up at 8 am by some work in progress, to be watch all day long at the swimming pool by male employee and the food prices does not worth it at all !!!!!!
Late Check-In Breakfast not included
location, gardens. Hotel chauffeur was very professional
no attention to detail, poor service
The rooms & grounds were beautiful, clean & luxurious, away from the noise & hustle & bustle of the city. Gorgeous swimming pool(kids loved it), everything well maintained. Just a short taxi trip away from markets & town, 20mins from airport. Staff extremely polite & quite a few English speaking(extremely helpful). We changed hotels after a disastrous first night in Marrakech & were extremely pleased with he difference in class & felt a lot safer & secure(24hr staffing). If I return to Marrakech I would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing. Loved it.
We loved everything about this hotel. :-)
I loved the place, beds are very confortable. everything is clean. am definitely going back.
The swimming pool is lovely and the rooms are quite luxurious
Breakfast was expensive and ordinary and the room was freezing cold. Also the tv in the bedroom had been removed.
Loved the gardens and the friendliness of the staff. It was hard leaving the place from how amazing our stay was.. (Don't miss out on the Sunday brunch)
Wifi is bad and the room services ends at 23.00 that's it..
Nice little boutique hotel with a very friendly staff and child friendly. The value for the price you need to pay is just great.
Unthough the rooms are very comfortable, they are a bit old fashioned, but that's rather a matter of taste.
