Very good staff and very helpful. Very good tips to have a pleasant visit of Marrakech. The Breakfast was very good (good bread, fruits, tea, patisserie, etc.). Also good wifi.
The price is high.
Comfortable bed Quiet room Charming Riad Helpful staff
Poor water pressure A/c unit worked intermittedly No toiletries offered Poorly lit bathroom and shower Walk to Riad down 3 narrow alleys was unappealling Overall, poor value
Staff was very welcoming. Mohammed was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Riad is beautiful and is in a quiet location; the rooms were charming. Great roof terrace.
Location is great for visiting the Medina and the staff are great , breakfast is amazing as well
Indoor Pool is a small and in the shade so water are cold
Riad offered an oasis of quiet, calm and serenity amid the noise and hectic pace of Marrakech. It is in a central location and attractions are within walking distance. Mohammed, Fatima, Zahra and Yunis were very welcoming and attentive, and really couldn't have done anymore than they did for us. Charming decor, rooms had heater/aircon. Great evening meal and gorgeous roof terrace for breakfast, catching the sun and watching the storks nesting on the rooftops.
Shower was functional
Central Location, good food and excellent service. Paolo and Mohammed were very courteous and took great care of us. Breakfast on the terrace was awesome.
we loved having our private terrace and the friendly staff - if anything, we should have used them more for advice on our daily activities.
somtimes the host seemed to be annoyed by other guests' requests, but he was lovely and helpful with us.
What a lovely few days we spent here. A little calm oasis whih is what you need after a day out. The staff are incredible and couldn't have done more for us. Lovely breakfasts on the roof top. I would defenitely stay here again. Lovely.
Beautifull, THE people that works there are very friendly.
We read excellent feedback and chose this riad and we were not disappointed! We are a family of 4 including 2 grown-up children. We booked a family room for 4 and it was ENORMOUS! (Two single beds were separated by curtains.) The main bed was a wrought iron four-poster bed with nice laces around. There were no windows to the outside but we did not miss much and I think that kept the room cool. The room was nicely air-conditioned and after HOT outings, it was an oasis! There was no TV in the room but we did not care. The riad is very conveniently situated; all the sites in the old quarter are within walking distances. Mohamed (I hope I spelled right) and ladies were extremely pleasant and caring. He was always there, eager to help us. He literally went the extra mile for us! He booked a hamam for us and escorted us all the way to there! (about 10 minutes in the heat) It was a shame he spoke limited English but as my son spoke French, it wasn't a major problem. The stalks on the nearby nests added an exotic touch . We ate breakfast with plenty of fruits in the roof top restaurant listening to the clattering sounds they made with their beaks.
I thought we could bathe in the pool but apparently it was not meant for that as it was situated in the patio through which everybody passes to go in and out and the water was not up to the standard. However, we enjoyed cooling our hot feet off in the water.
