The apartment was huge, the pool was fantastic location im compared to the rest of the property with the rooms and reception.
Fact the internet wasnt working at the property meant he didnt have our booking on the system and since we had just booked it, we had to leave that property go find some wifi elsewhere, and then find somewhere to print the booking res form, as he told us his internet hadnt been working for over a week. Should get that fixed. Upon check in we asked if we were able to stay till 6pm the following day as the room wasnt booked for the next night and were told yes, so we paid. As soon as we had paid he told us we needed to be out by 12 or would have to pay extra, found this very dodgy and their way of getting us in under a false adverstisment. Staff at reception was VERY rude
convenient location, nice pool and terrace area. parking space.
very difficult to find...signage dimly lit at night. not great for family as two beds downstairs were seating area off the kitchen and one double bed upstairs.
The swimming pool was small but neat and clean. Rooms were always kept clean with a daily maid service. We had a nice private courtyard garden. Aircon was a must and was available in the bedroom & main room. Staff was very good and helpful with good information. Supermarket was very close so no need for a car. All in all the facilities are basic but great value for money and the location was OK, still close enough to walk to the main shopping centre and Medina if feeling energetic.
The kitchen facilities were in need of updating for a self catering facility as the 2 ring cooker kept tripping the power and the fridge & freezer wasnt very good in my apartment. I think it could do with an electrical overhall as several sockets were not in good shape. Could have done with a dining table indoors but we made do with trays and the outside table for our dinners but sometimes there was no outside lights in our Garden or out front so made outdoor dining in the evening quite hard. It would have been nice if the outdoor photo of the seating area with the curtains were accurate as this was not there! All in all a clean basic accommodation that was OK for us and would score higher if kitchen area was updated.
after 2 weeks in Morocco we was bored and got enough of staying in Riard. but this hotel is fantastic, comfy, convenience and made us feel like home.
Good value for money, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to Bejquelly District, good place for eating traditional Moroccan dishes. Would definitely recomand this apartment.
A bit far from Jamaa Lefna if you are thinking of going there Daily, but for us it was not a problem as we visited Jamaa Lefna only once.Avoid eating in Red Garden Restaurant, which is around the corner of Palm Club.
Nice design and landscaping. Staff were helpful. Good vaue for money.
Water was dripping on the kitchen's floor because the sink is not fixed well where my son slipped and a small glass cup was broken , even though , they charged me 20 derhams for the !!!!!!!!!!!cup
1. Great location in Marrakech 2. Value for the money 3. Nice design of the rooms and apartments
1. VERY VERY poor hospitality from the receptionist, who asks for the payment upfront in total disrespect of the rules! 2. The receptionist asked for a form to be filled an insisted that "Profession" was mandatory for the police to know. A total ignorance: what difference does it make to say the wrong profession if no documentation was supplied as a proof. 1. WiFi didn't work in the apartment and the staff didn't do a thing about it after complaining 2. Parking of the hotel was totally occupied by the neighboring fitness club folks. 3. Cold water in the winter (December 2013): showering wasn't possible immediately: you had to wait and waste a lot of water before the hot water comes out. 4. Very loud heating system that generated resonance and caused sleeplessness the first night: we had to turn it off the second night and use more covers to keep warm. 5. No signage to the hotel; we wasted a lot of time and gas trying to find this place. Management should invest a couple of Dirhams to have a large and clear sign on the street. I wouldn't stay here again!
Air condition both in big room and bedroom, which was good for warming up rooms, but I think during summertime it should be really helpful. Calm and nice place with big supermarket close by. Friendly staff. Wifi was good, it reached in to our room.
We where here in december, and in my opinion the water was too cold, so it was a bit hard to take a shower. Other than that, nothing to complain about. Of course you can find some things to complain about, but for the money spent it is great value.
Nice house in two floors. Good equipement, nice little pool, but too cold in the late november, not warmed up. But a nice weather. The room was clean and really good value for the money. A very food store beside, Asima. The hamam beside us was as well lovely, bring your training equipment with you. Our neighbor was the famous Jardain Majorelle
Very bad and unacceptable that they were restauration the house beside and the flat over us. They were working and disturbed us on our vacation. The flat on the top, was really a mess. The celling was about to brake down over us, there was water from the cealing coming in too our room, at last we had to move to ontoher flat.
Nice location, very good price. Staff were nice but not very helpfull.
Staff didn't speak English. We were charged for two glasses that we broke while washing that were already in bad shape. Some furniture wasent in good condition. They should have a bar or some kind of room service.
