Location was perfect. My wife and I used the Clarins spa which was very well appointed and fantastically priced.

Breakfast starts at 06:30. As early risers we were one of a few couples down at this time. The cooked items ie sausages, tomatoes, breakfast arrived cold and placed under oil burners to heat up!!!

The pool and area around it. The room minus the musty smell in the bathroom.The staff at the bar. The location. The spaceous feel of the place.

The standard of the breakfast- def not 5 or even 4 star. While staff were polite and friendly , quite often non were visible around the pool area.

Very good location, which is very close to Jamaa el fna, and the old market. It's good hotel for the first time visitor to Marakesh city. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the view of the swimming area is beautiful.

It's nightmare if you have your own car to reach the hotel, as its very difficult to drive in the narrow street, where the hotel is located, as well its not easy to park the car. The hotel location is very good for the first time visitor to the city, as its on walking distance to the main attractions, otherwise you can find some new built hotel with similar or higher standards, but with cheaper price in other parts of Marakesh city.

The location is excellent. Just 2 minutes walk and you are in the town centre. Chaos outside and ust inside!

The fact that every extra use cost money. Basic spa should by included.

Location perfect for the medina. Peace in a very busy tourist area. Food in all 3 eating facilities was excellent.(Indian, International and Moroccan. Good Spa. Bar Staff friendly

Rather expensive, but considering the location and authentic design probably fair. No coffee or tea making facility (or iron) in suite. Limited information available in room for hotel facilities or excursions.

Inside the medina, very peacefull an oasis from the bustle outside. Helpful, friendly staff. 3 pools all lovely, lots of comfortable lounges to relax in. Great breakfast. In all not a London 5 star, but it was Morroco. We were made to feel very welcome.

Probably a bit tired in the bedroom and bathroom we had, but not enough to stop us returning there.

Oasis on the edge of the Medina

My husband and I loved every moment of our stay. The rooms are well appointed, we had no problem with our air conditioning and felt the hotel was very beautiful. Breakfast was a feast and the food in the restaurants was good. I spent half a day in the Clarins Spa..... Bliss

Comfort, luxury, personal touch

Food was excellent and so was the service. The pool was fantastic when it was high temperature. It was peaceful, and once we stepped outside the hotel , it seemed like a different country. It was busy busy busy!!!!! The square was about five minutes walk away. The staff and clients were always ready to say Bonjour or hello in English.

We didn't like being woken up at 5am every moning with the call for prayer. There is a mosque near by, and even though it's a beautiful building you cannot fail to hear the wailing. The birds then started twittering a while after. I must say I got used to the 5am wake up, and at least could go back to sleep.

Fantastic hotel, right in the medina of marrakech. Friendly helpful staff. 3 fantastic restaurants a bar and a snack bar, 2 pools. The mini suite was beautiful with air-con, a huge bed, 2 TV's comfortable sofas. Room service was good value and good food. Really good value for a 5 star hotel we paid approximately 250 per night for a mini suite. There is a clarins spa attached to the hotel underground the setting is great and the prices are reasonable. Would definately reccommend and return. Brtilliant hotel!

*****Hotel but: - no fruit plate and complimentary water in the room everyday; - no laundry bags provided everyday; - very poor breakfast buffet; - bad food at the pool restaurant; - law quality and style of service; - not friendly staff; - very poor management SURE I recommend "Les deux Tours" hotel in "la palmeraie": kindly staff, good food, romantic pool, very good level of service and attentive management

Beautiful hotel. Great pool area on ground floor and another smaller pool on terrace. Had a very nice room and was surprised that my friend and I each had our own bathroom. Windows completely shut out noise. Superb location just a 3 minute walk to Djamaa. Helpful concierge called Royal Air Maroc to confirm our reservations for the flight home.

We booked 4 nights but decided to leave the hotel after the 1st night. The service was disappointing, the staff agressive. This hotel does absolutely not deserve 5 stars, but 3 maximum. The only good point was the location in the Medina however it doesn't worth the price when there are lots of Ryads around who knows what customer service means. I will never recommand it to anyone.

Excellent location with very helpful and attentive staff. Beautiful pool to sit around at night and great bar on the 3rd floor (which is the top of the hotel). Good breakfast - the omelette lady will make you fresh omelettes to perfection.

WiFi is only available in reception - not in the room as we were told. Even then, it can be patchy. Our fridge in our minibar (room 205) also didn't work.

This hotel has a very central location that was very good for sight-seeing and shopping at the souks. There is a beautiful courtyard pool area full of birds and flowers and beautifully decorated rooms off a surrounding verandah. This hotel is worth a day visit as you can use the pool as a visitor on a paid 'day pass' and the restaurants are good. The rooftop Indian restaurant has nice views and good food.

The hotel was clearly lacking in any visible senior management and there are resultant issues with maintenance. The air-conditioning in our room did not work and it took three requests for intervention by staff, even then it did not work adequately and the room remained hot and stuff. The shower sump did not drain, the carpets in the room whilst cleaned daily were stained and flowers in bathroom were left withered for the duration of our stay. Our room also smelt badly of stale oil as it was situated at the first floor over the kitchen area. The pool area whilst lovely could do with better cleaning under the sun loungers and hotel cleaning should not be undertaken at the start of the breakfast service. The breakfast buffet was very good but service chaotic and coffee truly awful. We would recommend a day visit to this hotel but it is not worth staying at the hotel. It is very over-priced for the current state of the rooms.
