The person at the reception was very unhelpful rude and refused to let me stay although that I have a british passport

me and my family enjoyed the breakfast and location is so good

I didn't like that there were no entertainment in the evenings and the rating of the hotel in my opinion is wrong, there is no way that Hotel is five stars.

This hotel is not 5star uality. Dirty rooms, poor service and way over priced.

This can not he a five stars hotel. Old room. Nothing works, the heating, the tv etc They offered to change us the room but then they said there is no available rooms. They ask for extra tax although none in the rest of morocco they asked for residential tax. Indeed, in booking they didn't mention that. The stuff is rude, unless you pay them a tip they won't do their work. Totally disliked it. And I do not recomened it for anybody.

The breakfast

Too old, not old classic but old rooms The heating in the room didn't work, they told us they will change the room the next day but in the end they told us no rooms available nor they fixed the heating The Internet in the main lobby of the hotel in the rooms you have to pay to get an access The staff won't help you unless you pay them a tip At the hotel they ask you to pay a residence tax although although at the web of booking they don't mention that.

I liked everything about it. But if the WIFI was for free it was gonna be brilliant Plus if they put an elecric kettle n microwave in the room so Guests or clients have they own snacks or tea time at they room. Other than that the hotel is amazing and I recommand it n I hope I can go there again. Thnx n regards Carmel.

Wifi not free at the rooms n the free wifi is a bit far away from living area as the hotel is massive it take 5min walk to reach the free wifi area. Tv channels need to be more updated n more.

Great value for 50 Euros. Gorgeous public areas. Comfortable room and beds. Super buffet breakfast.

The hotel design are very nice but all rooms need Renovation. The furniture in the room are very old And tired. Location are good and the security staff Are friendly. Other staf are not proff. Brakefast is really Good.

No free WiFi in the rooms. The cost of WiFi connection in the room is 250 MDH/24 hr which is almost the same of the cost of the room itself!!

Rude staff and absolute discomfort! Cold water and hygyn issues!

It's very huge complex with lots of space, though I am not sure the small pools will work if there is full house?

You have to pay to use the training center, the pool is not warmed up, I waited for 3 hours to someone could fix my bath, the breakfast is not very variated and is not ready before after 8 in the morning the aircon did not work the whole week

Overall the grounds and the lobby were great and the hotel has the potential to be refurbished to a grand 5 star property but the rooms were extremely disappointing.

Wifi was not offered as promised per booking - very disappointed and inconvenient for my business. The room was scuffed and damaged, the plumbing was old and offered brown water at first use.

Overall the hotel is a real 5 stars, with super good value for money offers through booking.com, breakfast was great and so is the room service and all the hotel facilities in general, the location is also a plus, 2km from Medina, 1km from Central train stations and in a very distinguished district of Marrakech

The room cleaning was not bad but not up to the standards of a 5 stars hotel, the cleaners for example didnt plug the fridge after cleaning the room and I spent hours trying to know what is wrong with the fridge before having to move things around to uncover the socket and know where the problem is, of course after all my drinks were warm already! Pool water was very cold too

Safe was locked and they couldent open it untill next day, no iron untill next day.

i really picked it up for the price and location but i regret after that to be honest.

this was the worst thing i've ever done during the whole trip to Marrakech, the staff was very Rude and she kept on pointing in a indirect insulting way to my wife at check in with my kid, she was talking like my wife was a prostitute i brought from downtown and she rejected the reservation cuz i didnt have my Marrige contract with my the time i was checking in. she insisted to ask for alot of documents which i provided all politely and our check in lasted for like 2:15 hours, only when i promised to ask my cousin to fax my marrige contract from UAE to the hotel fax, which they recieved directly in the morning around 8 am. they pot our family in a very far room and very bad location that doesnt look at anything i only see the hotel backyard from the ground balcony. i Swear the toilets where scary looking and small, the shower was even in a different 2x2 meters room. toilet was in a 1x1.6 meters closet sorry i cant find proper word to discribe it. the doors open manually by some woman who holds the metal/iron key and after that they use manual plastic cards to fit the lock then handled to us after 25 minutes waiting infront of the room after the bill boy said a strange excuse that the old tenant took the keys with him when left the room. 2 light bulbs werent working and they sent a technician to fix. i didnt believe what was going on around me but we took the night just because my child was sleeping on wife's hands cuz he was tired from touring around the city the whole day. they make us pay in advance so we cant easily ask for a refund or cancelation after checking how is the room like. i didnt have time to take videos and pictures in the room because i wasnt able to think about anything but to sleep and take rest with my family. Please booking do something to those hotels who pot Bookers in the worst rooms in the hotel when they figure out we did a cheap priced deal from the website.

the towels the furniture are very old it needs alot of refurnished the beds are very bad need to be changed.,
