I liked all the hotel
I like all the hotel
Everything about this hotel was amazing. We are frequent travelers and love staying in fine hotels. This goes to the top of the list. The staff, rooms, and facilities were 5 star deluxe.
Exceptional , service, beautiful , ambiance. Tastefuly decorated. A jewel in Marrakech
I booked 2 nights for my husbands birthday and we both felt that the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted to spend time in Marrakesh but also to have a restful holiday and the Mosaic Palais Aziza & Spa proved perfect for that. The staff were really helpful in may ways including giving advice on places of interest in Marrakesh and tracking down a vital UK newspaper (with the football reports) for my husband.
The Staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful.
The menu wasn't great. I had ravioli for a main and only got one piece of pasta!
We had an absolutely amazing time at the Mosaic. It's a wonderful hotel, only 10min drive outside Marrakech. The quietness of the hotel presents a nice contrast to the hectic in the centre of Marrakech. The staff are all fantastic and will do everything to make your stay an unforgettable time. Karim, the hotel manager, is an absolute treasure, always around to make sure everything is to your liking. Everything in the hotel - the interior/exterior, the food, the service - is done with great attention to detail, which really makes a fantastic and enjoyable atmosphere.
Really the only thing that might need improvement is the soundproofing of the rooms, as we were able to hear every single conversation from the neighbouring rooms.
Everything was fantastic. We had really relaxing ,peaceful, silent holiday.Great staff, great service. We will come back again soon.
Lovely and peaceful everywhere. The pool was lovely and clean and the food was of a good standard. The small touches here and there really made the us feel special
Our room had a small table and 2 chairs outside but the smell from the drain next to it and in the bathroom was unpleasant. charge for dropping off at airport but not for picking up?
Very peaceful, relaxing, great service from friendly staff, clean.
Restaurant menu rather limited, ok for one evening.
nice quiet atmosphere, excellent staff, beautiful rooms
small morning buffet
We liked the service, attention to detail, location..... the size is great, only 28 rooms. Beautiful spa. The place is spotless.
No shower head....
The friendliness, helpfulness and peacefulness
The smell of drains sometimes in bathroom
We thought the hotel was superb and we particularly liked the staff who were attentive and friendly without being servile. Our only suggestion is that, as older guests, it would be helpful to have more lighting, especially for reading at night. A spotlight or two would have been helpful. Can't wait to return.
Good for relaxing
Service needs to improve more, it feels facility is a bit getting old, not worth for money
I like the peaceful atmosphere
Hotel is little far from the city centre
As we had been staying in the Medina prior to arriving here it was a wonderful peaceful Oasis to stay in. It was very quiet only 4 or 5 other people staying which suited us but did make it feel a little sad. Our room was fine, a little small for what we paid and we were given a room furthest away from everything so we walked past numerous empty rooms to get to reception, restaurant, pool etc? Lovely pools and terrace; pool side dining and the restaurant is lovely with seating areas in different themes, good service and ok food. Lovely setting with quite mature gardens, well designed and welcoming and the Hamman and massages were first class.
Our room was in a block seperated from the main hotel so we had to go outside for a few steps to the main building, this was fine until we went out at night as none of the lights inside the doors or outside were working. As its pitch black we had to navigate down and up stairs and through doors. It was a simple case of putting in new bulbs which we pointed out in the morning. The Pool side restaurant Chef took forever to produce lunch for 2 and after lots of shouting and inter- staff (loud) banter we were served our very overcooked fish lunch. Very dissapointing. There was a kettle and coffee etc in the room which was great!
