The location is good.The lobby is very comfortable. It isn't worth of the price I paid.I think it is little expensive.I made reservation for picking up at the airport.Even though my flight delayed,no one showed up.So I took taxi. |

they did not have the room i booked for an i am not sure if the refund they gave is really what it should have been. some members of staff of the hotel reception cannot even recommend a good restaurant and saying that the rooms have ocean view is a joke. there is a building site all around the hotel. |

it is the same bilding of Ibis, a hotel from the same chain but 50% cheaper and I did not notice any diference in the service or infra estructure. for a 4 stars it miss a lot. also they made a mistake and gave me a room that was already occupied. |

My room was comfortable and spacious.The food and the roow service were good. There were no fitness rooms and swimming pools. The internet connection was not so high speed. |

We thought that the staff, although their English was poor, did their best to help us with any questions we had. The bathroom was very poorly aranged. The toilet was searate from facilities to wash your hands after use. |

Hotel is good and well located, I was there for business and I enjoyed. Nothing romantic as Novotel is everywhere the same (and this is not a negative statement !). Staff speaks enough English to be helpful when needed, rooms are clean and have a nice smell. Breakfast decent, nothing fancy and may be boring after the third day. Good location in the city, many attractions within walking distance. Not really. You get what you payed for. No surprises, no disappointments. |

The design of the Hotel, the staff, the location and the space in the rooms. No ashtray in the smoker rooms, not enough pressure in the shower and the color lights in the restaurant. |

It is in the middle of the City, close to everything someone would like to see. Very quiet, clean, especially the non-smoking section. Not at all. I really enjoyed my stay. |

The hotel very modern and the furnutre very comfortable in loby. Belive it or not the bar not accepted to serve us alcholic drink becuase we are muslem they explain the reason that date was Eid Aldha holiday and the policy in all morrocco not serve alcoholic drink for Muslim. I try to explain for the staff we are tourist but they refused , I ask theme to show the writing document but they refused , Im ask now full investigation regarding what happen with me . |
