Staff went out of their way to ensure you were looked after. Their personal touch created a family environment which encouraged guests to interact.

The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and hospitable! Staying at this Riad was one of our best experiences in Marrakech. It was the calm from the craziness of the Medina. We would highly recommend this to anyone we know travelling there.

A wonderful place to relax, beautifully decorated. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely breakfasts.

The wifi didn't work at all in one courtyard and was very slow and intermittent in the other one.

Staff we're extremely attentive and helpful without being pushy or obsequious. Patrick, the owner, was very welcoming and we were made to feel we were in somebody's home for four comfortable nights. The food was great on the first night and breakfast was great on the sunny roof top terrace. We admired the staff for going up all those stairs with the food. Great to have lifts to the airport.

The staff were all lovely and looked after us very well and made us feel at home. They were great characters and genuinly concerned that we had everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay including airport transfers. The time spent at the riad was the best part of the trip.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Delicious breakfast, attentive staff, central location. Roof top views.

Room location-above entrance/courtyard so could hear loud door bell.

Visited Marrakech with spouse and two small children in late December/early January. We decided to book with half board. Everything was outstanding: beautiful Riad, delicious Moroccan food, location in the Medina, great staff and owner/manager (reading your wishes from your lips and very helpful), view from the roof top terrasse. For families with with small children, would recommend the triple room on the ground floor (Almoravide) with direct access to the patio and common areas. Gas heaters made sure that we were never cold even on chillier nights.

The staff were extremely helpful to the point the point they got us hot water for our son's flask and warmed his milk up every night. They even washed our son's clothes. They really made us feel at home and this was the best thing about the riad. We were given a complementary lift to the riad from the airport, which was very nice of them. The location of the hotel was such that we would not have found it at all if this wasn't the case. The riad was beautifully and sympathetically decorated. The balcony was beautiful and it was very pleasant to have breakfast out there in the sun every morning.

The location of the hotel was very hidden, through many tight alley ways that it was a bit scary at first. However, we did not experience any problems or feel unsafe getting back to the riads at night. The riads by their very nature are houses with small windows so it was quite dark for much of the time. If you want to eat dinner in the riad, you have to inform them in the daytime, as the cooks go home in the evening. If you want to book excursions or cab fares, the prices offered are dearer than what you can get from the travel companies at the souks. For example I was offered 150 euros for a cab to Essauira; I organised one myself for less than 60 euros! The bath plughole takes ages to clear even though it was apparently seen to and demonstrated how to ckear it.

Extremely friendly staff ensuring we felt at home always..exteremely beautiful riad to learn how to make the moroccon tea..delicious food and almond cookies..close walk to the jama el fna..patrick was extremely helpful and went out of his way to arrange for our transport to el jadida..beautiful roof top..romantic dinner date at the riad with a nice sheesha through wee hours of the night

nothing particularly.. we could have been explained the medina a little more in detail and given some more insight into how the markets there work

Les Trois Palmiers is a beautiful Riad with stunning atrium and roof terrace, really interesting to hear about how Patrick renovated it from the ground up. We had a wonderful time. Patrick is really friendly and staff are extremely helpful. We would definitely come back and recommend to others.

This is THE most perfect place to stay in Marrakech. Not just for the fantastic location, but the staff could not be more friendly or helpful - it was a pleasure to stay here. You will be very well looked after and the Riad provides a truly beautiful escape from the mayhem of the Medina!

Use of Pool Room and atmosphere.

These are the negative point: We found really totally unacceptable: • None of the owners was seen at the Riad during the stay, notwithstanding request to have a chat with them for several issues (advise for a trip, settling the bill, etc). • Poor ability of communication by the staff residing in the Riad to talk either English, Spanish , or Italian, except on the spot. .• Very bad proposal by them of the trip finally chosen : Satti Fatma water fall excursion. Not advised about massive migration of local Moroccan people to the pathways of Atlas mountains in summer. In such a way it turns out to be a visit to the hell, rather than a nice place to see during a vacation. • Exchange rate applied not fair: two conversions were applied and bill turn out to be an increase of the agreed “booking com” price
