Riad Les Orangers D'alilia

Bien que situé dans une artère très animée, le riad possède une atmosphère apaisante. Il est propre et lumineux : Bien tenu, une subtile odeur de fleur d'oranger s'en dégage

Pas d'accueil particulier à l'arrivée et pendant le séjour. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas assez copieux: manque de choix, quantité insuffisante.

Nous avons apprécié le parfum et la sérénité des lieux, le chant des oiseaux le matin, la terrasse au soleil couchant et l'accueil soigné. Quant au petit déjeuner, ce fut un régal ! Merci beaucoup.

The location, in the Kasbah, is good - a 20 min walk to the main square, but through a fascinating neighbourhood which bustles with local people going about their daily business. The Riad is elegant and tastefully furnished. The breakfasts, though quite heavy on carbohydrates, feature all home made produce, vary daily & are nicely presented. The young girls who work tirelessly throughout the day & evening work extremely hard to provide a good service.

No information was provided about the Riad's location, nor help in orientation [eg maps, tourist information] on first arrival. The Riad had only two staff on duty during our stay, and they appeared to be stretched in their duties

The staff were excellent, so helpful and amazing cooks! The Riad is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Some people may say its a bit far from the main square but this actually worked in our favor as it is a very quiet place to put your feet up after a hectic/hot/tiring day in Marrakesh. Its also very close to the Kasbah and palaces.

Everything was brilliant from the moment that we arrived. This Riad is so beautiful and so homely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were in Sophia room and it was gorgeous...i didnt want to leave!!

A nice cosy place. The hostess Mme Joelle Sourbe was extremely thoughtfull and attentive; helping with restuarant reservations, sight seeing planning. One felt at home. Breakfasts were very extensive and pleasing to the palate.

Joelle the owner was delightful, quietly making sure we had everything we needed. She recommended several restaurants - we particularly liked Un Dejeuner a Marrakech. We didn't eat in the riad in the evening but, if dinner is as good as breakfast, it would be worthwhile. Breakfasts were delicious - fresh fruit, yogurt, honey, goat's cheese, eggs, interesting local bread and cakes. The riad was tastefully furnished with nice touches like fresh flowers in the rooms and straw hats thoughtfully provided on the roof terrace. The location in the kasbah is quieter than the medina and still walkable to the main square.

The Riad is very beautiful, we stayed four nights there and would definitely book it again. The room was perfect and not just clean, it was prepared with lot´s of care and nice details like flowers, special soaps and aromatic oils. The owner was so kind and helpful, we really noticed that it was important to here that we enjoyed our stay in the Riad and in the city. Last thing to highlight is the incredible breakfast which you can take either in the patio or on the terrace, every day a little bit different with the highest quality of bread, homemade cakes, yogurts, fruits, etc. To sum up, we can definitely recommend this place.

L'hotel è un piccolo paradiso nella kasbah di Marrakech. Tutto sui toni del bianco e del crema ha una bella terrazza dove servono una supercolazione. La proprietaria è squisita e la camera India ha una bellissima zona giorno all'aperto

Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal!! Das Riad ist wirklich schoen und bietet einen perfekten Ort der Ruhe, Entspannung und Komfort als Kontrast zu dem Stadtleben von Marrakesch. Wuerden ohne Zweifel wieder dort wohnen. Bravo!

La terrazza e' molto bella e godibile.

La nostra stanza era un pochino rumorosa. Abbiamo cenato una sera e il costo e' stato eccessivo.

Joelle and Laurent, the owners, were .friendly, personable and helpful. The room, Sofia, was large and comfortable and very attractively decorated. The shower was wonderful! The breakfast was well presented and delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the ambience and partaken in a dinner cooked by Joelle.

A quiet riad with lots of friendly international visitors. The small staff was especially friendly and personal. We got a little extra attention that was very nice because we were celebrating our honeymoon. We even had the opportunity to meet owner Joelle's daughters and exchange some French-English lessons. On the dog days of summer, we really enjoyed dipping into the plunge pool with wine in hand. A beautiful rooftop garden and dinner spot. A simple mediterranean salad was a delicious and refreshing meal. Close enough to the medina and main square without being on a busy street. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The owner & her staff were so friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. High standard accomadation , spotlessly clean, good good, especially the evening meal prepared just got us. Easy walk to the sites & main square.
