Beautiful decor of the rooms and the hotel itself. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms very clean and hotel services very good. Room was at the front of the hotel and was very noisy throughout the night. Breakfast was very chaotic during busy times with shortages of drinks and cups. Breakfast taken early though was fine although the coffee was not up to the standards experienced elsewhere during the stay. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were good and it was within fairly good reach of the city's main square. |

The staff was very kind, the hallway and the courtyard are stunning. The pool is in a hole, so in the shade surrounded by walls. It only has sun when you time your stay really well and sit around the pool in the afternoon (end of October) |

staff were very helpful on the whole, the hotel was nicely decorated and had a cosy feeling. it was located in a quietish area. it was close to some excellent restaurants that other tourists didn't go to, perhaps the hotel could recommned them? one was called Mustapha. The excursions were fairly priced but there should have been more information about the intinerary. we had to get breakfast ten minutes early one morning due to going on an excursion and the staff shouted at us saying they didn't start for another ten minutes which i thought was unacceptable especially since the only thing i asked for was some processed cheese. the pool area was not attractive - l would recommend they put tables and chairs around the pool with some plants for people to have dinner - like the HOtelpian next door.one morning we asked for a bottle of water and the waitor charged us 20D when it is normally about 6D. Hammam was very overpriced |

Locatie is redelijk centraal gelegen in Marrakech. Goede uitgangspositie om de stad te verkennen. Voldoende restaurantgelegenheden in de directe omgeving. De service mbt defecte airco. Het aanbod en bediening tijdens het ontbijt. |
