Very convenient location near the Medina and Mohammed V avenue. Very good breakfast and reception staff friendly and spoke English
Walking distance to most tourist attractions.
food, bathroom, bed. This hotel is really outdated and it's shows.
Nice clean place with lovely staff
A little noisy, but luckily we had a window facing in
- location (close to Medina , center )..Tramway is close (pratical for Casa Voyageur station)
- breakfast => always same , not much variety
The staff was helpful really friendly and spoke English quite well. For the cost of the room it was well appointed and the location made the main (albeit) few tourist attractions in Casablanca walkable. It's a great find and I would highly recommend it.
comfortable bad spacious room friendly english speaking staff central location
breakfast not available in case of early checkout wake up call was 10 min late
Staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast options were more than reasonable. Room facilities were satisfactory. Location was fine.
Air conditioning was ineffective and did not allow a good sleep. Opening windows let in the noise in, so this was not a viable solution.
This is your standard type of hotel. Absolutely nothing to complain about but also nothing to rave about. One bonus of this hotel is that it is fairly close to one the City Sightseeing Bus stops which we used a lot.
5 min walking distance from the Casa port train station, near to some restaurants and souvenir shops, nice room
Wifi on and off.. not so friendly reception staff..
In the middle between central market, new city centre, old medina and port. New port train station and tramway close by. Friendly and flexible staff.
Location and friendly staff
Room was very humid, AC not working properly and the breakfast is mediocre
smoking odoor in non smoking room
Nice hotel Good location
First nite: Swipe key did not work. Air conditioning did not work. Following day: after much negotiation (2 hours) We were allocated another room and every thing was fine.
Location Friendliness of staff Excellent breakfast
Room was too warm at night, otherwise a very pleasant stay...would stay again
The room was big, clean and furnished of everything we needed. The restaurant of the hotel wasn't bad at all. The staff was very helpful, the most speaking also English, other than French. The location was perfect for our purpose, at walking distance from the railway station Casa Port and the conference venue, but also from the Ancient Medina.
The noise from the street (not just the traffic, but the abused honking) and from adjacent rooms. Having to "reload" the magnetic card every day.
The location is ideal. Close to the medina, tram and downtown off the main boulevard on a side street. Restaurant is next door. Saad (Manager) speaks English beautifully and is very helpful in helping to rent cars and recommendations. Laundry service great - had white jeans with henna dye and they got it out for around $3. Close to other downtown restaurants and local flavor. Rooms and bathroom is VERY spacious! Cafe Romano about 2-3 blocks away, had great-dinner of kebabs, pizza, soda and water for 2 came to around $12
Breakfasts at the restaurant next door are so-so. The sausage I would pass on as well as the eggs. If you're not there when the buffet is set up, they will be rather cold. They offer cereal (milk is a bit warm), bread (a little hard), meat, cheese, yogurt. It would also be nice if they cleaned the tables as soon as other guests left so you wouldn't have to sit at a "used" table.
Very big and spacious room, location was ok.cleaning perfect
Breakfast was not so fresh and well organised
No English TV channel.
Location (near median and one of the two train stations) Price Big bed
Staff not very friendly Beakfast not very varied Old facilities
Good, efficient staff and check-in process. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with much variety. Good Wi-Fi signal in the room.
There wasn't any proper air-conditioning machine, it was just a vent emitting room-temperature air, so the room was very hot...when I opened the windows instead for ventilation, too many insects came inside my room. Since the room was overly large for one person (two double beds in a long room) and the vent was located at the far side away from the beds, it made for a very uncomfortably hot and sticky night in August up on the seventh (top) floor. The hotel was in a very noisy area. I much preferred staying at the nearby Hotel Maamoura, which was on a much quieter street and had proper air-conditioning.
Wifi excellent and staff helpful.clean room and good location
very poor breakfast and service
Customer service was fantastic. The two ladies at the reception desk are an asset to the company, who are both fluent in English. The junior suites on the first floor are large, clean and very comfortable.
