Big hotel with good view over the landscape and town. Rooms very small but clean with ac. Breakfast is ok. Safe parking directly in front of the hotel. wlan at the pool and reception area. The rooms are too small. The balcony was just a joke!!! The hotel has´nt got any marocain atmosphere! It´s just a 30 years old french hotel. It needs some fixing outside. It´s just old. If I haven´t booked it with booking.com, I drove away and tooked another hotel!!!

Location is wonderful. Price for half board is good value for money The staff believed I printed a fake reservation and shouted at us; only thanks to the booking.com help line the situation was solved after half an hour.

Rooms are old. No minibar (minibar empty). Wifi ok but not in the rooms. Ibis hotel right next to this hotel seems much much better. Swimming pool small (better to use the one of the ibis and you can!). Bar was good and drinks too. Breakfast poor. Room confort and breakfast were nothing special at all.

Das Fruehstueck ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vier Sterne sind auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt. Ebenso wenig der normale Preis von rd. 70 Euro. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und recht dunkel. Die Kissen und das Bettzeug weisen Flecken auf. Es gab keinen Stuhl auf dem man sich im,Zimmer gemuetlich haette hinsetzen koennen. Nur eine Art Hocker mit ganz niedriger Lehne. Das Schwesterhotel IBIS direkt nebenan ist besser und moderner; nur leider direkt neben einer Disko.

L hôtel est très bien situé. Personnel très accueillant . Chambres propres Petit-déjeuner très maigre et un thé inbuvable pour un pays reconnu par sa riche gastronomie . Personnel insuffisant au Spa : une seule personne pour le hammam et le massage !?

Hôtel très bien placé , tout près du centre historique de Ouarzazate. Chambres confortables ettrès propres. Personnel aimable , dévoué et compétent. Petits déjeuners et restauration: choix trop limités ; la carte , étique, est à revoir et à étoffer

Es hat ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel hat eine super Dachterrasse mit Swimming-Pool und einer sehr guten Aussicht über die Umgebung. Wer ein bisschen Abwechselung beim Frühstück möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wer ins Internet möchte, sucht sich besser ein Internet-Cafe im Ort. Im Hotel funktioniert es entweder nicht oder ist so langsam, dass man es auch nicht nutzen kann.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und das Hotel ist sehr ruhig.Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Kashba.Die Stadtmitte ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, sowie auch die Bushaltestelle der CTM. Das Frühstück war nicht auf der Höhe.Dabei ging es mir nicht um eine größere Auswahl, sondern um die Qualität. Der Kaffee war einfach furchtbar.

Nous avons aimé la situation géographique et le cadre environnant beau et calme. Nous déplorons le manque de propreté et de confort, surtout pour un 4*. sdb salle, gros cafard dans la chambre (donc changement de chambre pour une plus petite et moins belle), piscine non utilisable car pas entretenue du tout. Petit déjeuner industriel et pas frais (pain, jus de fruit, etc.). Équipements non fonctionnels, Internet hors service tout le long du séjour, pas de wifi dans la chambre. Prix exorbitants du bar et du restaurant.

Hôtel choisi pour sa proximité avec la Kasbah et à 10 mn à pied du centre ville et des agences d'excursions. Vue magnifique depuis les hauteurs de Ouarzazate. Petit déjeuner copieux. Service froid et impersonnel typique des grandes chaînes hôtelières. Propreté de la chambre limite. Jus d'orange industriel au pays des oranges!!!

L'hotel è posto in una buona posizione a pochi minuti dalla kasbah di Taourit (a piedi 10 minuti). E' una buona sistemazione per chi vuole addentrarsi nella Valle del Draa. L'aria condizionata non funzionava al meglio... Ma si stava bene.
