Friendly staff who like to do their best to satisfy the gust, clean room, close to the famous places like sahat alfana, quiet hotel, secure and safe. I felt as I am at my home
Really, nothing. They may need to make variety in the drink served and prepare the coffee earlier in the morning. But not a big deal honestly. I am highly satisfied with their service.
Hotel is very nice. Really close to Medine. Staff is very kind and helpful. Room is very good with condition and wifi! Clean hotel. It is a bit noisy in the evening. But in general it is ok. Highly recommend for those who search for not expensive and comfortable place.
No breakfast. It would be nice to include small breakfast
Windows looking in an internal patio
Great location and helpful staff.
Shower was pretty ordinary and yhe room didnt have any external windows so was a bit like a dungeon.
Excellent location, very friendly and welcoming staff! Happy to assist with any queries and always greet you with a smile! Fresh towels and room cleaning service daily which is amazing value too! Highly recommend staying here to anyone!
Only one plug point in the room and one in bathroom. Would recommend you bring a 4 plug! But otherwise very nice place to stay!
Owner very helpfull
- Good location, 5-10 minutes from the main square. - Wi-Fi strength and consistency was excellent. - Staff friendly, but essentially no English. - Sell chilled bottled water for a reasonable price in the lobby.
- My room (on the top floor) had a window which faced back into the hallway of the hotel. While this was covered by a curtain, it's a pretty strange thing. I then found that the bathroom also had a small window back into the hallway (which was open on my arrival), in the shower, at head height. Not particularly good from a privacy standpoint. - I was there for three nights, and my room was not made up in that time. - TV had ~5 channels, and half of the screen was discolored.
Great location. Clean and good choice for the price.
The owner met us on arrival and had numerous suggestions of things to see and do, all of which were excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. It is excellent value.
Below basic and location in middle of nowhere so felt vulnerable - glad not travelling alone
friendly helpful staff clean and good value
a bit noisy one night
One of the cleanest budget hotel we stayed during our 11 day Morocco trip; Friendly and knowledgeable staff; Good location close to Medina: easy to find and easy to get into interesting part of Marrakech
Wish breakfast was offered by this hotel
Staff received huge kickbacks from arranging over priced taxi journeys. We paid double what (we later found out from a different hotel) should have been the true cost
Staff was friendly
The hotel closes after hours. If u come back after midnight you have to ring the bell and wait on someone to open up the door. Location is kind of sketchy
Was able to walk everywhere from the hotel. Few minutes walk from the airport bus stop.
Nice little hotel in excellent location. Staff very helpful. Wifi works brilliantly. Nice decor with bigish rooms and comfortable communal area (though didn't see too many people using it whilst I was there) and very clean.
They had hot water, comfortable beds, great staff! Will stay there next time going through Marrakech!
The hotel was very clean and although modern, had a traditional Moroccan feel. The staff were very accommodating and freindly. I was travelling with 10 pupils from my school who enjoyed their time at the hotel. On the day of departure they allowed us storage for all our climbing gear while waiting for our transport to the airport which was of an enormous benefit to the smooth running of the final day.Ideal location for my group.
I would have liked them to offer a breakfast which I am sure would enable most visitors a relaxfull start to a busy Marrakech day.
Excellent location - just off the southern end of the Rue Bab Agnaou and about five minutes walk max. to the JEF. Clean, well run establishment with helpful friendly staff. The fact that breakfast is not available at the hotel is of no consequence as there plenty of nearby well-priced cafes.
The location was very good (very close to Jama el Fna). The owner/manager (Hamid) was very helpful - he gave us a map of Marrakech as we arrived, and made some suggestions about what to see. The place was very clean and serviced daily, albeit with some delays at time.
Not much, really. We didn't get the best room (we had a rather small room, with a window toward the corridor rather than the street) but the advantage was that it was probably much quieter than the rooms overlooking the street.
Value for money. It's near to all you need in Marrakech. I have actually walked to all the tourist attractions. Staff is helpful and hotel is tidy.
Wifi is not great, hardly connected to wifi. Breakfast is not served in hotel at all.
The central location made it very easy to get to most sites on foot. The riad's facilities are basic but ticked all my boxes - clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, air con/heating, wi-fi. The room was a decent size. The staff were very helpful and it was very useful to be able to organise tours through them. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it if you want a central, good value riad.
No complaints as enjoyed my stay here. Some of the plugs didn't work or were in odd/inconvenient locations but only caused very minor inconvenience. Enjoyed the tours I took and they were very good value but would be useful to have more comprehensive information available beforehand.
Nice location Clean Compare to the price it a good deal
I had a room near to the reception and the room was not isolated so i hear child and lot of noise in the morning.
Newly renovated hotel with great location. Easily the best of the 3 hotels I used in Marrakech. Everything spotless and very comfortable. And location is great just 5 minutes from the main square.
