Location. Room comfort.
Not very helpful at the reception.
Bad network, sttaf not helful , wifi awake
The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom looked as if it had been modernised a bit. I didn't have time to avail of it but the pool and view from same looked really nice.
Very rude man on Reception when I arrived. Location on a very busy intersection. The first room I was allocated was smelly (stale perfume and smoke). The second one I was allotted faced the busy intersection. Dampness on wall of room. Blanket smelled damp. Windows didn't close properly - although the courtyard was generally quiet, the building is beside the Cervantes Institute and there were a lot of teenagers outside. Breakfast very poor and non-attentive waiter. Breakfast room had no natural light.
The location was handy, quite close to the university where I was attending a conference. The price was very good. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. A number of low cost food options nearby.
It is not a luxury hotel by any means so don't expect it (I would say more of a 2 star than 3 star by normal European standards). A bit rough around the edges in places. Breakfast is quite minimalist but does the job, no real complaints from me here. My room was facing the square in front and there was a reasonable amount of noise from the traffic at night, despite the double glazing.
roof terras and swimming pool clean towels, soap, shampoo and bed linen helpful staff perfect location in the new part of marrakesh
Airco made a lot of noise in the middle of the night
The location is very good in the Nouvelle Ville
I planned to spend the day at the pool. However, the pool is incredibly small. I also planned to use their hammam facilities only to find out it is not in use. A pity.
Not really sure what I liked. Too many Negative about the Hotel.
The location is really bad, construction outside the Hotel, which makes noise UN-bearable and unable to cross the street as no safety signs or warnings. (be careful when you cross the road, outside the hotel or in Marrakesh. We arrived to a room which the bedsheets were UN-made and tissues everywhere on the bed. the status of the room was not good and the bathroom or shower not comfortable. The food in the hotel is very expensive and poor quality and high prices. No WIFI connections in the bedrooms as advised by staff ti use the WIFI internet on ground floor reception as signal does not reach the rooms or restaurant, pool area. The pool area is bad layout and un-safe for children or adults with swimming difficulty. I can continue to write more Negative feedback comments about the Hotel, but I need a two day in order to write it.
location, staff, clean,
no wi fi in rooms
Just a normal hotel, clean rooms. Everything you expect from a hotel. The location is good, just 10 minutes walking from gueliz centre.
Reception staff could be more friendly. Hotel has a creepy vibe but that is only because the hallway lights turn of automatically if there is no one.
Friendly staff. Excellent location.
Wi Fi only at the reception area. There is additional tax 1.10 euro per person a night not included in the price. Need some renovation
Room was ok and the hotel was ok to
The main issue was wifi and it didn't reach room and room wasn't fully prepared for four people
