New Farah Hotel    

Good central location, nice room and very helpful, friendly staff.

Wanted to change room because of big noise behind head board. No coorperation, so I moved out

I was very happy with the hotel for the price.

Staff are very friendly. Excellent tv and choice of channels - but only news channels in English. Internet in room - wired so no good if you need Wifi but Wifi is available in all public areas and is good. Nice view from the roof bar, which is peaceful during the day - in fact mostly no staff to serve - but lively at night, although I didn't spend much time there as too smokey, and too cold outside in winter.

I have stayed a few times now but the breakfast is still not very good, and the breakfast service is not up to the excellent service standard generally available in the rest of the hotel. Hot water is better than my last trip but it could still be hotter for my preference. Be careful in booking trips. They usually want you to pay the full amount in advance, but if the trip doesn't take place then it is difficult to get your money back. TALL, Bald Mustafa owes me 200 M Dirham. He promised to take me to the airport in return for a missed trip but he didn' turn up and I had to get a taxi.

Fantastic location near the beach, parks and birds& animals gardens. The area is very vibrant Rooms are comfortable and of good size. Reasonable value for money

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, fridge, safe, flat screen TV. The price was reasonable and the hotel was comfortable and laid-back. The roof bar/restaurant was a good idea, and we ate there once, but it is more geared for adults rather than family groups.

It's a mid-range hotel, so you have to expect some compromises compared to some of the bigger, more expensive beach-front complexes.These are:- (1) 15 minute walk to the beach. It's not an unpleasant walk, but with smaller kids could be a pain. (2) Pool is really small. It's really only a token pool - not one you'd necessarily want to get into, and is pretty much in permanent shadow (3) Currently lots of building work going on behind the hotel, so there's the noise, and the view of the building site. (4) Breakfast is cheap and cheerful - coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, bread, pastries, boiled eggs, yoghurt. Nevertheless the kids felt very much at home and we all enjoyed our stay.

The hotel provided exactly what I wanted - a well-priced, clean, comfortable and convenient stop in between arriving in Agadir late in the evening and then travelling on early in the morning. The staff were very friendly and straightforward.

The breakfast was indifferent; but it was functional, and met my requirements for a quick bite to eat before my onward travel.

I feel relax at a friendly envoirment with them. Management staff too cooperative and hotel is clean and nice decorated.

I didn't felt any thing wrong which I can describe.

no internet access in room even with cable attacted. water coming from the tap and shower head at the same time too much water with no cut off for one or the other.

Good location

Big room, good internet access - wired in the room and WiFi in all public areas of hotel. Good safe at no extra charge. Nearly all the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Pool is small but clean. I have booked anohter stay there.

Breakfast has improved since I stayed last year, - now the organe juice is fresh. If you want a decent coffee then that is 10 Diram extra.It can still be rather disorganised and you can't depend on everything being ready if you want to leave early on a trip.

Standard, nothing special about the hotel.

I coul not understand the bodyguards around the hotel. That was a question mark from my side. Each time I was going up to my room from the stairs, they ask me to show the room keys. Funny!

Nice rooms, very clean and modern. Reception staff extremely helpful who spoke very good english. The rest of the staff were helpful and polite, bar staff, waiters, cleaners etc. The staff made the stay very relaxed.

The swimming pool is very small and wasn't clean. There were some bad smells coming from the shower tubes.

From an early morning there was an enormous noise from the construction side just next to the hotel, heavy drill included. It was impossible to sleep. I was happy I was spending there only one night, otherwise I would have a very sleepless and frustrating vacation. Also, because of the dust from the construction side, water in the swimming pool was very turbid.

The location is cool! It's in a much more vibrant part of the city than the drab touristy hotels. It's also close to two beautiful masjids, so you can actually ear the adhan (unlike other hotels in the tourist area. There are many restaraunts within a short wall of the hotel; actually the restaraunt cafe of the hotel has a few great items as well. If I return to Agadir, it's very likely that I'll stay here!

It's not smoking, but the smoke seems to bleed through the window glass from the café to the lobby which is the only place WiFi works.

Value for money

Clean modern spacious rooms. Wired Internet in rooms + WiFi in the hall. Helpful staff. Reception open 24 hrs (no need to kick the doors and ask for help when coming after 1 am). Rent a car available with fair prices.

During the high season, was more expensive than much better all inclusive hotel I used to have during the low season.

In the city centre. Good location.

No Hotel parking. Poor restaurant ambience.
